Hope: Essence of Life
Hope is the essence of life. Several folks couldn't even live a life of peace while not having hope deep within the centre. Life is unpredictable, exhausting and quite disreputable from time to time. Things withdraw of hand and on the far side of our management persistently. Hope helps our country keep the fight on and improves the possibilities of creating our life higher. Hope – the essence of life keeps our eyes wide open for associate degree improved future.
I do know it’s terribly exhausting maintaining with the inner religion throughout the foremost important times, but, those that ne'er leave hope, truly create it until the top. No doubt, life may be a solid combat zone. However, it’s not regrettable either. Attempt to keep your eyes filled with dreams. Hope not solely offers you the strength to beat pain. However, it conjointly makes the journey for the longer-term easier. Let’s not worry regarding the actual fact that nowadays it is dangerous. Hope keeps us telling that tomorrow are higher than this.
Hope is optimism. Once I’m anticipating something, I think that sorrow and issue of nowadays can shortly finish. Hope keeps us stay positive. As you recognize, our mind has legion effects on our actions. If your mind tells you to remain sturdy on a path and to not lose courageousness, you'll do, therefore. So, hope offers a positive mind power. It generates associate degree aura around you which of them protects you from the negatives. This is often why; hope can perpetually be the essence of life. As currently, you perceive, the essence of hope is usually terribly sweet.
It’s a plan to measure life the simplest means we will. Therefore create your hope sturdy. Hope can provide you with the courageousness and inspiration to stay to your dream as long as you breathe. If you have got a robust aspiration, hope and religion, nothing will bring you down. It allows you to aim at the only real purpose of your life.

Better late than never
Every person's nature and behaviour is not the same. Every human being also has different qualities. There were many scientists, many of whom were suffering from dyslexia, that means that even though they were really intelligent, but they could not express their intelligence. This does not mean that they did not express. They fought against it and overcame their problem.
If you do not succeed in life, if you fail the exam once, then you should not give up; instead, you should try again.  Next time you can get better success than before. Accept defeat, and you should work hard again without giving up, you should not change your goal by looking at the problems, but you should change your ways of working hard by finding the reasons for which you are failing, which can lead to easy success.
Always try hard like the spider who at last succeeded in weaving his web. The tortoise took up the challenge against the hare and slowly and steadily won the race. So, don't give up, it is better to be late than never.

Simple Living, High Thinking
The concept of simple living high thinking is something that every person should adopt. This concept is also called as minimalism, where a person owns bare minimum items in his house. Your lifestyle will be totally different if you own just the essentials. We have seen what is happening around the world when people are buying just the essential commodities. The COVID-19 pandemic has thought us that all we need to survive are the basic essentials like a house, a vehicle, food and medicines. All others are luxuries that we don’t actually need in reality.
The urge of a human being to gain materialistic wealth is beyond control and has a significant impact on our economy. Companies market products that are actually not needed and add no value to our lives but the branding of the products is done such that it is made to create an illusion of value addition in our lives when in reality, all it does is add problems to our lives.
The concept of simple living high thinking is not just about a clutter-free closet or a cleanroom. To have peace of mind and live a truly blessed life, we need to follow this simple living high thinking theory in life. Some of us have money, some of us don’t, and some of us have that in plenty, and still, our peace of mind is not as much as that worker who sleeps on the footpath with no worries. We, as a society, look at them in wonderment and pity, but in reality, it is them that should pity us.
The sense of joy, fulfillment and satisfaction you get when you help someone in need is far more than the joy you get when you buy a branded shoe or a costly phone. The COVID-19 pandemic has thought many life lessons to us and one of which is the joy of helping others. It is not just about the joy, we should do it as a responsibility and gratitude towards our privileges that God has granted us. The entire economy of the world is crumbling just because all of us are buying only the bare minimum and essentials. More than 90% of our economy is surviving because of the consumer’s spending on things that they don’t really need.at
Minimalism is a term that is used to refer to a lifestyle which is minimum in materialistic point of view, but maximum in peace of mind and tranquility point of view. We are always frustrated and agitated whenever we come home looking at a closet full of clothes, a kitchen full of utensils, a refrigerator full of food and a table full of useless things. Get rid of it all. Yes, the minimum lifestyle will give a sense of direction and purpose in life. Instead of spending that one lakh rupee on iPhone, buy a phone that is cheaper and use the rest of the money to feed the poor and the hungry. Try this one day, and you yourself will be addicted to that joy. The smile that you see when you feed someone who is in need is enough to have a sense of purpose in life.

Laughter is the Best Medicine
Laughter is the best medicine. It is frequently said, but only a few realize the depth of this statement. It acts as a powerful antidote for pain, stress and conflict. It connects you with others. It makes you focused. It can also heal and renew one's mind. Ability to laugh frequently can overcome problems easily.
Laughter and calmness are directly proportional to each other, both of which are qualities of a progressive mind. It cheers up your life, makes you happy, reduces stress and of course has a direct impact on the positivity you spread to others too.
Studies suggest that people who laugh frequently have better immunity, lesser stress, greater burnt calories in a day, regulated blood pressure and a higher body blood level. There are so many reasons to not be sad and just laugh or maybe smile!
It also gives you the power to forgive anyone soon. You can’t feel anxious, angry, or sad when you’re laughing. Isn’t it a superpower? It would not be an understatement to say that a small smile has the power to conquer the world!

Keep Trying with Determination
We all want to do something great in life, we have different dreams to achieve but we see that only a few of us could achieve, why?
Some people always think they will start tomorrow, and tomorrow never comes, so if you want to start something good for you, start now. Some people start things with great energy but give up soon. So it requires constant self-motivation and hope.
Having dreams or wishes is easy, it doesn't require handwork or efforts. But it requires a lot of efforts and determination to achieve our goal. Determination plays an important role on the way to our success because it helps us to stay motivated every day and be hopeful until we reach our destiny.
There will be obstacles or challenges but if we have strong will power which gives us inner strength, we can achieve what we want and make it happen. We don't get everything easily in life and it is not necessary that we will get success in the first attempt, there can be rejections or failures but we need to try again and again if we want to achieve something no matter how difficult the situations are.

Be Virtuous and Sensible
Virtuous persons are those who adopt a high moral standard. Their behaviour is morally good and desirable, and their character is a bundle of virtues. Such persons are sensible, that is, they are wise and prudent. They can distinguish between the right and the wrong and always stand by and for the right.
We should do our best to be virtuous and sensible. Simplicity, humility, love, compassion, politeness and courtesy are the hallmarks of a virtuous and a sensible person. We should develop them in us. We must not allow anger, hatred, pride, boastfulness, meanness and evil thoughts to affect our virtues and sensibility.
Our virtues and sensibility get expressed in our manners and etiquette. We are nothing but our manners and etiquette, which our conduct always exhibits wherever we go and whatever we do. For a start, we must learn to be always cheerful, polite and courteous in our behaviour. We ought to obey and respect our parents, elders and teachers and everyone around us. Little words of gestures such as 'please', 'thanks', and excuse me for making our speech courteous.
We must also avoid criticizing others for any reason. If we must disapprove of others'  unbecoming behaviour, we must choose our words carefully. Unnecessary criticism of others can seriously affect our relationships. We have no right to indulge in scandalous talk about others and spoil their name and harm their reputation. Since ours is a democratic country, people are free to have different views, opinions and beliefs.
Therefore, we may disagree with others on all matters, but we must respect the freedom of thought and expression. We must learn to understand and appreciate the views of others, and for this, we should develop the fine art of listening to others with patients and compassion.
Finally, a word about our speech: a polite and courteous speech is an index of our mind and character. It can win us friends, respect and a good reputation and if it is the other way round, we may develop a lot of enemies around us. Therefore, always be polite, courteous and well mannered.

Early to rise,

Healthy Wealthy and Wise.😊

Think before you Speak
Speaking before you think is a bad habit that can get you into trouble and hurt you in the most important areas of your life. Relationships will suffer or end, your career will be stalled at a level far below your talents, and most importantly, you will have little confidence in yourself.
Your speech shapes your life. Time and again you find yourself in situations where the outcome depends on what you say and how you say it. Your words are a reflection of who you are. If your words are getting you into trouble, you’re showing others the very worst parts of you. You’re presenting yourself as being thoughtless, careless or just plain hurtful.
Not only do your words create a positive or negative reaction in the world around you; your speech influences your thinking and can alter the course of your future.  When your words are harsh, negative, inconsiderate, or judgmental then these are the aspects of your experience that are emphasized. It won’t be long before you have developed the habit of always focusing your thoughts on the darker side of life.
If you speak before you think about what you’re going to say, you do not take the time to consider what words you will use, what these words will mean to another person, or how they will feel about what you’re saying. You are also not thinking about what these words say about you as a person or about all of the good things you may be neglecting to focus on.

Importance of Self Respect
Self Respect is a quality which is extremely important for the dignity, confidence and personality of an individual. People with self-respect have the courage of accepting their mistakes. They exhibit a certain toughness, a kind of moral courage, and they display character. Without self-respect, one becomes an unwilling audience of one’s failing both real and imaginary. A self-respecting person accepts responsibilities for one’s own life and its this source from which self respect springs. Such people are always willing to accept risks. They invest something of themselves in what they undertake to do, and when they play, they know the odds.

Self-respect is a kind of discipline, a habit of the mind that can never fail an individual. Need to remember that respect for ourselves guides our morals, while rasped for others guides our manners for winning the respect of others, we need to respect our own selves first. There are endless potentialities in each of us. Hence we need to believe in our strengths, and we need to repeat! Only when we love ourselves, gain confidence in our abilities believe in them, and when we have a positive, healthy self-image will others respect us.

Better Parenting
“Parents can only give good advice or put them on the right paths, but the final forming of a person's character lies in their own hands.”
Being a parent is tough. Most of us feel like we could do better jobs, but resolving to be more patient rarely works. When children are growing up, positive parenting improves their cognitive, social and problem-solving skills. Positive parenting also affects their responses and helps them grow up to be better humans.

The first step to being a better parent is actually how we treat ourselves, we can only give what we have.  The first and foremost responsibility is mindfulness. Mindfulness means that it brings your conscious attention to our experiences. Awareness allows you to choose your response to what’s happening. We can regulate our emotions by being mindful.
It necessitates considerable parental attention and participation, letting children know you are watching their behaviour, raising the bar in terms of expectations as appropriate, and making clear and fair rules for the children.

Competition Oriented Schooling
Hello Everyone, once again, I am before you with another relevant issue. I hope this article touches you when you are in the state of good health and spirit. Every time I come before you with a new welfare topic related to students. This time I want to draw the kind attention of educators towards the well being in the career of School students.
In our new education policy, we are very much concerned about the pattern of learning, we are providing to students. There is a lot of impact of the early school days on the career of a child. Whatever he or she learns in the school remains with him/ her till the achievement of a career.
Therefore it is of utmost importance that we give our students something efficient, very relevant and very much related to to the trending skills/requirements of the job.
Balancing between board exams and competitions
Some exams student can prepare in and after  10th are:-
National talent search Exam
Kishore Vaigyanik Protsahan Yojana
Olympiad
NEET(MEDICAL CAREER)
IIT JEE & ADVANCED( ENGINEERING CAREER)
SSC EXAMS ( GOVT.JOBS)
OTHERS
One of the several issues is competition exams which a student faces after schooling in the years of graduation to get a job.
If a student is provided with the exact information on the career options by the school faculty then mostly the students make up their mind to go in a particular stream as per their knowledge, skill, interest and aspirations.
After the information on career options, faculty members should guide the students toward the syllabus and requirements different career options. It means which exam will lead to his desired career.
Then information of the syllabus good books, study material and guidance (what to study and how much is to study) is needed to be given to students.
We should tell them how much of the current curriculum will contribute to the competitive exam. It will raise the awareness of student and will give him the motive of studying current class syllabus.
Teachers should share some interviews of toppers of competition exams, revealing their strategy to get success.
We should guide students about how to maintain a perfect balance between class curriculum and competitive syllabus.
More emphasis should be given to multiple-choice questions, and one-word answers as it is the inherent pattern in all competitive exams.
Reference books should be included while covering the NCERT curriculum. Teachers should sort out topics common to both board exams and competitions and focus more on them.
Emphasis should be given on both speed and accuracy of the students in answering the questions.
The occasional test may be planned on the pattern based on career exams.
Orienting the students towards the pattern of career exams has become the need of the hour.
Thank you.

VALUE OF WORDS
Words can be impressive and expressive.
Words can destroy a relationship.
Words can make rivals and friends too.
A word said cannot be taken back.
Words can make someone love and also hate.
Words have a strong impact on humans.
Words can work on feelings and emotions.
So check your words before using them,
Because you are saying it to a person like yourself,
Who has a brain that functions and heart that feels?

Expected Post Covid Experiences
From past eight months we are fighting an unknown virus in every possible way may it be by being a part of work from home policy, online classes, following guidelines issued by WHO or immensely working hard to create a vaccine. We all are playing our parts to make a healthy and Fearless world again. and with passing time it seems that our patience will be rewarded soon, but will everything be normal again after the end of this pandemic? This is the most common question that strikes our mind. And seems that we will be back to our normal lives but with some major changes. The possible changes can take place in the education system to cover the loss of time, in administration system to fulfill sudden large number of demands, new public health protocols can be formed to prevent another calamity like this, workers will take time to adjust in their work places and different fields will witness new evolutions but lastly we can hope and wait for the best because time requires change to support growth.

Board's Tension
The boards are the most probably tension around students. To handle it we ourselves have to work. I can give you a guide which, you can use.

Using Time Management Technique - Student life teaches you to balance studies and other activities. In order to do well in studies, you have to devote considerable time and this is not possible unless you plan in advance and schedule time for your studies. Trial and error will soon lead you to a method that works for you.

Create a Study Environment- Find a place which is quite and free from distraction, segregate a place which you will use only for studying. Choosing a place like the bed usually does not help as you might fall asleep even if you don't want to. A study desk with proper lighting and seating arrangement works for most of the students. Use the reward technique to set the mood.

Sleep Well- Many students think that studying overnight helps every time. Although such an arrangement might help sometimes, but doing it regularly will disturb the sleep cycle and consequently the student's health. The routine will end up making the student feeling stressed and frustrated not only in schoolwork but in other activities too.

Boards are getting near, these are some ideas which can help students to score more and it can also help students that are not in boards. The tips are about time management, sleep well and create a study environment.

World Cancer Day
World Cancer Day is celebrated all over the world to raise awareness about the causes, symptoms, treatment, and precautions. This day is celebrated on 4th of February every year while National Cancer Day is celebrated on 7th November. It was first recommended and organized by the Union for international Cancer Control (UICC) to encourage and support the World Cancer declaration goals, which were written in 2008. The primary goal of celebrating this day is to reduce illness and deaths caused by this disease.

The people who suffer from this painful disease are sometimes ignored by their loved ones because sometimes other people think that diseased person can also be harmful for others. But, it is not a good practice.
The suffering person needs the care and love of others to recover from this disease. Chemotherapy is a very painful procedure so the suffering individual needs support and love so that he can develop will power to fight with this disease. On world cancer day, events and walks are arranged to raise awareness about this disease and how to prevent one? When people know about the causes, symptoms, and treatment, then they can better handle this disease. It is aimed to eradicate this disease from the world till 2020.
All of us should take the responsibility to spread the awareness about this disease to prevent others.

Think for Introverts
When you hear the term "introvert” you might imagine someone who's quiet and insular, who likes to spend most of their time alone, avoiding social situations.
But being an introvert isn't really anything to do with how much you like spending time with other people. Introverted people always show their fake identity to all.
In fact, introverts can have some of the deepest and most meaningful friendships but these kinds of people require a true friend who understands them and is able to come out from the introverted nature of them.
This type of a person doesn't want to express their life to other people, they always want to be alone all the time, they are of shy nature. Their introvertness doesn’t let them move forward in life they are living. They spent their life thinking about past and the coming future; they are not able to think about their present because they are more curious about its result without doing any kind of hard work. They need someone in life to help them out throughout their condition and help them to face their present to live life in whatever way it is and always try to work hard to make it better.

Women Empowerment
Women empowerment is the most critical thing that we should support. It means when women have a right to make decisions for them. In ancient times, women didn't have right to do what they wanted to do. The men always had all the rights. The women didn’t have any of these rights, even to say anything in family matters. Things started changing when they realized that they also needed equal rights as men. This realization brought along the change in the life of women demanding their rights.
India is one of the countries which are not safe for women. Also it is always felt that women are not safe when they are outside especially when they are alone. For decades people felt that women cannot go outside to do a job or study. They thought that after marriage they had no right to go out of the home.
One of the other problems that women have to face is that of illiteracy. If they are educated then they will know that can fight for their rights and live a happy life. Women’s empowerment is essential because women didn’t have the rights and freedoms for decades at all. The women were almost non-existent. Women are humans, too, and they too have feelings and wishes and need to have the same rights and freedoms as their life partners.

What is important for Success?
Everybody wants to achieve their goal and success in life. Nobody dislikes it. But to achieve success is not so easy. Always remember that failure only helps us to achieve success. The first step to achieve success is to keep in mind that we should never be discouraged by failure. Learn from your failure to achieve greater success in life.
Destiny has a role to play in life, but it is beyond our control. Hard is in our reach and that we should never abandon it. Hard Work is the key to success. Without hard work success, no success is possible. If we work hard, if we perform our duty well, even God will have to reward us sooner or later. Lord Krishna has said in his preaching in the Bhagavad Gita that “Do thy duty unmindful of the reward.”
Today in this materialistic world money is important. But always remember that money and materialistic success cannot give you real happiness.  If we run and aim for materialistic success it leaves us tensed and in stress all the time. True success lies in our happiness. Money should always be secondary. We should have that much money which will help us to lead a comfortable life. Aim at the success which will give us happiness, contentment and attain it by hard work and from selfless deeds. Don’t try to attain success through wrong ways and at the cost of others.
If you want success to believe in yourself, work hard, keep on trying and learn from your flaws. I would like to quote the words of Bob Brown “Behind every successful man there’s a lot of unsuccessful years.” So stay focused, keep patience and go on.

Gratitude
Thankfulness is the beginning of gratitude,
Gratitude is the completion of thankfulness,
Thankfulness may merely consist of words,
Gratitude is shown in acts.
 -David O McKay.
In today’s time, we are so busy and self-centred, meeting the deadlines of professional and personal commitments that we often forget to practice basic human values.
Thanks to the pandemic which has given us the time to rethink and practice the old value system – respecting and caring the elders, self-control to stay home with our families, rebuilding communications with old friends and relatives, being generous to help poor and needy in whichever way we can help them, preserving atmosphere – less travelling to and fro from workplaces, visiting places in our own or other means of transport (reducing pollution).
While observing the above, one thing that we all have realized is being thankful for this life and everything around- this virtue is called 'Gratitude'.
Gratitude is the highest form of appreciation for the kindness of others. Just imagine people in our surroundings – maid, sweepers, driver, milkman, cab driver … we never ever bother or think about our lives without them, women can understand the misery if in the morning the maid rings up and informs that she won`t be able to come, milkman or news hawker do not deliver milk or newspaper on time, sweeper not cleaning surroundings for two or three days.
During the pandemic, we understood the importance of our health workers –medical and paramedical staff, lot many visuals and video on social media show our gesture of thankfulness to them.
Being grateful need not require any monetary involvements necessarily- a simple `thank you` with a smile will make the day of the recipient and who in turn will make the day of many others. It is a chain and we simply need to start or be a part of it by continuing it.
We should always be grateful to others and necessarily put it in actions-a simple gesture is enough –Try it once.
Gratitude can turn negative into positive
Find a way to be thankful for your troubles
And they will become your blessings.

Enthusiasm
A simple word which means to have a keen interest in something. It means you demonstrate an eagerness and a joy that fills you with energy. If you approach any task without enthusiasm the task will be laborious. You will find yourself watching the clock waiting for the day to be over. You are just putting in time, bored, unhappy and not truly enjoying life. But what difference it makes when you are energized.
With this, any task becomes easier you will find yourself waiting to finish the task not finish the day. If you start your day by dreading it will be a long day. If you find something you can be enthused about it will change your entire day. Sure there are things you don't like to do but rather than focusing on what inspires you or on the of what you are doing.

Hazards of Plastics
Plastic is widely used in our day to day life. Starting from a pen to a polythene bag in which we carry fruits and books are forms of plastic. Though convenient in our day to day use, it has posed an alarming threat to the environment. Plastic is non-biodegradable and does not decay by the biological actions of microbes. They remain in the same state as we throw them. So, dumps or garbage’s are created making our cities and soil polluted. To destroy plastics, we can either recycle or burn them. If we burn plastic, they emit harmful chemical gases like carbon dioxide (CO), carbon monoxide (CO), nitrous oxide (NO), methane (CH4), sulphur dioxides (SO2), etc.
These gases pollute our environment, though, in negligible content, they add to the greenhouse effect and endanger our environment. The wastes of plastic block pipes and sanitary lines so that dirty water came out on roads. This caused fear of malaria, cholera and other diseases. The wastes of plastic bags, bottles, etc. are drawn to a sea or an ocean by rivers and they are deposited in them. They pollute and disturb the eco-system of the sea or the ocean. Due to wide-scale use of plastic, water, soil and air pollutions are caused. These polluted components of environment lead to the imbalance of various ecosystem of the Earth.
The only solution to this plastic hazard is to take preventive measures and for that,
a. To reduce the use of plastic wherever possible
b. To use recyclable bags and things
c. To recycle the used plastic
d. Not to throw used plastic here and there
e. To collect the used plastic by the Government and then to recycle them
f. Only recyclable plastics should be allowed to use
g. Some legal norms should be declared.

The Sky

Fly high with shiny colours,
Just like a rainbow in the sky
Be like a raindrop,
Fearless and forward
And not afraid to die
Thrive like a bird,
To reach its destiny
By crossing the blue sea up high
Float like a cloud,
Patient and carefree
Until it finds a place to be
Be like the Sun
With shiny bright light
Helping others until it's night
Just try, try and try
Because the sky is limitless to fly.

Indian Festivals
India is a secular country having diverse religion, languages, customs and traditions. This is the reason why India celebrates many festivals throughout the year. Festival celebration brings happiness and joy.
Festivals play an important role in our lives. Festivals are the ideal occasions to take a break from stress and create memories time. The main festivals celebrated in India are Diwali, Eid, Baisakhi, Christmas, etc. With this all festivals, we also celebrate national festivals like Independence Day and Republic Day. This all festivals make our country different from other countries. And one way in which it makes us feel proud of it is the number of festivals we enjoy.

Kindness
Everyone is affected by an act of kindness. Kindness is contagious and you never know just how big of an impact a small gesture of kindness can have. Kindness improves our quality of life in the workplace as well as in the community. It brings people together; doing good to others makes us feel good. Showing kindness to others is just as rewarding as receiving it from someone else
Stop and think before you talk or act (Is it true? Is it necessary? Is it kind?).
Remember to laugh throughout the day. Spreading joy is its own act of kindness.  Kindness helps in ending violence among people around the world. Among all the people of varied personalities, genuine kindness is found in very few people. The kindness shown towards the weaker beings can earn huge love and respect for them. A person feels good after he genuinely shows kindness to others and does not ask anything in return. The people with a fragile mental state can gain some mental strength after if they are treated with kindness. Treating people with kindness is supported in all religious texts. If a person treats everybody with kindness then he is spreading positivity around himself. Kindness brings people closer.
