Report of the Night Camp
My school organized a two day night camp for the students of Class XI- XII. The camp was organized from 9th February’ 21 to 11th February’ 21. This camp was indeed a very innovative way to make students learn and gain experience. On 19th February’21, we stayed in school after school. First we had lunch, took rest and in the evening we were divided in groups and then we played basketball, volleyball, football etc. At night, we had camp-fire. It was an indescribable experience. There was bonfire and students were dancing, and showing their talents. I with my classmates learnt to take responsibility of children as we were the senior most. We managed the students. The camp was unforgettable.
After the camp fire, we had great fun in our room and saw the movie ‘IT’. We were not able to sleep because of excitement. We slept late in night and woke up early. We had break-fast then we had article & art activity. We had lunch, took rest and then we had Sports activity. We had a friendly cricket match with Class XI and we won. Then at night we saw ‘Taneji.’ I learnt discipline, self responsibility, teamwork. At night we played antrakshi and then went to sleep. Next Morning we arranged everything and returned home with a lot of learning. – Anumesh Rao/ XII

Importance of Games and Sports
Our body is like a machine. A machine cannot work without oiling. In the same way our body cannot work without exercise, games and sports. They give us energy. The games make us active and healthy and health is true wealth. Games and Sports make us disciplined. They teach us team spirit. It helps to build the character and personality of a person. We must regularly take part in at least one sport to stay fit and fine.

Tolerance
Tolerance is one of those qualities that form the bedrock of society. The world is a much smaller place today. Globalization has blurred borders throughout the world. More people from different nations, cultures, religions and lifestyles are working together and living in the same neighborhoods than ever before. We’re in a global village. “Tolerance, as we define it, refers to the skills we need to live together peacefully. To be tolerant means that you accept other people's opinions and preferences, even when they live in away that you don't agree with. Tolerant people show strength in that they can deal with different opinions and perspectives. Tolerance is a valuable quality. A person without tolerance a person is incomplete. Sometimes we have to tolerate something as they might be beneficial for us in future. Lack of tolerance leads to fighting, violence, and finally it destroys the peace and security of society. The word tolerance means the willingness to accept or to tolerate, especially opinions or behaviour you may not agree with, or to behave sensibly with those who are not like you. Tolerance doesn’t just make peaceful coexistence possible, another advantage is that being open to other ways of thinking can help with personal development. When you know more about different thinking and ideas from around the world, it will help you to understand the world better.

Tolerance
Values create a good man. Man with tolerance can handle any problem. Because to handle any problem you need to be calm and thinking, this is how you can handle with situation. If you are disrespecting anyone that means you can't tolerate him. It means that disrespect creates intolerance. Sometimes ignorance can generate tolerance in you, only if you ignore negativity. Tolerance means will power and patience. Being patient can also generate the value of tolerance. Patience can also generate tolerance in you. For example if you are in science lab and you are impatient you will mix all the chemicals you have. Your teacher will not tolerate you because you need to be calm and silent in the lab. So you should learn the value of tolerance.

Happiness
True happiness is a state where I have found my inner self; where my mind is at calm and everything seems serene. Nothing is as beautiful as a happy person. We are the source of our happiness. Behavioral scientists have spent a lot of time studying what makes us happy. We know happiness can predict health and longevity and happiness scale can be used to measure social progress and the success of public policies. But happiness is not something that just happens to you everyone has the power to make small changes in our behavior, our surroundings and that which helps us to set on course for a happier life.
Happiness is also linked to better decisions making and improved creativity. Happiness also brings substantial benefits for society as a whole. True happiness is enjoying our own company and living in peace and harmony with your body mind and soul true happiness is state of mind constantly being in love with you. For being truly happy you neither need other people nor materialistic things. Happiness is the consequence of personal effort.

Courage
Courage means an act of bravery.  It is to do something that you are frightened of. Courage has different meanings for different people. For example, for a dancer, courage is to be able to perform in front of everyone. For a speaker, it is to convey his views in front of everyone. For a leader, it is to keep up the team spirit in difficult times. But,  most importantly, courage is to take a stand for the right cause.
We need the courage to conquer our fears. When we are trying to climb the steps of success, we must have the courage to face failure and accept it. It is only courage that will help us to try again and achieve success in our life.
There are 6 types of courage:
1.  Physical Courage: It means to do something against your fear like entering a dark room even if you are afraid of darkness.
2.  Social Courage:  It means standing against others for what a correct cause. It may be to stand against your parents, society, for example, like organising a charity event, standing up to peer pressure.
3. Intellectual Courage involves asking questions and giving ideas during discussions or taking a risk in life to become successful.
4. Moral Courage:  It means using our values into doing the right thing like helping a blind man cross the road or picking up litter and not caring what others will others say.
5. Emotional Courage:  This implies always having positive emotions even if you are surrounded by negative ones. For example, caring for injured animals, helping friend grieve over the loss.
6. Spiritual Courage: This means asking questions or finding answers to questions like is there life after death? What is life? And so on.  It means opening to mysteries of life.
As Educators and parents, you must make our children understand why courage is important in our life. We can give them examples of our freedom fighters, who sacrificed their lives to achieve freedom for India. We must make our children understand that it was due to their courage to live in free India.
If children are taught to be courageous from an early age, then they will be confident to take the risk in their life. I would like to end with Walt Disney's quote "All your dreams can come true if you have the courage to pursue them".

Tolerance
Tolerance is one of those qualities that form the bedrock of society. Globalization has blurred borders throughout the world. People are living and working together from different nations, culture and religion. We are in a global village today.
Tolerance is the only real test of civilization. Man in 21st century believes he is more civilized than his ancestors. Unfortunately, the virtue of tolerance is not abundant in the world of today and the world is in dire need of it. Tolerance can be defined as the possession of a fair and objective perspective attitude towards those people who are of different races, religions, nations or have a set of opinions beliefs and ideas they differ from our own.

Self Confidence
Self confidence is understanding that you trust your own judgement and abilities and that you value yourself and feel worthy, regardless of any imperfections or of what others may believe about you.
Self-confidence is vital in almost every aspect of our lives, yet many people struggle to find it. Sadly, this can be a vicious cycle: people who lack self-confidence are less likely to achieve the success that could give them more confidence.
For example, you might not want to back a project that's pitched by someone who's visibly nervous, fumbling or constantly apologizing. On the other hand, you might be persuaded by someone who speaks clearly, who holds theri heads high, answers questions with assurance and readily admits when they don't know something.
You can show self-confidence in many ways: in your behaviour, your body language and in what you say and how you say it.
People with low self-confidence often find it difficult to make a good first impression, whether they're meeting a client, addressing a meeting, or giving a presentation. You may be shy or censure of yourself, but you can take immediate steps to make yourself appear more confident.
To build a strong sense of self-esteem, and the confidence that develops from it, aim to develop good habits.

Tolerance
Tolerance rate is decreasing after every passing day in today’s world. . People don't like the opinion of others and even their existence. The need of the time is that tolerance in  individual personalities should be developed because tolerance gives  us a chance to make up a perfect and ideal society free of conflicts and full of peace.
Tolerance is the main aspect of value education. People don't  tolerate other person’s behaviour and instantly react without thinking of what they are doing which creates conflict among them and  they even start fighting on little things which is a curse for the society. So we need to practice tolerance and respect other’s opinion and suggestions.

My Journey of Napsat
Founder of Napsat are Anil Pradhan and Vaishali Sharma So in this way the team got selected via interviews. We are the first U-19 Interdisciplinary team to represent India in the NASA Human Exploration Rover Challenge was difficult at first but with the help of our mentors and our interest in Space and Astronomy we managed to stay positive and work dedicatedly. Our team members are from different places of Odisha. Some of them could hardly afford two square meals a day but now they are a part of the Indian Team.So for this challenge we have to design and build a rover that has to travel on an exoplanetary like landscape.Along with this the team is also involved in communication, social media management, marketing, etc.
In this students are shortlisted from Odisha on the basis of applications , the students backgrounds , their achievements and also their interest basically. We have to go through interviews where basic questions are asked to us and then we are taught about mechanics. Later we made a report and sent it to NASA and it got selected and that is how we got selected for the competition.

Tolerance
Tolerance is an important concept that helps people to live together peacefully. Tolerance also means that you don't put your opinions above those of others, even when you are sure that you are right. The whole universe is based on patience and tolerance. People develop the feelings of jealously and then intolerance just because of simple things like someone cannot bear the importance of his or her close ones in the eyes of most effective person. It is considered as a good quality of a man and woman. It is necessary to make our society a better place.
Tolerance makes the person’s life different and amazing

Friendship
A person can share his happiness, sorrow and every kind of thing that he can share. Friendship can come from anyone and in any course of life. A father can be a friend of his daughter; similarly, a mother can be a friend to a son, a husband and wife can be friends.
True friends are always caring, loving, loyal, passionate, mildly critical and most importantly, trustworthy to their friends. Friendship is a relationship where friends listen to each other's problems and try to understand. These qualities make a friend a good friend. The person who cheats you talks behind your back and laughs at you can never be your true friend.
Friendship is never tied to the financial status of people. A king can be a true friend of a poor beggar, and a poor labourer can be a good friend of a rich industrialist. Lord Krishna was in an unconditionally true endearing friendship with poor Sudama. The friendship between Krishna and Sudama is a milestone for all of us. They were like soul mates. Their friendship was at a level where if someone hurts another one feels pain.
Friendship is good for your school-age child's self-esteem. Friendship helps children develop important life skills, like getting along with other people and sorting out conflicts and problems. Children with these skills are less likely to have social and emotional difficulties later in life.
Friends can help you celebrate good times and provide support during bad times. Friends prevent loneliness and give you a chance to offer needed companionship, too. Friends can also increase your sense of belonging and purpose.

Believe in Yourself
We could all do with a little more self-belief. Well, that is because: Nothing can be done without believing in yourself first.
True, they are a lot of factors that will contribute to your success but the biggest factor that will determine whether you achieve something significant or not is self-belief.
How much of what you will achieve will mostly depend on how much you believe in your abilities. And yet most of us, me included, often lack self-belief during the times when we need it the most.

Rather than having unshakable confidence, we often allow doubt and insecurities to easily shake our resolve and make us believe that we are not capable of achieving whatever it is we have set out to do.

I can clearly understand why that is the case, we all do something wrong quite a number of times in our life span and this will make us question our abilities. We know it and we have been told so on numerous occasions. But then again, we also do a lot of things right too. And this is a fact that we often forget. We all have shortcomings and strengths but most times on our journey in life, our brain will choose to believe the negative, the shortcomings, and the anxiety and so on instead of choosing to believe in our natural ability to overcome all our obstacles. And because they may have failed or are currently struggling to succeed, people will often point out your faults and constantly remind you of your failures. Couple all that with jealousy, it will be very hard for you to find someone who genuinely believes in you especially if you do not have any record of public success.
It is no wonder why most of us are lacking in self-belief. But, as stated earlier if you won't achieve anything worthwhile: You have to believe in yourself first before anyone else ever does. And you have to do it more than anyone else ever will. A lack of belief in yourself will limit you no matter how great the ideas or opportunities are that you are exposed to.
Fortunately for us, believing in yourself is a skill that can be learned. The only catch is that ‘it takes time’.

Here are a few other reasons why you should believe in yourself first. It is the first step to success. How else will you take the first step towards your goals if you don’t even believe you will do it? The biggest most important questions that you will have to answer at the beginning of your journey are mostly about self-belief.
Am I capable of achieving this? Can I really do it? Can my idea really work? Once you really believe that you can do it, you will find a way to make it work. You will navigate through all the problems and get up when you fail. No idea will work for every person on the planet, but many ideas can work for most people … if you believe that you can make them work. You have to be willing to not just think differently, but to also to experiment with new ideas and trust that you’ll discover a way to make them work.
Believing in yourself is the first step to success.

Ambition
Almost everyone dreams of something while growing up. We all have ambitions when we are little, which change as we grow up. Ambitions lead us to a definite aim in life. Furthermore, they help us focus on our goal no matter the cost. It drives us to do better in life. Ambitions differ from one person to another.
However, one common thing usually found is that over time, people switch their ambition to something else than that which they wished to be when little. We have many people in the medical field who wanted to be dancers. Similarly, some of the greatest politicians wanted to be artists. So we see how easily one gives up on their dreams and ambition to adapt to society.
Ambition is a great incentive to work. A life without ambition is like an arrow without a target. Seneca rightly said, "If one does not know which port one is sailing, no wind is favourable". Ambition is a dream with a deadline. All successful people have ambition. No one can get anywhere unless he knows where he wants to go and what he wants to be or do. Precisely, ambition is the path to success. So we all should have ambition in our life to become successful.

Happiness
Happiness is a feeling of pleasure and positivity. Happiness is the opposite of sadness. Happiness is something which we can't describe in words; it can only be felt from someone's expression of a smile. Happiness is one of the best feeling. When we are happy we are always in good mood and we behave politely and good. When we are making someone else's happy then we also feel satisfied and happy. We can be happy from little things because we stay happy than we also stay healthy. Every day we see and meet people who look happy from outside but deep down they are broken and are sad from inside. For many people, money is the main cause of happiness or grief. But this is not right. Money can buy you food, luxurious house, healthy lifestyle servants, and many more facilities but money can’t buy you happiness

Tolerance
Tolerance can be simply stated as ability to accept and to live and let others live or ability to tolerate the issues which are not bearable or a person finds it rigid to agree with the faith. Tolerance varies from person to person as it can’t be measured. It can also be considered unprejudiced. Now a person is towards different ideas and faiths as we live in a vast diversity where people have different mentality.
The variation of tolerance level depends on different people, some people accepts the happening of things not in their favour whereas some of them oppose. Tolerance is required no matter how one lives, and tolerance is, after all, a virtue. Yet the virtues of tolerating are certainly greater when based on living in the bigger picture of life described in the sacred literature. The world of the mind is a small world. What is good for one may be experienced as bad for another; one’s happiness is another’s sadness. Ultimate reality is bigger than the mind, and this is what the sacred literature informs us about. The beginning of realizing and living in this bigger picture beyond the duality of sense perception is tolerance.
Tolerance is often learnt in subtle ways. Kids develop values by imitating the values of those they know the most. Parents can teach tolerance to their children and senior members of an organization can teach tolerance to their subordinates and vice versa by example. Talking to each other and respecting each other helps learn and teach about the values that each one of them has. Creating opportunities to play along with the usual official work is important as well. This let everyone learn that everyone has something fruitful to contribute to each other.

Tolerance
Tolerance refers to tolerate the issues which are not acceptable or a person finds it rigid to agree with faith. Tolerance is also considered as open mindness of people towards different beliefs and ideas.
We live in a society where, people with different mindsets finds things pole apart. Some people find late night parties and consuming alcohol bad and the person attending these activities leads to be bad; whereas some people finds it chill.
Tolerance cannot be measured because it varies person to person. When electing a political body some mindsets don't match, some are in favour and some are against them. People tolerate the things not happening in their favour whereas some people protest for their demands.
Thank you.

Tolerance
Tolerance means to tolerate the issues which are not acceptable or a person finds it hard to agree with the beliefs. Tolerance can also be regarded as open mindness , how open a person is towards different ideas and beliefs because we live in a society where there are different people with different thinking. For example for some people it is perfectly fine to take drugs and even drink alcohol; but for other people doing it is considered bad. This is just one example, even when choosing a leader there are people who are against the chosen leader, etc. So tolerance is how comfortable someone is with the things which go against their will. In India the tolerance level varies from person to person, some people accept things which do not happen the way they want and some people do not and actually protest in order to show their approval. So at last "Tolerance is the ability to forgive those who tend to speak before anything."

BE POSITIVE
Life is the greatest gift of God. It is a combination of happiness and sorrow. Everything happens for good in our life. It passes through good and bad times. You need to face bravely the bad times to know how the good times feel and to enjoy them sweetly.
Life is like a journey through a dark tunnel, but you should know that it has an end where you can find the light. You need to take up the hardships once to rejoice later. Don’t forget that you can get a wide view only after you have reached the top of the mountain. You need to feel the coldness to understand the hotness. You have to fall down once to know how it feels to stand up with your head above. There is nothing to worry about the hardships in your life.
Be hopeful, everything will change and there will be a new dawn. You have to realise that your struggles are there to help you to be stronger than ever. Your strength comes out only through your struggles. These difficulties are required to survive in your life. Life can be full of challenges, but you should know only challenges create success. In life nothing goes waste, everything comes worth.
You should be thankful for everything. If you have hard times just know you need it to strengthen yourself, it was a blessing in disguise. You cannot control everything in your life, sometimes you need to let it happen in its own way, sometimes you need to make it happen in your own way. Learn from your life, survive those challenges, rise above and be a reason that others won’t give up in their lives just like you. You should feel blessed as you have got a life to live even if it is full of struggles, still, you can make it beautiful.

Technology
Technology in education and the right devices in students’ hands helps prepare them with the career and technical skills they need to be successful today and in tomorrow’s workforce. Relevant learning experiences in STEAM can inspire creativity, help students apply meaning to their learning, and prepare them for future career opportunities and jobs that haven’t even been created yet.
Specific skills in coding, programming, physical computing, and computational thinking have become common requirements in the workforce. Though making, students can gain these skills and hone their problem solving and critical thinking skills for the 21st century. Learning by doing with maker mindsets and environments can be very engaging when designed and integrated with the right technology.

Teaching Children Good Sportsmanship
Parents and kids alike love sports, and it's easy to get caught up in a game and become focused on winning. Yet there is much more to be gained from the sports experience than a winning record. When children and teens are involved in sports, they are able to learn and put into practice values that will stay with them for the rest of their lives. Good sportsmanship is one of the life lessons that children can learn from sports. You can help your children understand and value good sportsmanship while making sure they have a safe and fun sports experience.
Good sportsmanship may seem hard to define, but its hallmarks include being able to win without gloating, respecting one's opponents, and being able to lose gracefully.
Here are some important principles to instil in your children:
If you lose, don't makeup excuses.
If you win, don't rub it in.
Learn from mistakes and get back in the game.
Always do your best.
If someone else makes a mistake, remain encouraging and avoid criticizing.
Show respect for yourself, your team, and the officials of the game.

Happiness is defined as “the state of being happy". Happiness makes our life colourful or joyful. It helps us to obtain peace of mind. The most difficult task of life is to make someone happy. Happiness lies within ourselves. We can be happy by cleaning our environment.
Now I would like to share an incident of my childhood when my father gifted me a new bicycle for the first time I knew that I didn't know how to ride a cycle .I went with my friend to  the ground . There I learnt to ride the bicycle and it was the happiest day of my life

Live a life without limits
Nick Vujicic was born with tetra-amelia syndrome, a rare disorder characterized by the absence of all four limbs. His videos on YouTube have inspired millions and millions of people with his message to love life and live without limits. He was tormented to such an extent that at the age of 10 he attempted suicide. After years of feeling alone and worthless, he had an epiphany one day while reading an article.
He read about a disabled man who refused to let physical limitations dictate his life. At that moment, Nick says, he realized he had the ability to take control of his life. Instead of looking at everything he lacked, he decided to look at everything he could have. Now a famous author and international speaker, Nick inspires the world everyday to live a life without limits. His message is brilliantly sobering and electric.

Happiness
According to me, happiness is the moment when I talk to my friends on various topics. The amount of happiness I get from here is uncountable and indescribable. Talking with friends is the most amazing experience of the world which never ends. We can't talk with family or relatives or anyone else more than a limit. But with friends, there is no limit to talking. Every thought from our mind comes to mouth when we are with friends. Like, we can talk about our personal life, our family life, our social life, on anything; we can talk.
I would like to share an experience of my life. Two years back, my school organized a night camp in my school. After every activity, we were sent to sleep and suddenly we started talking. As this goes on, there were many topics on which we were discussing and arguing. This whole talk went on for about one and half hours but after that it stopped because our teacher told us to sleep, which made us sad. This night camp was an amazing talking experience with my friends which gave me a kind of relief and happiness. At last, I would like to say that Happiness with friends never ends.

Sunshine

The sunshine is that covers the emptiness,
The sunshine is that uncovers the happiness,
The light is that hides the sorrow,
And completely forgets the sadness.
It is the smile of the face,
And the sparkle through your eyes and the feeling of embrace.
It is you that shines, with the imperfect lines.
The warmth through my skin,
That I can feel within.
