Importance of Discipline
Discipline is one of the most important personality traits in everyone's life. It refers to a set of rules and regulations which are to be followed while undergoing any task or activity. It is a way of being honest, hard-working, motivated, and encouraged while doing any task.
It is a character trait that helps the individuals to complete the tasks in a given fixed deadline. The role of discipline in our life is to set orderliness, efficiency, punctuality, organization, and focus on our tasks. “Life without discipline is just like a ship without radar.” Therefore the importance of discipline in life just cannot be ignored.

Important Gift For Oneself Is Being Honest
What do you mean by ‘To be honest to ourselves’?
Why one should be honest to themselves?
Being honest with ourselves is actually a great thing. If we will not be honest to ourselves then how can we expect from others. When we lie to others or if we cheat them then they will not know at that time but we ourselves know the wrong thing done with them. After doing anything wrong if we regret or apologize even then it makes us feel guilty and ashamed. Though we can hide from others but cannot hide anything to ourselves.
In life, you can cheat others by fooling them but when it comes to cheating yourself, it is quite impossible. You cannot hide anything from yourself, as your inner person will remind you of all your mistakes. We can imbibe many values in us at any age. It is never too late to do anything or anything in life. It is not difficult to say that I am honest or I never lie, but when you try to do that it still makes you feel think.
“The most important thing is always to be honest with yourself without hesitating about things that matter a lot”
Kavitha Devda
Christmas
Christmas is a well-known Christian holiday set in December, celebrated the world over and famed for its decorations and Santa Clause. The Christmas means “Feast day of Christ”.It is a yearly celebration marking Jesus Christ’s birth it is observed on the 25th of December as a cultural and religious celebration among a lot of people all over the world. Christmas is celebrated in all Christian countries but there are differences in the way each nation celebrates this date.
Christmas is a cultural festivity that entails a lot of preparations. It is a public holiday and so people get a Christmas break to celebrate it. Preparations for Christmas start early for most people so that celebrations begin on the eve of Christmas. Preparations for Christmas involve a lot of activities. People usually buy decorations, food, and gifts mostly for children in the family and friends. Some families shop for matching Christmas outfits for everyone.
The common preparations include decorations of the place with Christmas trees, lighting. Before decorations begin, the house must be deep cleaned. The Christmas tree brings the Christmas spirit in homes. Presents are placed under the Christmas tree in wrapped gift boxes and are not to be opened until Christmas day. The church is also decorated for the special event.
Christmas reminds us of the importance of giving and sharing with friends and family. Through Christmas, we know that Jesus birth is the beginning of great things in the world. It is generally an opportunity to think about nature and the reason for our existence. Christmas is such a festival which people from all religions and faith celebrate worldwide despite it being a Christian festival. It is the essence of this festival which unites the people so much.

It's never too late
It is said that there is no age to dream, it takes just a little time to achieve them.
By the age of 15 -17 years, it seems that it is still small, focus on studies. It seems to be 21, think about the career of 30-32, it seems that dreams are being left behind and they are getting 45 years old. Now, there is no age to dream nor to fulfil them.  But the truth is that there is no age to fulfil dreams. Where one more of the example of Barack Obama who retires at the age of 55, while the other is Donald Trump is 70 years old at the age, as he started his term as the President of America, it is most important to have faith in yourself. If we believe in ourselves, then we can fulfil our dreams at any time, just be encouraged yourself that yes I can do it.

Living your Life to the fullest
Life is very complicated as you all know, it is never same as before or after. Something and something is changing always, the changes are around you, in you, or maybe inside you. Sometimes we also have no answer that the breaks or challenges we are facing are what, why and how the problems are unlimited.
Sometimes there is no solution and no conclusion. We never think that problems that are arriving in our life are literally our own mistake, we are very close to us only and always blame others, and say I am too far away from me.
Some people always judge life by luck; all things happen due to good and bad luck of a person and say life has no feeling. If a person dreams or thinks they just say it is our luck. Life is large,  yet so small because we never accept the truth of our life. The things which we are thinking are too small but they are literally so big.
Dreams are colourful and beautiful, but sometimes we become blind when dreams make us sad. Don't disappoint yourself with its tinge of sourness, we must live every moment and feel the edge and don't waste time. I may say life is a lovely road which has no end.  A lovely shore,  a lovely road where each aspect stands.
Life is what we make and develop. Some people appreciate it, others take it for granted. It depends on you, how you want to be.  Happiness gives great times. Don't give sadness a dime,  enjoy life,  rejoice,  it deserves treatment. Because your existence is in its fulfillment. Make every moment count,  live the present, never think about the past because life just slowly fades away and you just wish you could never let the past go away.

Holidays
Holidays are necessary for the real enjoyment of life . There would be no pleasure if there were no holidays. Life without holidays will be dull and unbearable. Man cannot go on working without break. He needs rest and change. It is to be remembered that to have no work at all would be equally boring so we know well how to spend our holidays. Holidays give families an opporunity to spend time together and celebrate. The focus for students moves away from schools and onto family and culture. Longer breaks such as the winter holidays allow families an opportunity to reconnect. A study last year by the American Psychological Association conclued that vacation work to reduce stress by removing people from the activities and environment that they associate with stress and anxiety vacations can cut your risk for heart attrack. Holidays are the days when everyone likes to relax and enjoy. It is the time when we get along with our friends and family. Children mostly like to visit hills station during summer vacations to avoid the scorching heat. Holidays are the medium through which children learn to respect their elders when they meet them more often.

Most Appealing Virtue ‐ Honesty
The most appealing virtue for me is *honesty*. As the saying goes 'Honesty is the best policy', it is the most appealing virtue according to me.Honesty is not just about telling the truth. It's about being real with yourself and others about who you are, what you want and what you need to live your most authentic life. It gives us clarity of thought and simplicity in life. The opposite of honesty is deception — or lying. Lying is equally bad whether you are deceiving others or yourself. When you lie, you degrade yourself into believing what you’re saying.
Honesty gives us faith, strengthens our will power and represents us in the best way as we are.
Thomas Jefferson rightly said, "Honesty is the first chapter in the book of wisdom." So I have resolved to be honest at all times regardless of my impending fears.

Importance of Mental Health
Mental Health is not just a concept that refers to an individual’s psychological and emotional well being. Rather, it’s a state of psychological and emotional well-being where individuals can use their cognitive and emotional capabilities and meet the ordinary demand and functions in society. According to WHO, there is no single ‘official’ definition of mental health. Thus, many factors like cultural differences, competing professional theories, and subjective assessments affect how mental health is defined. Also, many experts agree that mental illness and mental health are not antonyms. So, in other words, when the recognized mental disorder is absent, it is not necessarily a sign of mental health.
One way to think about mental health is to look at how effectively and successfully a person acts. So, there are factors such as feeling competent, capable, handling the normal stress levels, maintaining satisfying relationships, and leading an independent life. Also, this includes recovering from difficult situations and being able to bounce back.  Mental health is related to the personality as a whole of that person. Thus, the most important function of school and education is to safeguard boys and girls' mental health. Physical fitness is not the only measure of good health alone. Rather it’s just a means of promoting mental as well as moral health of the child. The two main factors that affect the most are feeling of inferiority and insecurity. Thus, it affects the child the most. So, they lose self-initiative and confidence. This should be avoided, and children should be constantly encouraged to believe in themselves.

Courage is Essential for Life
Courage is the ability to control fear in a situation that might be dangerous or unpleasant. We all know that we all have some challenges; nobody in the world has a perfect life or happiness all the time. So, courage gives us hope to live and fight for ourselves.  Having courage doesn't mean we can go and hit anyone or we can do whatever we want. Courage is to have a positive energy that gives us the strength to face the challenges we have in life.
We need courage in many aspects of life. We need the courage to accept the truth and to stand by it, whether it is in our favour or not. A person needs lots of inner strength to accept his or her own mistake in front of others. It requires courage to start again after a failure in life, it is when we feel helpless. Sometimes, we have to decide in life, which can change our lives completely, and we can't do it if we don't have the courage to face further consequences.
Having courage doesn't mean a person is fearless, it means the person is ready to face it. It helps us to start believing in ourselves. It builds confidence in us. If we want to live a respectful life with self-respect, we can't live it without courage. It also helps us to smile and be happy in difficult times. If we take an example of the soldiers, it is their courage and love for their country, which helps them stand in front of our enemy and fight with them even if they know they may die.

Social Media
In little more than a decade, the impact of social media has gone from being an entertaining extra to a fully integrated part of nearly every aspect of daily life for many.
Recently in the realm of commerce, Facebook faced skepticism in its testimony to the Senate Banking Committee on Libra, its proposed crypto currency and alternative financial system. In politics, heartthrob Justin Bieber tweeted the President of the United States, imploring him to “let those kids out of cages.” In law enforcement, the Philadelphia police department moved to terminate more than a dozen police officers after their racist comments on social media were revealed.
And in the ultimate meshing of the digital and physical worlds, Elon Musk raised the specter of essentially removing the space between social and media through the invention — at some future time — of a brain implant that connects human tissue to computer chips.

How is Yoga Beneficial for Us
Yoga is an ancient art that connects the mind and body. It is an exercise that we perform by balancing the elements of our bodies. In addition, it helps us meditate and relax. Moreover, yoga helps us keep control of our bodies as well as mind. It is a great channel for releasing our stress and anxiety. Yoga gained popularity gradually and is now spread in all regions of the world. It unites people in harmony and peace. Yoga essentially originated in the subcontinent of India. It has been around since ancient times and was performed by yogis.
The term 'yoga' has been derived from a Sanskrit word which translates to basically union and discipline. In the earlier days, the followers of Hinduism, Buddhism, and Jainism practiced it. Slowly, it found its way in Western countries. Ever since people from all over the world perform yoga to relax their minds and keep their bodies fit.
Furthermore, after this popularity of yoga, India became known for yoga worldwide. People all over the world have started to realize the benefits of yoga. Several workshops are held and now there are even professional yogis who teach this ancient practice to people so they can learn about it.

Sharing
Sharing is a good habit and one of the important values of life. Children need to learn to share things so that they can make new friends  and keep friends, play cooperatively, take turns, and cope with disappointment. Sharing teaches children about compromise and fairness. They learn that if we give a little to others which they really need, it will build trust between them and also motivates others to share.
Sharing is a key part of getting along with others; it builds a bond and makes our friendship stronger. If we don't share, we can't accept from others to share things with us whenever we are in need.
Children learn a lot from just watching what their elders do. When you model good sharing and turn-taking in your family, it gives your children a great example to follow.

Respect
Respect is a very important part of life. If a person is respected, it makes him feel good and in return, he or she respects you. Respect is important for me because if a person doesn't respect anyone, he himself would not be  respected by others and over time, he would grow up to be a very rude and inconsiderate person.

Human Rights Day
Human Rights Day commemorates the day the General Assembly of the UN adopted and proclaimed the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. The UDHR is one of UN’s major achievements and the first enunciation of human rights across the world.
Adopted on 10th December 1948, the Declaration stipulates universal values and a shared standard of achievement for everyone in every country. While the Declaration is not a binding document, it inspired over 60 human rights instruments that today make a common human rights standard. It is the most translated document around the globe available in over 500 languages.
The 2018 commemoration of Human Rights Day will mark the beginning of a year-long celebration of 70 years since the international community adopted the Declaration. We celebrate all our inalienable rights and freedoms, including a right to education, a decent living, health care and a right to live free from any form of discrimination.
Despite the efforts to protect human rights, the hostility toward human rights and those who defend them continues to rise. As a result, this year’s Human Rights Day advocates for everyone to stand up for their rights and those of others civil, economic, political and cultural rights. Additionally, the day aims to enlighten us about how our rights are a foundation of sustainable development and peaceful societies. The day also acknowledges the advocates and defenders of human rights around the world.

Good Health
Health is the well being of our body physically, emotionally and mentally. But the definition of health is different for everybody. For some people, being healthy is just having an average weight, for some, it is like just proper functioning of the body, for others it may relate to having just no disease.
In my opinion, this is based on the factor of how a body reacts. For example, if the body is surrounded by a happy environment, then it is happy, and positive energy is released, helping develop good health. Being happy and stable from mind makes you emotionally strong, mentally fit and motivates you to become physically fit and fine.
Health is something which can be acquired just by having peace of our mind. If the body is surrounded by an unhappy environment, the case will be reversed, then it is unhappy, and negative energy is released, and we become unhealthy. We can also make some of the following steps as our daily routine to develop good health and stay fit.
1. Go for morning and evening walk.
2. Do yoga for having a fit body.
3. Do meditation for peace of mind as well as for inner peace.
4. Take a balanced diet which contains all basic nutrients that are necessary for our body.
5. Eat fruits regularly to protect yourself from diseases.
Most importantly, one must have inner peace and happiness as it is a source from which our happiness germinates. So stay healthy to live a happier life.

Soft Influencing
If you come around a post, a story, a meme, or a hashtag on social media, please don't follow the herd blindly and start sharing it. The reason is that you all have been brainwashed in some or other way, which is known as Soft Influencing. It involves shaping the preferences of others through appeal and attraction.
All these mainstream idols have been fed a golden spoon of dollars to share such content which might not seem to be harassing or targeting anything, but they build a particular image of something deep down your subconscious mind.
For example:- The latest Baba ka Dhaba controversy, where most social media users didn't have any idea about who's right or who's wrong, but still everyone was becoming the jury of this activity. The heart saddening thing is that so-called social media influencers are so corrupted that they can defame their own caste, society, country or even their own family.
There could be a hundred-page book where I can factually prove that soft influencing is damaging us mentally daily. The only hope is that the new generation should be smart enough to understand the dual side. Importantly, they should distinguish between influence and manipulation and learn how to protect yourself from the unwanted influence of others.

Seek Discomfort
Seek discomfort means a lot to humanity. Seek means to try to find and discomfort means to go out of comfort zone. Seek discomfort means to challenge yourself. It is to go beyond the "safety limits" and "comfort zone".
To me, it means getting out of your comfort zone as often as possible so that you can be a stronger and more experienced version of yourself. For example, a person who travels a lot becomes more comfortable with different cultural customs, foods, and lifestyles.
Seek discomfort, in my opinion, is one of the ways to success - it reminds us to achieve our dreams and also gives an adventurous life. There is a creator group named 'Yes Theory' who follows this motto too.
Similarly, we can overcome our fears and become comfortable in discomfort in many ways like,
Pushing our limits.
Meeting with different people.
Working hard for what we aspire.

Willpower
Willpower may be an attitude that exists in our mind. Given a troublesome task, if you've got thoughts that it'd not work, then that's what you'll get versus somebody who thought that it'll work. For instance, it is usually the mind's facility within the Olympics games over the athlete's perception of what they will do. With the Gold Medals in their mind, they'll endure the temporary hardship throughout their daily coaching to induce wherever they need to be. Remember, ne'er ever hand over on things that matter.
Many folks don't understand the importance of self-command in life. For instance, you recognize that you simply have a race returning and you'll stop uptake dangerous stuff. Dominant your diet may be a real challenge because it needs determination and harnessing your mental capability to form your material body simply do what you would like through your self-command. Once dominant, your diet becomes a habit, you will not crave for unhealthy food.
There is a link between motivation and self-command as you wish to understand why you would like to resist a particular temptation or work on one thing difficult. for instance, associate alcoholic father need to prevent drinking so that his son wouldn't get older to be like him. The stronger your motivation for doing a particular factor can increase your self-command and stop any harmful behaviour or assist you to overcome any demanding challenges.
Willpower plays a vital role in our life and effort a self-command attitude may be a journey and not a leap. Thoughts aren't facts, by dynamic your thinking, if you'll modify negative thoughts to positive, so a full new world of prospects is disclosed to you.

Sports & Games
Sports and games are activities that make a person more comfortable with high level of efficiency. It removes mental exhaustion and enables us to do any difficult task. In the modern education system, sports have been made an integral part of education to make education interesting, stress free and enjoyable. Education is considered incomplete without sports because education with sports activities attracts more attention towards the study of children.
Sports activities are very essential for all children and youth as it encourages physical and mental development. It improves children's memory level, concentration level and learning ability. A young child can be a well-known national or international level player if he practices sports from his childhood.
Children should participate in all sports competitions held in their schools and colleges to overcome their hesitation and move on. Sports and games are a good career for a good player in the future. It provides us opportunity to develop in life and earn money, name and fame. These days, sports facilities are being developed in all the schools and colleges in both rural and urban areas, so that the students can create interest in games.

Motivation
Motivation is very important for everyone to live. We can't live our daily life without motivation. It is a presence of purpose and wish to achieve something in our daily life to make a career. It is a good habit which is possessed by a good human being. If we motivate a person to do something and he/she achieves his/her goals, then he or she will always be thankful to us .If a person faces failure in life then we can save his or her life by motivating him or her. Motivational words can change a person’s life completely. It is an art of life skill .It is also a key to success because it helps us to work towards our goals. Motivation makes our life perfect and peaceful. It also makes us a good human being.

Self Confidence
Self -confidence is a combination of a state of mind and a strong feeling of our self-belief.It is that voice which comes from inside and gives us a boost to do something which fears you.In today's day- to-day life, there is no place for those who lacks self-confidence. Many people have achieved their goals with the help of self confidence.
Self confident people seem to be at ease with themselves and their work. They invite trust and inspire confidence in others too. It's not easy to be confident yourself, particularly if you are naturally self critical. Self-confidence is understanding that you trust your own judgment and abilities. We gain a sense of self-efficacy when we see ourselves mastering skills and achieving goals. This encourages us to work hard in a particular area to succeed. So I conclude that self-confidence is the key to success.

It’s Never too Late to Start
Today’s world is full of hustle & bustle. Everyone is trying to keep pace with this fast & moving world. Everyone is trying to grab each opportunity that comes in their way. Due to our failure we feel as if we are left behind. We start losing our confidence and feel that now we are too old to prosper. It’s too late to start again. We forget to remember that it’s never too late to start.  There is no age barrier to start. Always keep in mind that age can never stop you from flourishing until you want to

There are many living examples who started and succeeded in their late years like Laura Wilder, Harry Bernstein, Gladys Burrill, etc. These personalities succeeded at the age of 62 to 92 years. We should never give up, we should always push ourselves forward and will surely achieve our goal with the light of hope.
Surely it may be a slow progress but remember it is still advancement. You will always reach your goal if you have a positive approach and strong determination. Seeing you people may doubt your abilities. If you have belief in yourself and passionate, then you will prove that the doubts against you were wrong.

If you want to make your dreams come true and become reality you have to face all the challenges, criticism that comes in your way bravely. If you want to enjoy the fruits of your hard work you need to be determined, courageous, hopeful, patient etc.

Managing Your Emotions
Success in life does not depend on what you have but on the ability to manage your emotions, how you relate to others. It helps in understanding others, their feelings and handling relationships. Social competence will have the biggest effect on everyday life.

Emotions play an important part in memory, imagination and all mental activities. Like our IQ, we have EQ. It also involves thinking about how you feel. You become aware of how you feel just by thinking about it. EQ helps you in using emotions in achieving goals. They not only help in finding out what we feel but also what we want to feel.

For example, if you know that you are feeling very angry at the moment, you would want to control your anger. If you are feeling sad at the moment you would want to control sadness and try to be happy. If you are feeling lonely now, you would make efforts to find friends. What you want to improve in your present state of mind will become your goal.

Look around you and see how many facilities are provided to you today. But strangely the present generation is emotionally more troubled than the generations of the past. Children, especially teenagers, today are more troubled, more angry, more unruly and more prone to anxiety and worry. Why is it so?
Teenagers or adolescents need more grounding in emotional management.

It means you should have the ability to choose the right emotion for the right occasion. For example knowing when it is necessary to be more angry or less angry. Wise teachers and parents maintain calm, do not lose their tempers easily when dealing with rudeness, laziness or rebellion of their wards. They remain calm but assertive, cool but confident. It has a better effect on correcting an errant child. Their maturity has given them a balance, they manage their emotions. Thus, what is important is the emotional management and control over thoughts as it is the key to happy and successful life.

Love
Love is a feeling of deep affection. Love is an interpersonal relationship between two people. It creates an environment in which everyone feels secure and safe. It is a parameter through which we can attach with each other deeply.
Someone told a great line that in the educational system scholars should be given love not thought, because they have their own thoughts. But nowadays students are not being given love, but they are only pressurized by the educator.
Love plays a vital role in the system of education. An educator can change a student's life if the educator is caring (lovable) towards the students, he can teach anything to him or her & along with that the students will also show their interest in hearing. They will learn with more curiosity & according to our thought, things that cannot be solved by any technique or method can be done by the help of love.

Preparing Base for Open Competition Exams

Hello Dear Students,
With new topic, I am again in front of you for your career guidance.
Today my topic is "Preparing base for open competition exams along with 11th & 12th classes."

Leadership
Leadership refers to the quality of leading people. Probably, it is one of the most important aspects of life. Above all, Leadership has led to the progress of human civilization. Without good Leadership, no organization or group can succeed. Furthermore, not everyone has this quality. This is because effective Leadership requires certain important characteristics.
Confidence is the most quality. A leader must have strong self-confidence. A person lacking in confidence can never be a good leader. A person must be confident enough to ensure others follow him. The leader must have confidence in his decisions and actions. If he is unsure, then how can people have the desire to follow him.

Honesty is another notable quality of a leader. Honesty and Integrity are important to earn the love of followers. Above all, honesty is essential to win the trust of the people. Probably, every Leadership which loses trust is bound to fail.

Mahatma Gandhi was an excellent example of a good leader. He was a staunch believer in non-violence. With his brilliant Leadership skills, he made the British leave India.
A good leader must be an excellent innovator. He must display a creative attitude in his work. Most noteworthy, innovation is a guarantee of survival of a group or innovation. Without creative thinking, progress is not possible. To conclude, Leadership is required in probably every sphere of life. Good leadership is the door to success.

 Overcome a Disability
Any restriction or lack of ability to perform an activity in a manner or within the range considered normal for the human beings, resulting from impairment is termed as disability. Surveys reveal people with disabilities consistently report a quality of life as good as, or sometimes even better than, that of non-disabled people. As they know that they have to live their life with this disability and really they enjoy every second of life just to make it special.
It can be incredibly difficult to accept your disability. Acceptance can feel like giving in—throwing in the towel on life and your future. But refusing to accept the reality of your limitations keeps you stuck. It prevents you from moving forward, making the changes you need to make, and finding new goals.
You can be happy, even in a “broken” body. It may not seem like it now, but the truth is that you can build a happy, meaningful life for yourself, even if you’re never able to walk, hear, or see like you used to. It may help to search out inspiring stories of people with disabilities who are thriving and living lives they love. You can learn from others who have gone before you, and their successes can help you stay motivated during tough times.
There are some ways which will help us to overcom, e a disability they are as follows:
1. Stay focused on the positives instead of the negatives.
2. Don’t ever give up.
3. Challenge yourself and try new things every day.
4. Each day you should ask yourself if you’re happy.
5. Smile.
6. Don’t compare yourself with  others and find time to celebrate your little accomplishments.
7. Be polite and stay calm with obnoxious people.
8. Let yourself grieve and go through all five stages of grief about your disability.
9. Accept your disability.
10. Do your best.
At last but not least I would like to say that enjoy your life with what you have.  Don’t spoil it just running behind what you don’t have.
Thank you

Smart Work

Smart Work means minimum effort which causes the maximum impact on result. Smart work is based on how it is planned managed organized and controlled to achieve the goal. Smart work saves one's time and can find means to reduce ones work by logical and innovative ideas. For example in hard work it consumes more time to complete work like writing a speech on a topic by reading books, where as smart work we could take help of internet and technology through which less time is required as well as more and detail information comes within a few seconds. For smart work the phrase work smarter, not harder perfectly fits in. It means every time using physical power is not necessary, many times mental power is also required. Working Smart means that what are top priorities and what you can do later , so one can focus on what is important. Due to Smart work satisfaction is fulfilled. It also effects on a good result. Working Smart does not mean being lazy or cunning. Working hard is applying hard work in a smart way. It is not hard how we work, but how we get it done! Actually both hard work and smart work go hand-in-hand but smart work is considered better because it is time saving in monetary terms and effective also.

Thank you MOM & DAD,
You both are so special for me in my life.
How can I thank you ?
Only in a small few words ,
It's not enough to thank you.
Thank you for your love and support & child of yours
" I LOVE YOU" this phrase seems so small ,but it expresses my feelings for you .
THANK YOU MOM & DAD.......
God doesn't bless or give special child to bless or special parents .
It's all about our thinking , we only made this all .
All kids are equal for God as a parent whether it's a special child or a normal child, for a parent the special child is also their lifeline , their hope of surviving in the magical world.
THANK YOU GOD , MOM AND DAD

Corruption - A Global Issue
I guess corruption is not a new word to us. Nowadays we are flooded with corruption-related topics in our news. Okay, think about it, you are watering your plants but the pot has a hole below. What to do you think, is that water helpful for your plants. Of course, not at all. This is what happens in today's world. Our whole system has a hole and despite our knowledge, we are just ignoring it.
Corruption is not a national problem, it is a global problem. Almost, every country faces it due to which it affects the growth and development of the nation in all aspects like social, economic and political. It has made its base in both developing and well-developed countries. Also, in our country, it is available from the historical time of the Mughal and sultanate period. It is proved from the sources that the ancients also worried about different types of corruption as well, like extortion, patronage, and embezzlement.
Nowadays corruption is common in the whole world . The main region of corruption is politics . All politicians are not corrupted but couple of politicians do corruption and that's why all the political parties are being corrupted.
It's our duty as the citizens of our country to help in eradicating corruption from this world.

Job Security Ruining Child's Career Dreams
Our dreams drive our lives. Dreams provide a sense of stability in the unstable and unpredictable times. But often our parents’ expectations become a burden on our shoulders and their dream becomes an obligation. Many parents in India tend to impose their decision on kids when it comes to their career building. While they intend to make their kids doctors, scientists and engineers, they unknowingly kill their child's innocence and set them up for a lifetime rat race showing complete disregard for their dreams and happiness. In our country, the common mentality among our parents is that kids are too immature to know what is good for them. While this might be true to some extent, do they ever consider what interests their child? A hand that can paint beautiful is handed a stethoscope. A mind that has extraordinary power to weave stories is made to solve questions and figure of math problems. Can a person who is made to give up on their dreams to for the sake of a secure career ever find happiness? Is it fair for parents to force children into fulfilling their dreams if when they know that the career path curated for them is of no interest to their child? Some reason why parents impose their dreams on children:
1. Competition: Be it the kids of a neighbor, a relative or their friend, parents enter their kids eainto unsolicited competition with every child they know. With different interests, unique technique and retaining power, everyone is different. The constant comparison not only adds to the pressure but also gives them a sense of inferiority thus adversely affecting their self confidence.   2. Career myths: A good score in tenth grade means you are fit for the science stream; one cannot earn by writing books, playing sports, clicking photographs etc. Are engineering and medical field only reputed career options. Parents are not willing to let their children take a different route or a road unknown to them as they afraid their child will fail. But isn't life is all about falling and rising again? One should remember that ' Risk Takers Are Money Makers'. I am lucky that I have parents which understand my interest and support me to achieve that. Hope every parent reading this will also understand their child’s interest and keep a support for them to achieve it as Dr. Abdul Kalam sir mentioned in his autobiography that 'Children come through you but not for you '.
