Positive Thinking
People with positive thinking mentality scrutinize the brilliant aspect of life and anticipate happiness, health and success. Such folks, square measure assured that they'll overcome any obstacle and problem they could face.
Positive thinking isn't a thought that everybody believes and follows. Some, think about it as nonsense and scoff at those that believe it. However, there's a growing range of individuals, who settle for the ability of positive thinking as a reality and believe its effectiveness.
This subject is gaining quality, as proved by the various books, lectures and courses regarding it. To take advantage of the ability of positive thinking in your life, you wish to try and do over simply remember of its existence or believe it. you wish to adopt the perspective of positive thinking in everything you are doing.
With a positive perspective, we tend to expertise pleasant and happy feelings. This brings brightness to the eyes, additional energy, and happiness. Our whole being broadcasts sensible can, happiness and success. Even our health is affected by an exceedingly helpful means. we tend to walk tall, our voice is additional powerful, and our visual communication shows means we tend to feel.

World Rivers Day
It is not an unknown fact that the most important thing in our life is water. It is fuel for all the living things which reside on this planet, Earth. Denying the importance of rivers would be wrong, as they are vital for the irrigation of crops and the existence of life on Earth. Not only rivers support life to the organism inside it, but also to the species that reside outside it. Plants will fail to grow and die if they do not get enough water. The human body will not be able to function properly if there is no water for them to drink. We get all the water we have from rivers, as they are the only source of water.
Not only for drinking, but water is also one of the primary ingredients for cooking food. We get this water from rivers. The importance of rivers is much than we recognize in our lives, ranging from the drinking water that we have to the electricity-producing plants which power all the appliances we have in our lives. It would not be wrong to say that life will only continue to exist if there is a river flowing on this planet.
Nowadays rivers in virtually every country face an array of threats due to the growing pollution. So, to highlight the values of rivers in our life World Rivers Day is celebrated on the fourth Saturday of the month of September. It strives to increase public awareness and encourages the improved stewardship of all rivers around the world.
On this day many enhancement projects are carried out to clean the rivers. People do surfing, canoeing, water activities etc. to celebrate this day. I would like to quote that 'If you save water, water will save you' so save rivers which is an integral part of our life.

Analysing and Reevaluating policies for Healthcare Workers
Large health care institutions may be the most complex in human history and small health care organizations are barely manageable. The Indian government has given an ordinance that makes violence against Healthcare workers a non bail able offence punishable by up to 7 years imprisonment Ahmed concerns that covid-19 pandemic has stayed and upsurge of such targeted violence
The ordinance which  amends  epidemic disease  act 1897 and seeks to protect doctors nurses and paramedical staff from harassment or any physical injury -signals the government's zero tolerance of violence against healthcare services.
The move amid India's rising covid-19 count follow multiple incidents of violence and harassment of doctors and Healthcare workers engaged in covid-19 care of contact tracing in demand from IMA Indian Medical Association for protective legislation.
The resident doctors in some government hospitals in Delhi who have raised concerns about shortage of personal protective equipment PPT of complaint about hostile hospital administration.
In the central Indian town of Indore Healthcare workers engage in contact tracing were attacked by a mob. On 19 April a mob in the city of Chennai attack and ambulance carrying the body of neurosurgeon who died after contacting covid-19.
If dignity is denied even in death our patience and restraint lose their value. Attribute search in violence against him care workers to a mix of ignorance and fear are amplified by pandemic. Pradeep Kumar and Orthopedic surgeon Chennai work with neurosurgeon who died told " attacks on doctors has been a long standing problem in this country “even before the pandemic.
The government has only amended epidemic act we need stick permanent and strong the first legislation. From these all examples I want to conclude that though there were many policies amended ,the health care are not feeling free and safe. And these all clearly clarified by my examples.

FRIENDSHIP

Our society tends to place an emphasis on romantic relationships. We think that just finding that right person will make us happy and fulfilled. But research shows that friends are actually even more important to our psychological welfare. Friends bring more happiness into our lives than virtually anything else.
Friendships have a huge impact on your mental health and happiness. Good friends relieve stress, provide comfort and joy, and prevent loneliness and isolation. Developing close friendships can also have a powerful impact on your physical health. Lack of social connection may pose as much of a risk as smoking, drinking too much, or leading a sedentary lifestyle. Friends are even tied to longevity. One Swedish study found that, along with physical activity, maintaining a rich network of friends can add significant years to your life.
But close friendships don’t just happen. Many of us struggle to meet people and develop quality connections. Whatever your age or circumstances, though, it’s never too late to make new friends, reconnect with old ones, and greatly improve your social life, emotional health, and overall well-being.

Writing
Writing is a medium of human communication that represent language with signs and symbols . For language that utilize a writing system .Inscription can complement spoken language by creating a durable version of speech that can be stored for future reference or transmitted across distance. Writing, in other words, is not a language but a tool used to make language readable within a language system ,writing relies on many of the same structure as speech such as vocabulary, grammar, and semantic with the added dependency of system on a signs or symbols. The result of writing is called a tent and the interpreter or activity of this tent is called reader.

Technology in Education
Technology is just a tool in terms of getting students working together and motivating them teacher is more important. The above are the words which were said by Bill Gates. Covid-19 has affected the education systems worldwide leading to the closures of school universities and colleges. Most of the governments have temporarily closed the educational institutions as they have thought that it opening them would be threat to the children. As of 4th September 2020 approximately 1.277 billion learners are affected because of this covid-19 situation today. In this covid-19 time instead of having books in the hand the students are having tablets and other handsets in their hands. However it is because of technology that the student’s education is not affected during covid-19 situation. Also the devices which method which were not good for students like mobiles laptops extra are now as a boon for students as because of them it is possible for students to get the education which was stop because of covid-19. Because of this covid-19 situations there is a big leap in the education error like there are many much online learning platforms which are open for students and they are also providing free access during the cold time so this is also helpful for students so so that there is no gap between the students and their future. It is not only providing new things to students but also to the teachers like teachers are getting to learn how to provide education via technology.

Best Goal Setting

Talking about an honest assessment of the situation & taking action even when it's way out of your comfort zone. Thus we grow & don't suck & we have success if we are efficient in our original look inside at the "real" situation we "suck" at. Where can you find the motivation?

There isn't going to be an easy answer. My suggestion is to avoid looking at the entire meaning of life and focus on the meaning of tomorrow. It might take your whole life to be fully satisfied with an answer to the meaning of life, but finding a meaning in tomorrow is closer to reaching. Then - How do you find a meaning in tomorrow? There are many routes .

1) Setting goals.

2) Finding something I'm passionate about.

Setting goals you really care about is a good way to give your motivation a head start. If you're cynical and set goals you don't think you'll achieve, they won't motivate you. But whenever you spend a lot of time contemplating what you truly desire, motivation usually follows.

Usually it is not that we don't have dreams, but that our dreams have been smothered by what we view as "reasonable". If you can let yourself set goals and think about what you want, you can recapture some of that motivation. Setting goals isn't an instant cure. There will still be times you lose motivation and slip into apathy. But they are helpful. The second path I've used to recapture motivation is to find something I'm passionate about. This is a harder path because you can't force it. Stumbling on your passions isn't as direct a route as goal-setting.

Waits for None : Time

Time one of the most precious thing on the earth. Once it goes, never returns. Success and failure of a person depends on how they utilize their time. To achieve successful lifetime management is necessary.

What is time management ?  We all have got 24 hours in a day. We cannot do each and everything that we desire to.  This creates hurdles in our everyday work.  Human beings have unlimited dream to fulfill each, time management is required. In order to work upon each and every corner of your interest division of time is necessary, so that you can complete all your task on time.

Kishan Sirvi/ Class LKG
You can be at any stage of your time management strategy leads your future. If you are students studies should be given first priority then come your personal development and then social life that consist of family and friends. It is important for students to take out time from daily routine of schools and colleges for personal growth. If you are a working person then running after money should not be your first priority your quality of work should be. Then comes our family. It's equally important to spend time with them.  One must always remember that lost money can be regained if you use your time wisely but lost time can never be repurchased.

World Ozone Day

On 16th of September, every year is celebrated as International Day for the Preservation of the Ozone Layer. This event commemorates the date of the signing of the Montreal Protocol on Substances that Deplete the Ozone Layer in 1987.

World Ozone Day is important because it is a day that is used for spreading awareness regarding the Ozone Layer’s depletion, as well as the search for solutions in order to preserve it.

Ozone is a gas in the atmosphere that protects everything living on the Earth from harmful ultraviolet (UV) rays from the Sun. Without the layer of ozone in the atmosphere, it would be very difficult for anything to survive on the surface. Plants cannot live and grow in heavy ultraviolet radiation. The ozone layer acts as a shield to absorb the UV rays, and keep them from doing damage at the Earth's surface.

The ozone layer is very important for life on earth. It protects us from harmful UV rays that can have serious effects on biodiversity, animals and people’s health, including skin cancer and eye cataract.

The Montreal Protocol on Substances that Deplete the Ozone Layer, also known simply as the Montreal Protocol, is an international treaty designed to protect the ozone layer by phasing out the production of numerous substances that are responsible for ozone depletion.

Aside from learning more about the ozone layer on this date, another way that you can honour and observe World Ozone Day is by spreading awareness on the subject. A lot of people are not aware of the damaging impact that they are having on the ozone layer. This is why it is important to spread awareness about this, and World Ozone Day provides you with the perfect opportunity to do this.  The ozone layer protects the Earth from the sun’s harmful rays. It is essentially a fragile shield of gas. Because of this, it plays a massive role in helping to preserve life on our planet.

Value of Silence

It is said that silence is golden. This statement highlights the importance of silence in our lives. There is a deafening noise all around us. Vehicle horns and engines whizzing Jet aircraft screeching machines and blaring loudspeakers create so much of noise that we have forgotten how silence feels like, so much so that whenever there is silence we feel uncomfortable. Modern life affords little time for enjoying the bliss of silence that prevails in nature. People have no time to stand and stare. Have you gazed at stars on a calm and placid night or viewed the calm blue waters of a lake on a beautiful day? Have you enjoyed yourself of the music of nature just as the famous poets Wordsworth and Keats used to? There is so much noise around us especially in the cities that we have created special silence zones at places where silence is indispensable example hospitals, schools and colleges, libraries and prayer halls.

No prayer or meditation is possible where there is deafening noise that is why the sages in the ancient times preferred caves, forests and mountain tops for the meditation. But little children love to make noise. They are too young to know the importance and value of silence in life. Their noise at play may be an expression of their excitement and joy but it may disturb others. Therefore let us realize the importance of silence in our life. Let us learn to observe it, for it is an integral part of the discipline in life when we observe silence peace prevails all around us

Everything goes on smoothly just like the planets move silently in their orbits. When silence is not observed there is chaos, for everyone wants to be heard but nobody is ready to listen. The atmosphere becomes unhealthy and unpleasant. A very small incident may turn into an ugly brawl  We must learn when and how much we ought to speak and when we must keep quiet. We must always observe the etiquette of silence wherever we are at home, in our classroom, in the library or when visiting an ailing relative or friend at the hospital.

The conversation is a two-way process. We must learn to listen if you want to be heard. No one likes a talkative person. Therefore we should not waste time in idle talk. Time thus saved can be better utilized and productive work. If the silence can say it, why waste a word? Communication is not all the noise that's heard. Silence too speaks. A language of its own. Discover its power, respect every silent zone.

“Attack is the secret of defense; defense is the planning of an attack”

As I, today's opposition strongly believes that De-Nuclearisation can't Instill World Peace. But before coming to my actual arguments let me first explain what denuclearization is. It is the act of reducing or eliminating nuclear weapons. It can also be the state of a nuclear-weapons-free world, in which nuclear weapons are completely eliminated.

Coming to my first argument

Nuclear weapons are helping in maintaining world's peace. We have seen two world wars, and the second one came to an end with a nuclear bomb being dropped by the USA in Japan. Since then, we haven’t seen any open, full-fledged war, not because there have been no tensions among the countries and we all are living happily, but because of the reason that most of the developed and developing countries have nuclear arms.

We as a country can decide whether we need to prepare the nuclear weapons or not ,but what about other countries ,we cannot do anything about that, India is always been a strong supporter of Non violence and has never joined any of the power blocs and led the Non aligned Movement, but due to the growing threats of nuclear weapons by neighbouring countries we are forced to go for nuclear weapons and maintain the balance and safe guard our sovereignty and national interests and borders.

Secondly, If denuclearization takes place then also it will not lead to peace. Fighting and violence is a part of the genetic character of all animals including man. This chatacteristic is more pronounced in the male of the species. Even cavemen fought with each other with sticks and stones. So whether denuclearization takes place or not, men will find other weapons to fight with. It is part of the nature of Man.

Can denuclearization bring an end to rapes, violence against women, robbery, murders, terrorism, discriminations and so on?

To bring peace in the world once need to be taught to respect others interest not denuclearization.

By all these points the motion must fall.

Last but not least I would like to say that

We have entered an era of globalization where we have to deal with global problems, no single country can completely solve them. We need to understand this fact and cooperate with each other with justice, negotiations and maturity, to save our beautiful planet Earth.

Thank you have a great day!!

Self Discipline

The quality of self-discipline is very rare. Being self-disciplined means knowing optimal time-management, being focused, zero procrastination, always making more attempts in the field you want to advance, upright moral character, and observing morals and ethics. A self-disciplined person does not have to be told to do the good things; he himself does them. There are only two options: be self-disciplined, or perish. The choice is to be made by you.

Work hard in silence let the success make the noise

Discipline

Discipline is something that keeps each person in control. It motivates a person to progress in life and achieve success. Everyone follows discipline in his/her life in a different form. Besides, everyone has his own prospect of discipline. Some people consider it a part of their life and some don’t. It is the guide that availability directs a person on the right path.

Positive Thinking Can Change Your Destiny

A life of success and achievement is a direct result of utilizing the power of positive thinking. The most important asset we have to achieve is our dreams.

“If we plant positive thoughts we will definitly relep positive results.”

Our response to what happens to us, whether good or bad, is our choice. It’s very simple to recognize negative thoughts. Any thinking that emphasizes lack, failure, sickness and so on is negative.

”IF YOU DO NOT WANT IT, DON’T THINK IT.”

Thinking right is not a quick fine process. It might have taken years. We cannot simply decide that we will stop thinking negatively. It should be a process of replacement of the negative with the positive. It is a lifelong process. There are many techniques that I have come across to change our mindset is to associate with other great minds.

“STAY POSITIVE IN ALL CIRCUMSTANCES.”

Take every opportunity we have to expose our mind to the right things, watch the right movies, listen to the right music, read inspiring, uplifting and motivational books that will slowly but surely help us to think about the fact that our lives are totally in our own hands.

Believing in positive thinking would mean that we cannot blame our lack of education, our parents, teachers, spouse or destiny for our failure.

“THOUGHTS ARE ENERGY, THINK AND GROW RICH.”

Two Contrasting Realities of 9/11s

September 11 was the day a Hindu seer, from the most ancient order of monks in the world, unveiled a grand vision of religion before the world. The monk was Swami Vivekananda, the place, the city of Chicago in the US, and the year was 1893.

Vivekananda’s words caused a stir in the audience. He introduced the idea of religious pluralism in Parliament: “I am proud to belong to a religion which has taught the world both tolerance and universal acceptance. We believe not only in universal toleration, but we accept all religions as true.”

Quoting the Bhagavad Gita, he made a passionate plea to abolish religious intolerance: “Sectarianism, bigotry, and its horrible descendant, fanaticism, have long possessed this beautiful earth. They have filled the earth with violence, drenched it often and often with human blood, destroyed civilization and sent whole nations to despair. I fervently hope that the bell that tolled this may be the death-knell of all fanaticism.”

Of course, 9/11 is also remembered for another “counter-attack from the East,” the destruction of the twin towers of the World Trade Center in New York City by the Al Qaeda suicide bombers. After hijacking US jetliners, they crashed the doomed planes, full of innocent passengers, not just into the twin towers, but also in the Pentagon.

Here we come across two different realities.

One a person who spreads a message of hatred and the other person who is an Indian monk and he spreads the message of tolerance and humanity. Here I do not want to quote any religion. But I believe that no religion is more important than humanity. Nobody could be a perfect human being which is agreed to a great extent, but humanity should be in the flesh and blood of every human being on this planet. I believe that intolerance and fanaticism should be rejected by ourselves from within then the rest of the world could be a better place to live.

Happiness

Happiness is related to something that makes us feel good inside and satisfied. Nobody from outside can make you happy until you yourself want to be happy.

If a person keeps smile on his face while meeting others, it is not sure that he is the happiest person, he might be actually happy or he might try to hide his pain, his sadness. It is about having inner pleasure. Happiness makes us mentally and physically healthy. It affects everything we do. It is very important to be happy in life because a happy person spreads positivity and happiness in others life but if someone is unhappy, he can't perform well anywhere.

Happiness is something that we can't buy with money, we need to build it inside our hearts and brains. A person needs to have patience and understanding to become happy. We should try to achieve what we want but we must appreciate what we have. Becoming impatient and over ambitious can ruin our happiness. I see people feeling happy by doing little work, like the children look so happy when they play with friends, helping any needy one, talking to someone when someone feels lonely. If we are happy. We enjoy everything that happens around us otherwise an unhappy person feels lonely among hundreds of people.

World Suicide Prevention Day 10th September

World Suicide Prevention Day (WSPD), on 10 September, is organized by the International Association for Suicide Prevention (IASP). WHO has been co-sponsor of the day. The purpose of this day is to raise awareness around the globe that suicide can be prevented.

The ongoing pandemic has created a world environment that is harsh and seriously detrimental for mental health, making this the most imperative time to focus on suicide prevention.

Problems in love life, problems in academic life, problems in professional life, whatever the problem might be, committing suicides is never the solution.

What are the warning signs and symptoms of suicide?

Of course, prevention starts with recognizing the early warning signs, taking them seriously and acting upon them. Following are some of the common signs and symptoms that indicate someone may be thinking about suicide:

Drastic changes in mood and behaviour

Major changes to sleeping patterns – such as sleeping too much or too little

Loss of energy

Threatening to kill oneself

Saying things like ‘no-one will miss me when I am gone’

Looking for ways to kill oneself, such as seeking access to pesticides, firearms or medication, or browsing the internet for means of taking one’s own life

Self-harming behaviours like bodily harm, cuts, etc.

Saying goodbye to close family members and friends, giving away of valued possessions, or writing a will

What you can do if you think someone has suicidal tendencies?

Suicide is a complex issue, however, it is preventable with timely, evidence-based and often low-cost interventions. Here are a few things you can do if someone you know is showing warning signs for suicide, as per WHO:

Find an appropriate time and a quiet place to talk about suicide with the person you are worried about.

Let your loved one or the concerned person know that you are there to listen.

Encourage the person to seek professional help, such as of a doctor, mental health professional, counsellor or social worker. Offer to accompany them to an appointment.

Do not leave the person alone if you think he/she is in immediate danger.

Don't hesitate to ask if he or she is depressed or thinking about suicide. Instead, seek professional help from the emergency services, a crisis line, or a health-care professional, or turn to family members.

Make sure that you stay in touch to check how the person is doing.

If the person you are worried about lives with you, ensure that he or she does not have access to means of suicide - such as pesticides, firearms or medication in the home.

If you think someone you know is considering suicide, talk to them about it and listen with an open mind while offering your support.

So on this day, let us take a pledge to help each other in times of crisis so that nobody has to deal with suicidal thoughts. Let's be there to support and help each other. Let's drop the 'log kya kahengey' approach and talk about suicide awareness.

 Soumanshu Singh Rathore/VI

International Literacy Day

International Literacy Day is celebrated every year on 8th September. Its main aim of this day is to highlight the importance of literacy to all individuals, communities and societies. Several initiatives are taken by the Government and people from educational background to highlight the improvement in world literacy rates and reflect on the remaining literacy challenges.

International Literacy Day was declared by UNESCO on 26th 1966 at 14th session of it’s General conference. The first time it was celebrated in 1967. The scale of literacy is very low in the world. So this day was started keeping in mind the importance of literacy which is a matter of dignity and human rights. The basic aim is that each individual acquires the basic skill of reading and writing. If people are educated then, they can live a proper life, earn a livelihood for living, contribute to society, country and world in promoting peace, eradicating poverty, removing gender inequality, and many more. Every year different themes are used to celebrate this day. Some previous year’s themes were “The Power of Women’s Literacy”, “Literacy and Health” and “Literacy for Peace”, “Literacy and Multilingualism”.

This day is celebrated both at national and local levels at various schools, NGOs and community centres. Events like great authors are invited to speak; competitions are organized for children so they can earn scholarships as a reward and get a chance to attend school.

This year’s theme is “Literacy Teaching and Learning in the Covid-19 Crisis and Beyond”. It lays emphasis on the role of educators and changing pedagogies. The main focus is on youths and adults. There were many loopholes in our education system and with Covid-19 crisis education was affected a lot. Due to these programmes were developed which could be used during pandemic time and beyond.

If the literacy rate increases not only the individual’s future is brightened but also the nation’s development and growth increases.

Skill Development

We often hear this small word 'skill' in our everyday life but what does skill means? One could say that it is a special talent in a particular field . Some believe that it is god gifted and some try and work hard to get some specific skill. I say that skill is the key to success in this modern and technological era. Now, it is not possible that one could have all the skills in him but at the same time it is also not possible that one could have no skills in him. Skill means something special rather than only education. In this competitive world , anybody could Study and get higher marks but nowadays only marks can't get you everything you want.

The interviewer    while appointing someone would look at their extra skills if he would had to choose between two people for a single job. Now these skills should be developed by people in order to achieve more. It is seen that many illiterate  adults only forces a child to work and focus on their academic courses and any other extra talent is considered as a waste by them but there are a few parents which support them on developing their skill cause they knew it's importance. Skills can be many such as speaking skills , sports , singing , dance etc. It is also observed in the coming few years , there will be more job opportunities in skill area rather than doctors or engineers. With respect to this only, our government is also launching many programmes that develop the skills of children at early age so that they would not suffer in future and go hand in hand with the whole world. Thus the motive is that skill should be developed in order for a bright future

The World Health Organisation has declared the new coronavirus outbreak in China . It is the disease which has disbalanced the health condition of the people living in China and population has also slowed down .Then this disease has spread in different countries.Which has affected the economic conditions of these countries

The coronavirus family causes illnesses ,Common cold , Respiratory problems and other severe diseases . The coronavirus is circulating in animals that are not infected by humans . But covid -19 has been spread due to animals. There are many people who are infected by these diseases ,but do not show any symptoms.

And nowadays the children's between 1- 10 and old people's between 60 and more than that are not allowed in the Hospitals. Now the condition has been in control and we all should be aware of this disease.

' India will get growth back, Atmanirbhar Bharat is the way forward. '

*Atmanirbhar Bharat*

As we know the basic meaning of Atmanirbhar Bharat is 'Self-Reliant India'. It is the vision of our prime minister Narendra Modi to make India a self-reliant nation . The announcement of this mission was made during the coronlavirus pandemic related economic package on 12th May 2020. The most prominent example of initiatives towards self-reliance is that :

India's own 5G network was announced in mid july 2020 by Reliance Jio to create a complete 5G solution and provide a world class 5G service in India using 100% Indian technology. Example of becoming self reliant is to learn to tie one's own shoes gives children a sense of pride and accomplishment. Self Reliance is the ability to depend on yourself to get things done and to meet your own needs. Another example of self reliance is growing your own food.

At last I wish to conclude my speech by saying just that Atmanirbhar Bharat has been called as the repackaged version of Make in India. Its main purpose was to boycott the Chinese products.

Let's all pledge together to become self reliant.

Thank you everyone and have a good day.

Hard Work

Hard work is the only key for achieving success. It teaches us discipline, dedication and determination. Hard work is definitely more important because it is only through hard work that we can achieve the goals of our life. Smart work, on the other hand often leads to shortcut and delaying or postponing of the work. Smart work saves time and allows us to be more organized. It helps us to gain recognition quickly. But hard work is the first step towards smart work. Through hard work we gain experience. It helps us to discover many new things. This experience enables us to think smartly and to solve critical problems and achieve success. If we do not work hard work, we will not be able to achieve our goals. To achieve anything in life one has to commit himself or herself to work hard continuously. This will lead us further to achieve our goals and fulfill our dreams. We must remember there is no shortcut to success. One needs to really work hard.

                                                                            Respect & Love

If we ask our parents who are the most important person in your life, we all know that they all will have only one answer that is their children. What our parents do for us, nobody in the world can do for us whether we talk about love, care or sacrifice. Their love for their daughter and son is incredible. They work hard to fulfill our desires. They forget to live for themselves, they start living for us. They are the only person, we can trust on for the whole life. They teach us about life, they guide us  and help us to choose the right path throughout the life. They never expects anything from us for their unconditional love. We all should respect our parents and love them as much as possible. We should listen to their advice because they  never want us to be in trouble.

National Wildlife Day
National Wildlife Day was celebrated on September 4th, it encourages awareness of the species around us and in the broader world. This National Day focuses on endangered species, preservation, and conservation efforts around the world. Zoos, aviaries and marine sanctuaries provide a variety of ways to get involved.
No matter where you live, opportunities abound to learn and participate in the day. Wildlife doesn’t only exist in the forest or outside the city limits. Look closely. The creatures and animals sharing our world live under our feet and in the sky above us. Our rivers, lakes and oceans are teeming with wildlife of all sizes. It’s essential to understand how we impact the habitats that animals need to survive. Their homes supply their food and shelter.
The animals and plants that live in the wild have an intrinsic value and contribute to the ecological, genetic, social, economic, scientific, educational, cultural, recreational and aesthetic aspects of human well-being and to sustainable development.
The year 2020, known as “biodiversity super year,” will host several major global events that place biodiversity at the forefront. It provides a unique opportunity to deliver transformation progress for the conservation and sustainable use of the species of wild animals and plants.

Importance of Education
Education is very important and highly valued in today’s society. It teaches the ability to read and write. Reading and writing is the first step in Education. Most information is done by writing. Hence, the lack of writing skill means missing out on a lot of information.

Small Scale Industry Day
India is a land of festivals where several events, important days are celebrated with full enthusiasm. All the days have their own importance. Small Industry Day is celebrated every year on 30th August. This day is celebrated with the aim of promoting Small Industry and providing employment opportunities to the unemployed. A small industry has an important role in economic development in a developing country like India. Keeping in mind the strategic importance in the overall economic development of India, special emphasis has been given to the need for the development of small scale sector.
The civilization and culture of the country are protected through Small Industry. Art and traditional goods are mostly produced by small industries and mostly these industries are based on labour-intensive technology, which reinforces the spirit of mutual goodwill, equality and fraternity in the industries.
The recent COVID-19 pandemic has proved to be a game-changer for the majority of small scale industries.. It has changed the way they behave and perceive things. Many of their habits have changed. They are experiencing a new world altogether. This unexpected and adverse shift in habits and mindset has impacted the economies heavily. Many have taken a bad hit. But in some cases, the results are exponentially positive. So the adaptability and creative decision making will play a key role in the sustainability of the enterprises.
The workers have turned digitalized and they have adapted themselves to new skills and have upgraded themselves. The most important factor is that they have taken a step to be self-reliant and increase their growth by establishing small scale cottage industries. The trend of policy support from the government for the small industry will be helpful and favourable for the development of small enterprise-class.

Role of Teachers’

Our teachers, who have helped us to become what we are today, play such a big role in our lives. Even during the pandemic, teachers are doing an exemplary job by taking the virtual route to help students’ access education- from using virtual reality, hosting interactive lessons or even checking in with their students. There's a lot we should be thanking our teachers for especially this year.
Words can never pay the knowledge you have given us, words can never tell you how acknowledged we students are to have you as teachers. Happy Teachers' Day

Teachers: Leading in crisis & re-imagining the future
"Teaching is the profession that teaches all the professions"
As we all know we celebrate Teachers’ Day on 5th September as the birth anniversary of Sarvepalli Radhakrishna. Teachers are the first guiding step in our life. They shouldn't be treated lesser than our parents.
Sarvepalli Radhakrishna , second President of independent India who himself was a great teacher, philosopher and educationist. S. Radhakrishna and APJ Abdul Kalam are some of the most famous names that have given meaning to the word 'teacher'.
Teachers are the most prominent pillars of a country. They shape and guide the destiny of students. They play an important role behind the successful career of students. Teaching is actually a way of life not just a profession. I am very fortunate to have such teachers in my life who are always ready for me, to guide me, explain any topic any time.
We can understand the importance of this profession through this example. In olden times there was the gurukul system in which the students gain the knowledge from the teacher in the beauty of nature under religious trees and open place called ashrams. And In this drastic pandemic teacher regardless of their mental stress giving their precious time in online classes is much appreciable.
Learning is one of the most important thing in this situation. And learning won't be stopped any time and this is only possible due to our teachers. Never Never Never forget to convey your teacher day wishes to your all teachers who leave a great impact on you.

Causes of Stress in The Modern Generation
The main cause of stress on the modern generation is the cut-throat competition and consumerist culture prevalent in our society. This always puts them under pressure of efficiency and productivity. The modern environment is highly competitive and calls for relentless effort on the part of each youngster. To achieve the goals they have to devote all their time and capacity, without rest. So they have no time to care even for their own selves. They have no time for relaxing or to pursue something of their own interest sounds like a luxury to them. The effects of this stress on the youth also visible in their physical being whereby they have increased pulses and a lot of tension in their muscles.
With increased professionalism and specialization there seems no practical and suitable solution for this stress due to the competition. In this age of consumerism, it is not surprising that the youth of today are also constantly vying to outdo each other in acquiring material things. But now it is high time each one of us sat back in quiet introspection to contemplate where we are actually heading in this high-speed pace. Our health and well-being will have to be our primary concern for, as they say, a healthy mind lies in a healthy body. Let us stop living like robots. We are humans and have to behave likewise and not like machines which are our own creation.

Depression
Depression is a common and serious medical illness that negatively affects how you feel, the way you think and how you act. Depression is a mood disorder that involves a persistent feeling of sadness and loss of interest. It is different from the mood fluctuations that people regularly experience as a part of life. This disorder must be controlled before it becomes so serious to handle.
Depression is nearly twice as common among women as men, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). Males with depression are more likely than females to drink alcohol in excess, display anger, and engage in risk-taking as a result of the disorder. Depression is one of the most common mental health conditions, affecting an estimated 350 million people in all age groups. Depression is something which makes our mind in such a way that we can't think of others.
Imagine depression as a weather forecast for your mood. There’s a 100 percent change of clouds and showers on Monday. Tuesday, too. Wednesday looks just as grim. Actually, the next two weeks show nothing but storms. You’re stuck in this crappy weather pattern and there seems to be no relief in sight , depression is just like weather forecast. To overcome depression we must talk to our family and friends. If you ever feel or suffering from depression you must talk to someone whom you trust.

Where there is a will, there is a way
Strong will gives us power and motivation to go ahead and continue the task till we achieve success and reach our goal. The proverb "Where there is a will, there is a way" teaches us the same that we must be determined towards our goal otherwise we will face failure .People having strong will are the ones who can do something big in life. If once you face failure don't be lose just be strong and start a new bright day with a strong will power. This proverb underlines the importance of strong will power and determination. These act as pillars to accomplish anything in life. One must need to work continuously and need right direction to make their dreams meet the reality of life. This phrase motivate us to work hard in life even during the hard times and teaches us to be in discipline, patience and commitment. This phrase makes people push their limits to achieve the goals and success in life.A determined person treats the challenges in life as an opportunity and defeat them through hard work and tireless efforts. This holds a huge power to inspire a person to be motivated in life in any face of challenge. If we have a strong will power, in condition somehow we will get the way to reach our success station.

Role of School in a Child's life
School plays a pivotal role in a child's life. The role of school in child development begins as early as pre school and continues throughout his or her life. Some consider parents to be a child's first teacher, while teachers are his second parents. A child spends as much time in school as he spends with his parents School provide structured education to the child and promote his mental and psychological growth
Aside from learning academics, a child also learns other important life skills such as teamwork, good manners, unity, sharing, and responsibility. Schools have an important role to play in helping young people to develop and manage their physical and emotional well-being, and to live and work with others It equips a child to face all experiences necessary for his growth and development till he reaches level of maturity to face the world. School can be an integral part of a child's life. Educating children in school helps them communicate better apart from appreciating and respecting others' opinion

Technology
Technology has covered a long way to make human life easier but the negative aspect of it can’t be ignored. Over the years technological advancement has caused a severe rise in pollution. Also, pollution has become a major cause of many health issues. Besides, it has cut off people from society rather than connecting them. Above all, it has taken away many jobs from the workers . Innovative techniques has become an important part of our lives. Also, newer technologies are taking the market by storm and the people are getting used to them in no time. Above all, technological advancement has led to the growth and development of nations.Although technology is good but everything has two sides. Technology also has two sides one is good and the other is bad.A single machine can replace many workers. Also, machines can do work at a constant pace for several hours or days without stopping. Due to this, many workers lost their job which ultimately increases unemployment.Today, everything we use in our daily life is a gift of technology and without which we cannot imagine our lives. Also, we cannot refuse the facts that it has caused severe damage to our surroundings. It should be used judiciously to generate employment rather than reduce it.

Values
Values and virtues are not hereditary; they are learned. We need to get our priority right if we want to live with respect and dignity. Values are the pillars of our life, if we want to experience it greatly. Values play a prominent role in this lethargic world. We should follow the prominent values which will bring discipline and patience into our life. Following the values is probably the most important one.
Values are important and enduring beliefs or ideals echoed and shared by a number of people, about what is good and what is not. Values exert a major influence on the behavior of an individual and serve as board guidelines in all situations. Values are like the North Star that helps us navigate.
Values help a person to become good in society and as a good citizen of a nation if all the persons have good values then think how the world will be. No war and all around the world peace and humanity.
Values are important to make a good human being. Today's world is highly dynamic. We are in an era of rapid changes in communication and lifestyle. We have had too much of the 'me' generation and situational ethics , which have led to the loss of strong communities. People of the 'me' generation feel sadness at getting caught rather than remorse at having done wrong.

Online Classes
Nowadays everyone is attending online classes  because of this pandemic situation. This is the first time that everything is done through internet. For students this online class is totally a new concept of teaching. It has some good effects as well as bad effects. Online classes has good effects because it is very convenient, flexible and it brings education direct at home through just one click and as we all know that along with good things bad things also comes so, it also has some negative effects such as network error for example the teacher is teaching an important topic at that time suddenly there is network error. Then you might be unable to attend class, you get distracted from studies which is not a good sign. But one thing is clear if anyone wants to study he/ she can study from anywhere or with anything you just need to change your mind set that by saying I can, and I will.
