The Best Day I had in School
As I turn the pages of my memory of being in school, there are few pages marked differently
and they make me smile even today. There were days that made me happy like when I  stood first in the class.  I went for picnic with my friends attended fun fair, night camp,cooking competition etc. Out of many,  the most memorable for me was my birthday in 2019. It was also the last working day of school before Summer Vacation. It was as if the whole school was celebrating and was happy for me. We were also happy that we chatted endlessly  and played our games in the little time that we had together. Everyone wished me and also whose birthday fall in the upcoming holidays in summer break in the Assembly. I felt blessed to receive the blessings from my dear teachers, all my friends, juniors as well as my seniors wished me a good year ahead and I offered them sweets as a token of love and gratitude. All my friends had brought special lunch and we feasted merrily. Overall for me it remains a lonely, happy and a very lucky beginning of a wonderful year of my life.

अहिंसा और युवा 
अहिंसा और युवा दोनों ही बहुत जोशीले शब्द है। युवा पूरे जोश से भरे होते है जो कि अहिंसा को हिंसा में
बदलते है।  अहिंसा इंसान दया से प्रेरित एक कार्य है, जिसमें सबके प्रति प्रेम भाव और स्नेह की भावना होती है। युवा एक उत्साह का प्रतीक है।
आज हम देखते और सुनते आ रहे है कि युवाओं का देश की प्रगति में बहुत बड़ा हाथ होता है। जब युवा कुछ करने का ठान लेते है कि उनको बड़ा होकर अपने पैरो पर खड़ा होना है और पूरे देश में नाम कमाना है तब वे कभी भी पीछे मुड़कर नहीं देखते हैं। आज के युवा सारे ही क्षेत्रों में अपना नाम कमा रहे हैं।
यह आवश्यक नहीं कि सारे ही युवा अहिंसा के साथ हो क्योंकि हर युवा के सोचने और समझने में अंतर होता है। कोई युवा हिंसा के साथ होता है और कोई अहिंसा के साथ अगर हम बात करें तो कुछ युवा ऐसे भी होते हैं जो अपना प्रतिशोध पूरा करने के लिए भी दूसरे युवाओं को भड़काते हैं क्योंकि उनके अंदर प्रतिशोध की भावना है।अगर कुछ दिनों पहले की बात करें तो नागरिकता कानून के विरोध में दिल्ली और देश के कई हिस्सो में हिंसा भड़का दी गई थी।
 कुछ युवा ऐसे भी होते है जो अपनी मजबूरी की वजह से हिंसा के मार्ग पर आ जाते हैं जैसे अब जो देश में परिस्थिति चल रही है उसमें कई सारे युवा बेरोजगार हो चुके है और यह परिस्थिति युवाओं को हिंसा करने पर मजबूर कर रही है । युवा यह जोश और उत्साह गलत काम में भी प्रयोग कर रहे है जैसे चोरी करना, लूटपाट करना।
 हिंसा पर काबू पाया जा सकता है अगर युवा अपने जोश, उत्साह और अपने क्रोध को सही जगह प्रयोग करे तो । इस परिवर्तन को युवाओं को खुद अपने अंदर लाना होगा अपने भविष्य को उज्ज्वल बनाने के लिए। युवा अपनी जिम्मेदारी, कर्तव्य को समझें और धैर्यपूर्वक अपनी चुनौतियों का सामना करें। तभी उनकी और देश की प्रगति होगी।

Confidence and Courage 

One afternoon I went for a walk. I was walking for about half an hour. I was so tired and hungry. I looked around and found no one on the road. Suddenly I noticed a cottage on the other side of the road. I somehow reached there.
I reached and knocked at the door. A middle aged man opened the door. I was astonished to see that the one who opened the door had no hands. I was about to run away when the man stopped me and told me that I would not find anything else on this route. I was so scared but was forced to stay there, as I had no other option. 
As I entered the house, the man told me that he lived alone. I was amazed to see how this man carried on his daily chores using only his legs. I could not imagine doing so many things only using legs with such an ease. The man offered me food but I didn't feel like eating, so l refused it. I spent time looking at this man who managed to get along with his life instead of being ashamed of his disability. 
At the time of leaving that cottage , I saluted the man for his courage to face challenges with such an ease. This man gave me a lesson that we should overcome our disabilities and live a life with confidence and courage.

जिम्मेदारी 
हमें अपनी जिम्मेदारी ठीक से निभानी चाहिए। इस बदलते परिवेश में हो सकता है, जिम्मेदारी निभाना थोड़ा
कठिन रहे किंतु हमें अपने प्रयास नहीं छोड़ना चाहिए। जीवन में बहुत सारे उतार-चढ़ाव आते रहते हैं, कठिनाइयाँ भी आती है और सुखद पल भी आते हैं किंतु जिम्मेदारी से घबरा जाए, यह उचित नहीं। एक समय था जब लोग परोपकार को महत्व देते थे आज समय थोड़ा सा बदल गया है। परंतु परोपकार का महत्व तो वही है इसलिए परोपकार की भावना मन में रखें। 'परहित सरिस धर्म नहिं भाई' यह उक्ति आज भी चरितार्थ होती है इसलिए हमें परोपकार का साथ नहीं छोड़ना चाहिए और परोपकार एक जिम्मेदारी भी है। इसलिए हमें परोपकार के नाते ही सही अपनी जिम्मेदारियों का वहन करना चाहिए।

जिम्मेदारियाँ कई तरह की होती है। बालक के लिए जिम्मेदारी अलग तरह की और बड़ों की अलग तरह की होती है। जिम्मेदारी से कोई पीछा नहीं छुड़ा सकता। बालकों की जिम्मेदारी है कि अपने माता पिता गुरुजनों और बड़ों की बात माने, आज्ञा का पालन करें। आवश्यकतानुसार सहयोग करें, मन लगाकर अध्ययन करें तथा किसी प्रकार की शिकायत का मौका ना दें। बड़ों की भी कई जिम्मेदारियाँ हैं- परिवार का पालन-पोषण करना बच्चों की शिक्षा, मूलभूत आवश्यकताओं की पूर्ति, रिश्तेदारों पड़ोसियों से व्यवहार आदि कई तत्व है जो बड़ों को निभाने पड़ते है। यदि इनमें कहीं  भी चूक रह जाए तो कई विवाद या समस्याएँ घेर सकती है। 

एक उदाहरण से समझने की कोशिश करें यदि प्रकृति अपनी जिम्मेदारी निभाना बंद कर दें तो सब कुछ उलट-पुलट हो जाएगा। ऐसे में ऋतुओं का कोई क्रम नहीं रहेगा या फिर उचित समय पर नहीं आएगी या कई और विपरीत परिस्थितियाँ बनेगी ऐसा हम कभी नहीं चाहेंगे। हम चाहेंगे कि प्रकृति अपना नियमित और निर्धारित काम करती रहे क्योंकि प्रकृति के बिगड़ने से हमारा जीवन बिगड़ जाएगा। 

इसलिए हमें भी इस बात से सीख लेनी चाहिए की कभी भी जिम्मेदारी को अनदेखा न करें हमें अपनी जिम्मेदारी को कर्तव्य समझकर पूरी करनी चाहिए। जब सब ऐसा करने लग जाएँगे तो किसी प्रकार की कोई समस्या रहेगी ही नहीं क्योंकि सारे काम समय पर होते रहेंगे। इसलिए जिम्मेदारी निभाना मनुष्य का परम कर्तव्य है।

Humility and Appreciation 
Humility is considered as the act of lowering oneself in relation to others or having a clear perspective and respect for one’s place in the world. It also involves knowing your limits and having appreciation for the intentions, strength, and perspectives of others. Unlike what some people think, humility is not the same as having low self esteem. A famous way of describing humility is that “It’s not thinking less of yourself, but thinking of yourself less.
Power promised by humility is the power over oneself, in self-government. But humility’s strength is obscured by the age of arrogance in which we live”.
In other words, humility requires enormous self knowledge, self control, and self esteem. For this reason, it is often paired with leadership.
To be an effective leader, humility is a very important characteristic. It combines several traits that help you ultimately connect to people, and earn their respect. Some think it’s the one defining trait that can make a leader effective.
In our world, we often think of leaders as CEO s or managers, but anyone who takes control over their life to make it better for them and the people around them should be considered a leader.
Humble leaders often acknowledge their own strengths and weaknesses and are open to seeking the advice and counsel of others. By doing this, they are able to learn more from others, grow, and also transform their weaknesses into strengths. At the same time, it helps them use the strengths of others, instead of trying to solve everything themselves.
Humility also helps us overcome conflicts and obstacles in life and thereby create harmonious situations in both our personal and professional lives. The same way arrogance can repel people, humility can bring them closer.

Learning Forward Saturday
The Joy of Learning; The 22 immutable values session was conducted by Mr Dutt. Unity and Caring were the two values discussed and talked about. This  is the second week we had a collaborative session with the BHIS, Mumbai, Educators shared their classroom experiences.  Post the session Educators expressed their thoughts by writing a Blog Post on www.BrewingKnowledge.com.

E-Learning Teacher Training 
Teachers training started section wise and completed one session on 1st June
: Revision of Google Classroom & Google Drive.
Next session is scheduled on Monday i.e 08th June'20.
Training for important applications required for Online teaching will be given first and later on - some Add-ons will be added to the training schedule. Following are the applications

Good Times v/s Bad Times
This reminds me of a quote written by Steve Harvey; "  If you are going through hell, keep

going. Why would you stop in hell?" And this hit me hard.Bad times will reveal the true colour of each and every person around you. You'll get to see who your true friend is only when you are in trouble. Because in good times you'll find everyone supporting you and taking their share in your happiness. It is rightly said that it is easy to find people to share your happiness with. But it is really very difficult to find someone to share your pain.

Be aware of what you tolerate, because you are teaching people how to treat you. So stop tolerating things that you can't tolerate. Make yourself happy, because happiness comes from within. Surround yourself from those things that you admire, and the world will be a happy place to live.

Once someone asked what is that one thing that will give you happiness in bad times and sadness in our happiest hours? A person replied with.” this time will also pass!". So celebrate what you have and appreciate even the smallest attempts of people to keep in touch with you, to share your pain. We never know whether we will be alive or not the very next moment. So just live every moment. Because it is rightly said that, “You don't live once; you die once, because you live every day."

समय और ज्वार भाटा किसी का इंतजार नहीं करते
पृथ्वी पर सबसे मूल्यवान वस्तु समय है। समय किसी का इंतजार नहीं करता। समय निरंतर चलने वाली
प्रक्रिया हैं। समय धन से कीमती हैं, धन को खर्च करने के बाद अर्जित कर सकते है लेकिन समय खो देने के बाद उसे अर्जित नहीं कर सकते।  एक कहावत है कि "समय और ज्वार भाटा किसी का इंतजार नहीं करता।" अगर हम समय पर कार्य पूर्ण नहीं करेंगे तो, वह आगे ही आगे बढ़ता जाएगा और उस कार्य का भार हमारे ऊपर चढ़ता जाएगा परंतु समय तो जा चुका होगा इसीलिए समय पर सभी कार्य कर लेने चाहिए ।  एक कहावत है कि "काल करे सो आज कर , आज करे सो अब।पल में प्रलय होगी ,बहुरि करेगा कब ।।" 

अर्थात हमें आज का कार्य अभी कर लेना चाहिए या वर्तमान में कर लेना चाहिए अगर उस कार्य को हम अगले दिन के लिए रखेंगे तो हो सकता है कि हमारा कार्य पूरा ना हो सके और उसमें समस्याएं आ जाए या ऐसी परिस्थिति आ जाए कि हम उस कार्य को करने में योग्य ना रहे । वर्तमान स्थिति को देखकर यही लगता है कि अभी हमारे पास काफी समय है कहने का मतलब अभी हम सभी घर में है ,परिवार के साथ हैं तो हमें अपने कौशल ,गतिविधियां, अभिरुचियों को नए आयाम देते हुए समय का सदुपयोग करना चाहिए । सुबह जल्दी उठना, योग करना,  अच्छी पुस्तकें पढ़ना , माता-पिता के साथ बैठकर उनके कार्य में हाथ बंटाना, अपनी अभिरुचियों को पूर्ण करना, प्रकृति के साथ बतियाना, अपने शरीर और मस्तिष्क के संतुलन के लिए व्यायाम करना आदि अनेक कार्य हो सकते हैं।  जो व्यक्ति समय की बर्बादी करता है वह स्वयं के पैरों पर कुल्हाड़ी मारने जैसा कार्य करता है क्योंकि समय बर्बाद करके वो अपने स्वयं का बुरा करते हैं।  कुछ लोग होते है जो आलस करके अपना समय व्यय कर देते हैं ऐसा नहीं करना चाहिए।

यदि एक बार यह कीमती समय चला जाता है तो लौटकर कभी नहीं आता क्योंकि समय निरन्तर आगे की ओर अग्रसर होता है न कि पीछे की दिशा में। यह बिल्कुल सत्य है कि, यदि कोई व्यक्ति समय की अहमियत को नहीं समझता, तो समय भी उस व्यक्ति की अहमियत को नहीं समझता है। यदि हम अपने समय को नष्ट करेंगे, समय भी हमें बहुत बुरी तरह से नष्ट करेगा। यह सत्य है कि, “समय कभी भी किसी की प्रतिक्षा नहीं करता।” एक समय पर, समय केवल एक ही मौका देता है, यदि हम इसे एकबार खो देते हैं, तो इसे कभी भी वापस नहीं पा सकते हैं।

इन दिनों हम देख रहे है कि सभी कार्य ठप्प है। इंसान अपने घरों में कैद है ,सभी फैक्ट्रियां, स्कूल ,ऑफिस बंद है परन्तु समय निरन्तर, बिना किसी रुकावटों के चल रहा है। अगर ऐसा कहा जाए कि इस समय का सबसे ज्यादा सदुपयोग प्रकृति ने किया है तो कोई अतिश्योक्ति नहीं होगा क्योंकि प्रकृति ने इस समय में अपने आप को पुनर्जीवित किया है। हमेशा बदलता हुआ समय, प्रकृति की अनूठी संपत्ति को दिखाता है कि, “बदलाव प्रकृति का नियम है।” बुरे वक़्त में भी हम खुद को दोषी पाते है। उस समय हम अपना धैर्य खो बैठते है और अपना अमूल्य समय खो देते है। समय की न तो कोई आलोचना कर सकते है और न ही विश्लेषण। हम सिर्फ़ यही कहते है कि यह समय भी बीत जाएगा। समय बहुत शक्तिशाली है ,इसके साथ वस्तुएं जन्म लेती है और इसके साथ ही ख़तम भी हो जाती है। 

जिस तरह पश्चिम बंगाल में ' अंफन ' तूफ़ान ने बहुत कुछ नष्ट कर दिया जिसमें लोगों के आशियाने और दुनिया के सबसे बड़े वृक्ष ' द ग्रेट बेन्यन ट्री ' का आधा हिस्सा तबाह कर दिया। जो तूफ़ान समय की गति से आया और चला गया और पीछे दर्द दे गया और मरहम के नाम पर सिर्फ़ यही कहा जाता रहेगा कि "समय था बीत गया, तूफ़ान था जो चला गया।"इस संसार में सबकुछ समय के अनुसार चलता है ,सबकुछ समय के अनुसार बदलता है क्योंकि, समय से कुछ भी स्वतंत्र नहीं है। लोग सोचते हैं कि, जीवन कितना लम्बा है हालांकि, सत्य तो यह है कि, जीवन बहुत ही छोटा है और हमारे पास जीवन में करने के लिए बहुत सी चीजें हैं। हमें अपने जीवन का हरेक पल सही तरीके से और अर्थपूर्ण ढंग से, समय को नष्ट किए बिना उपयोग करना चाहिए।

Covid 19
Corona viruses (CoV) are a large family of viruses that cause illness ranging from the
common cold to more severe diseases such as Middle East Respiratory Syndrome (MERS-CoV) and Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARS-CoV). A novel coronavirus (nCoV) is a new strain that has not been previously identified in humans. Coronaviruses are zoonotic, meaning they are transmitted between animals and people. Detailed investigations found that SARS-CoV was transmitted from civet cats to humans and MERS-CoV from dromedary camels to humans. Coronavirus disease (COVID-19) is an infectious disease caused by a newly discovered coronavirus.

Most people infected with the COVID-19 virus will experience mild to moderate respiratory illness and recover without requiring special treatment.  Older people and those with underlying medical problems like cardiovascular disease, diabetes, chronic respiratory disease, and cancer are more likely to develop serious illness. The best way to prevent and slow down transmission is to be well informed about the COVID-19 virus, the disease it causes and how it spreads. Protect yourself and others from infection by washing your hands or using an alcohol-based rub frequently and not touching your face. Maintain at least 1-metre distance between yourself and others.

The COVID-19 virus spreads primarily through droplets of saliva or discharge from the nose when an infected person coughs or sneezes, so it’s important that you also practice respiratory etiquette (for example, by coughing into a flexed elbow). At this time, there are no specific vaccines or treatments for COVID-19. However, there are many ongoing clinical trials evaluating potential treatments. WHO will continue to provide updated information as soon as clinical findings become available. So " STAY SAFE and STAY HOME".

MOTIVATION FOR STUDENTS
Hello Dear Students,
I hope you all are healthy and doing well in your studies as your  teachers are busy in taking
online classes, clearing your doubts, sending you the home assignments and taking tests making best use of available online resources. In this period of worst pandemic our school management is applying all its efforts to keep your study moving forward so that we don’t lose the pace of syllabus coverage and to finish it on time. Also we teachers are very happy to see your increasing attendance and interest for these online classes. Still there may be some challenges for some students in these online classes. Today I am discussing resolving these to some extent.

Points to be kept in mind while attending online classes:-

(A)Before Class Preparation-

1. Sit in a separate study corner free from noise/disturbance.

(May be your table- chair in your study room)

2. Roughly go through the topics planned to be completed today.

It will link you better in the forthcoming class discussion & you will quickly find the word or sentences referred during class.

3.Collect all necessary article like register ,pen ,pencil (must to mark in book), water bottle etc near you & Place your mobile firmly  facing towards you before starting of class .( use proper support behind it)

4. Ensure your mobile network /WiFi/laptop internet connection  is good.

(B)During Class Etiquette(Discipline)-

1. Sit alert, motivated and reply to what your teacher ask you during online class by unmute the mike.

2. Don’t note everything in the register otherwise you may lag behind the discussion. You may  note the key points if required and make its details after class.

3. Give more focus to listening, watching & understanding the discussion.

4. For any genuine doubt you may interrupt the teacher, but if your doubts are more frequent then use a chat box. You can also mark your doubts in a book or register which you may put on whats app after class.

(C)After class Tasks -

1. Revise the topics discussed today by reading the book thoroughly and underlining the important points as some lines or points may be missed from discussion due to short online classes. Underlined lines will behave like short notes for you in the hours of exam.

2.Stay connected telephonic-ally with your classmates to expect a healthy cooperation from their side.

Also remain in communication with the teacher.

3.You can also arrange online video meetings with your sincere classmates to discuss the topics. For this make yourself aware of using  all features of google classroom and google meet app like present screen option.

4.Try to clear your doubts before the next topic starts in class.

I hope this article will help you to schedule your study properly. If you are a student who has decided to adapt  this online mode of study, definitely you are the one who will lead in the times to come because the learning  technology is going to be more advanced in near future. So be ready for it.

Value of Time 
Time is very precious to all of us. We should value and respect the importance of time every
single moment. We should not waste time at all till the end moment of our life. Time is very strong and powerful than everything in this world. It may destroy a lazy person as well as strengthen a hard working person. It can give lots of happiness, joy and prosperity to one however it may drop everything of one. We should learn the regularity, continuity and commitment from the time every single moment. It runs continuously without any disturbance. We too always try to go with time side by side to get real success in life. There is a true saying that “If we ruin the time, it ruins us and our life”. We should understand the value of time and go ahead with it because time never stays for anyone special.

Everyone is Unique 
Everyone is unique and has our own unique flaws. In this world, nothing goes to waste
. Many times you may think that you are inefficient or useless in certain areas of your life, but somehow these flaws can turn out to be a blessing in disguise.

So today I will  share a story of two pots. Once there was a young woman who worked for  a merchant who lived on top of a hill. She worked as the merchant’s laundress and every day she had to walk down the hill to collect water from a stream. She had two pots to carry water, which she hung upon a pole she could carry over her shoulders. With time, one of her pots got a slender crack along its side. She observed the cracks on the pot and decided she could still use it.

Every day, the woman carried those pots down the hill to the stream, filled them to the brim, and  walked back up the hill, balancing the pole across her shoulders. By the time she reached the house, the cracked  pot would be only half full while the other pot delivered a full portion of water.

The cracked pot glanced at the other pot and saw water filled to the top, and it began to feel desolate. The full pot was proud of its accomplishment while the cracked pot felt ashamed and miserable that it was able to accomplish only half of what it was meant to. After a few years of what the cracked pot perceived to be a failure, it spoke to the lady . “ I apologize for my flaws. The crack on my side has made me useless. I spill half of the water. I’m of no good!” the pot said. The lady felt sorry for the old cracked pot, and said,”But pot, you don’t understand, You haven’t been paying attention. Look around you. As we return to the master’s house, I want you to look at the path we travel”.

The next time when the lady carried the water up to the hill, the pot carefully observed the path up the hill. For the first time the pot stopped looking inward and instead looked out. On his side of the trail the pot noticed beautiful flowers growing in abundance. While the other side was still dry.

 As the women reached the top of the hill, she asked “Did you notice the beautiful flowers on the path? They are only on your side of the path. I had always known about your cracks and I took advantage of it to water those beautiful flowers along the way. Without you being just the way you are, the path uphill would not have this beauty ”

The cracked pot was overjoyed. All its sadness was gone. He understood that the very thing he thought to be his flaws turned out to be a blessing for the flowers along the path.Every one of us  is unique and we have our own flaws. And it is our little quirks and faults that make us and the world so interesting. So don't cry over your weaknesses,instead focus on your strengths.

Focus on the New and Neglect the Old
“The secret of change is to focus all your energy, not on fighting the old, but on building the
new.” The quote essentially says to ignore the current state and only focus on creating the future state. There are a couple of reasons why this is bad advice.

Before many people will jump toward the future state, they need to be able to leave their current state. The current state is the comfort zone that people don’t want to step out of. It’s the habits that keep people on autopilot doing the same thing they’re used to doing. It’s the pattern of collective organizational behavior that maintains the status quo. We need to understand and do something about the things that trap people in the current state, otherwise even the best future state vision will not move them from where they are.

There’s a lot of energy that we can use from the current state to instigate change. We can build on our current strengths. We can leverage any dissatisfaction people have with the way things are. We can share a sense of urgency about what happens if we keep doing things the way we do them. Why rely only on the future to pull you forward, when you can get a push from the present?

When change agents focus all their energy on building the new and neglect the old, you know what happens? They leave many people behind. And those who do come along will find it easy to go back to the old way of doing things.

 ' महानगरों से पलायन'

 आज पूरे भारत में  कोरोना जैसी महामारी से बचने के लिए  लोग महानगरों से पलायन कर रहे हैं ।  क्योंकि वे
सोचते  हैं कि इस जोखिम दौर के गुजरते समय , कल का कोई पता नहीं है। सामाजिक मेल-जोल से दूर हम सभी अपने-अपने घरों  में सुरक्षित हैं। ताकि कोरोना वायरस की रफ्तार को धीमी कर सकें। गाँवों की ओर  पलायन का सिलसिला बड़ी तेजी से विकास करता जा रहा है ।

 मजदूर लोग अपने  परिवारों के संग  पैदल चलते जा रहे हैं । इसी कारण पूरे देश में वायरस का हमला तेजी से बढ़ रहा है । पैदल चलते मज़दूरों के सिर पर सामान का जो बोझ है , वह उसके लिए भारी इसलिए नहीं क्योंकि उसे घर जाने की जल्दी है, ऐसे में वह कई कष्ट झेल रहा है। गाँव में अब लोगों को उनका भविष्य दिखाई देता है । पर उन्हें ये सब नहीं करना चाहिए क्योंकि जहाँ है वही रहें तो ज्यादा सुरक्षित है , लेकिन उन्हें सरकार की व्यवस्था पर भरोसा नही , भय लगता है जिससे वे एक बड़े कष्ट की ओर जा रहे हैं। शहरों के साधन भी भीड के सामने बौने हो जा रहे हैं। 

लोग आए तो आए पर उन्हें एवं उनके परिवार को  15  दिन घर में रहना चाहिए  बिल्कुल भी  बाहर नहीं आए या सरकार द्वारा की गई व्यवस्था में रहना चाहिए ताकि  संक्रमण की गति ज्यादा न फैले । गाँवों और छोटे नगरों  में काम-धंधों  का भी अभाव है। दूसरी ओर इतनी अच्छी चिकित्सा की व्यवस्था भी नहीं है। महानगरों से पलायन कहीं महंगा न पड़ जाए, क्योंकि इस पलायन वृत्ति के पश्चात संक्रमण का ग्राफ बढ़ता ही जा रहा है। ये लोग गाँवों में जाकर करेंगे क्या? इस पलायन में एक बात जरूर जाहिर होती है, कि संकट में गाँवों ने ही शरण दी।  अपने गाँव में कम खर्चे, कम सुविधाओं में जीवन गुजारा जा सकता है।  

समभाव की प्रवृत्ति रखते हुए इन आने वाले लोगों को अपने साथ रखे। ठीक है, निर्धारित समय सीमा तक अवश्य दूर रखें पर उचित मदद जरूर करें। उसके बाद भी यथासंभव सहयोग करें।

Self Reliance

Self reliance means being independent. It is the ability to think and do something without any help from others. Dependency is not a good thing. If you depend on others then you cannot do anything by yourself.
Self reliance plays an important role in developing our country and our own personality. People who depend on others, believe on what others say and for this reason,they cannot solve their own problem. If you want to be a successful and confident person, then you have to be self reliant. This will help you to think more about any matter and take proper decisions. By doing this you can do your desired activity.
Self reliance is important for both people and the nation. If you have self reliance then you can learn lots of things from it. It will also increase your self confidence, strength of working and thinking. For this reason you can focus on all the things and you will be able to make the decision.
A person who is self reliant, he can measure himself and can improve his weaknesses and you will understand what you need to improve.

The Role of Technology in Lock down Period
The center and state government have announced the extension of lock down. The lock down was initiated to flatten the curve of ongoing pandemic COVID -19 that has shaken the whole world. Since the world is yet to find a vaccine or cure for the virus, a lock down is helping us contain the virus. 
While this has meant businesses are at its standstill due to social distancing measures but in this harsh situation technology has played a massive role in people's lives. The virtual world becomes alive when the physical world lays down restrictions, business meetings and communication are taken over by video calling and messaging platforms , even the companies who have not been using technology earlier are using this technology. 

School and colleges are now taking their sessions online on video calling apps , not just education but governance has also moved online by having their meetings on video calling and communicating with citizens through media , more and more people are moving forward to download more health apps that may help them to become healthier

 Imagine ,the world if there would be no technology in this pandemic period.So, last but not least technology has become a way more important than earlier and is helping people stay connected.
