Importance of Determination in Students
A strong determination is very important for success. It is the will power that enables us to
succeed in our life. Being students you all need to have certain goals and to possess a strong will power to acquire them. Nothing is impossible for those who have strong will power. They never say that it cannot be done or not possible because they know that there may be some ways to accomplish it.

They always try to find the solutions even if it is very difficult. They strongly believe themselves and work hard to attain it. There is a proverb that says, “Where there is a will, there is a way” it emphasizes the will power. If will power is there, confidence also will be there.

A student who wishes to get a rank never says that a particular subject is very difficult and that he cannot study it. If any difficulty in any particular subject he will surely spend more time to learn it. Gradually he will overcome the difficulties. The hard work and ultimate devotion with strong will power always lead to success.

Stay Physically Active during Self-Quarantine
As new COVID-19 cases continue to emerge in the Country, many healthy individuals are
requested to stay at home in self-quarantine. Staying at home for prolonged periods of time can pose a significant challenge for remaining physically active. Sedentary behaviour and low levels of physical activity can have negative effects on the health, well-being and quality of life of individuals. Self-quarantine can also cause additional stress and challenge the mental health of citizens. Physical activity and relaxation techniques can be valuable tools to help you remain calm and continue to protect your health during this time.

WHO recommends 150 minutes of moderate-intensity or 75 minutes of vigorous-intensity physical activity per week, or a combination of both. These recommendations can still be achieved even at home, with no special equipment and with limited space. The following are some tips on how to stay active and reduce sedentary behaviour while at home in self-quarantine: Take short active breaks during the day. Short bouts of physical activity add up to the weekly recommendations. You may use the suggested exercises below as inspiration to be active every day. Dancing, playing with children, and performing domestic chores such as cleaning and gardening are other means to stay active at home.

Follow an online exercise class. Take advantage of the wealth of online exercise classes. Many of these are free and can be found on YouTube. If you have no experience performing these exercises, be cautious and aware of your own limitations.
Walk. Even in small spaces, walking around or walking on the spot, can help you remain active. If you have a call, stand or walk around your home while you speak, instead of sitting down. If you decide to go outside to walk or exercise, be sure to maintain at least a 1-meter distance from other people.

Stand up. Reduce your sedentary time by standing up whenever possible. Ideally, aim to interrupt sitting and reclining time every 30 minutes. Consider setting up a standing desk by using a high table or stacking a pile of books or other materials, to continue working while standing. During sedentary leisure time prioritize cognitively stimulating activities, such as reading, board games, and puzzles.

Covid 19: A Teacher's Perspective
After going through various layouts in the package of 20 lac crores to deal with extraordinary
situation by pandemic in India by the government, where most affected sectors of society –labourers, farmers, industries, infrastructure banking and many more are covered, it is clear that the Indian government is trying to benefit everyone. This move is welcome and was much needed to fight. As per the surveys the amount of the package is about 10% of the GDP of the country there by making some compromises even in the defence sector (reduction in budget outlay) for next financial year. Lot many relaxations in all sectors like less deduction of EPF from salaries, moratorium in EMI`s. Everything is fine, it's the government's responsibility, full marks for it as under the present situation whatever best was possible is being done.

However, the question nobody asked and neither answered, is nothing is thought over the working of private schools big or small as due to sudden lockdown from mid March when session was going to end and fees were not collected completely, the schools somehow managed to pay the salaries for the month of March but schools started facing a severe crisis – financial crunch. The reason is simple students not coming to school, parents finding it difficult to pay the fees due to delay in the salaries, uncertainty in job and future liabilities etc and are asking for waiver of school fees for one quarter i.e from April to June.
The government has not given a clear verdict over this, which affected lacs of private school teachers unpaid, how will they run their family expenditures and pay fees of their ward and lot more. The government has paid attention to the needs of the present  hour but nobody thought about investing in the future, as `School Fees are to be considered as future investment and not expenditure`.

The only insight required is a provision in the financial package for private schools as soft loans for a year or so that when situation normalises and fees are recovered by schools these loan amounts would be repaid, this financial assistance to school will give liquidity to schools to pay salaries to the teachers regularly during this difficult times so that teachers also can run their families and meet unforeseen expenses like sickness etc in their families.
The teaching profession is most unrated as the teachers are underpaid but they are shaping the future generation and an important part of the society too.

Discipline shapes  one's Personality
Discipline means order or code of behavior which is the key to success. If you want to be
successful you need to inculcate a sense of duty and obedience of life. Self discipline is essential not only in the student’s life but also in all walks and ages of life. If you are not disciplined and do have a structure, then your life will be full of chaos and confusion.

Self discipline needs to be inculcated very early in life. It helps us to build self confidence, balances our personality and helps us to inculcate good work ethics. Discipline is a must both in schools, home or our workplaces. In today’s world where we see cut-throat competitions and as time is precious; there is a need for us to be disciplined.

Concentration also comes through self discipline and this will help us to scale new heights. We need to be disciplined both in our personal and private life. Discipline helps us to create an order which helps us to perform in a systematic way. Disciplined life helps in time management. So, if we want to be successful we need to aim to be more self disciplined.

Community Service once a week should be introduced in all Schools
The best way to find yourself is to lose yourself in the service of others. It is not surprising that people today are running out of time behind money. They don't even want to know who is next to them and are destroying the neighboring culture. So in this scenario, social services must be introduced in schools so students can be brought to interact with people. Social services can be a medium of inspiration for students to make them realize their responsibilities. The word services means the action of doing work or helping others.

Service is a seed of humanity on which our world is standing. It gives students a platform to explore the real world beyond six walls of a classroom. It is as important as academics and sports work. Students who do community service helps them to understand the importance of interaction with the community. Creating a lifelong habit of service can help students become more healthy over the course of lifetime. Research has shown that individuals who participate in volunteering have better physical and mental health than those who do not. Doing community service makes a student responsible and confident. Community service also helps students to be a future leader and understand how to work in a team.

Service is an important part of a person's life which must begin from childhood and school plays an important role in it. Community services also support growth of various other values in a person's life such as humility, humanity, better understanding, entrepreneurship skills, etc. But if social service is made compulsory, students will do only the minimum work that is needed which will end the purpose of social service. It will result in a problem of morality. Students already have many things to complete after school. Providing service is a struggle between all existing tasks for a student to devote time for it. A student from a poor family will be more likely to do a part time job rather than social services. But service is used to symbolize "anti-racism", young people bring the world together and do not like being differentiated by colour, caste, creed... other ways.

Corona Pandemic- A Curse or A Boon
As we all know today that the world is enveloped in a dark crisis named Corona and we are
not able to find a way out of it.Till 2019 the world was sleeping relaxing but with the start of 2020 the crisis has knocked our doors. It has reached even every remote corner part of the world and has affected about one fourth the population of the world. The complete world is under a slowdown and trying a way out of this every second. The world today seems the same as a fish out of water and is continuously flapping its wings to make a way towards it's life. Corona has led the world to such a phase where humans themselves are feared for themselves and others.

Where it has locked the human species inside the doors but it has been proved as a boon for nature. As we look around today towards various reports on nature they are showing great results which have not been seen in the past many years . A reason behind this can be the less involvement of humans in nature from more than 60 days . So we can say that in this pandemic nature has been gifted with time to renew itself and remove the layer of dirt from it. This changes can be termed as a reform for nature which can be seen around as many water streams are cleaned , the air quality has been improved , the water quality of many polluted rivers is improved to an excellent level , many endangered or threatened species have been seen around the world , greenery is also on an increasing level and many more appreciable changes are seen around.

On the other hand where about one fourth population is affected and the number is an under increase every day. Today humans are running from humans, as they are not able to detect whether a person is a vector or not. Above this concern of disease the other thing which is eating one's mind every day is that the vaccine to this is yet not known . The only effective weapon known till now is social distancing and some other guidelines which have been published by the govt. on a regular interval. There are many more diseases seen till today but today no generation/ people exist on earth who has witnessed the existence of such a disease which is taking humans away from their own species. It is taking the lives of thousands of people every day across the world and also affecting many innocent people in a huge number every day.

As a conclusion we can say that today the mother earth is under a great positive reform and on the other hand the humans are suffering from this unknown disaster. In this manner after looking at all the aspects we can say that the pandemic corona has been proved as a boon for nature but on the other hand it has been proved as a curse for humans.

Importance of Books in our life
Books play an important role in our life. Books are our true best friend in real sense. The books never demand for any complaints about anything. In fact, they provide us sufficient knowledge. They drive us to whole different planets of thought and visualization. Books encourage us when we are disappointed. They prompt us to work hard with confidence and courage. They reduce our unawareness and append to our knowledge and learning. Books expand our wisdom and polish our intellectual ability.

Thus a book is indeed our true friend. Sometimes, a less expensive book can give you a lot of knowledge. We should understand the value of books. Books are the treasure of knowledge and wisdom. They must be read often to improve yourself in almost every way. They encourage you when you are feeling down, or unhappy. Books help us to decide the type of character we wanna be in life. Good books must be read by us as they give a hope of inspiration and life. Books are indeed our best companion with real sense.

Modernisation
With the rise of modernisation parents have little time for their children. In my opinion
nowadays everyone is in greed to buy best out of everything for their children and their own self. To achieve their goals people have become busier and busier .As a consequence , parents are not able to find time for their children .

In today’s time most of the parents are working both mother and father .Both work hard to provide their child a better future and good comfort for life . Working parents after their busy schedule and hectic day need time to rest to consume the energy for the next day .And with this workload they are not able to find time for their parents as a result children are not seeking proper guidance from parents and lead to children losing their self confidence and motivation .Sometimes a child in misguidance goes to the wrong path.

In conclusion, it is obvious that attention from parents to children is going to astray. Over the period of time it seems parents will be able to provide enough materialism to their children but sharing of love and experience goes missing . I hope parents will understand the implications and will start providing attention to their children .

Positive Thinking
Our brain has millions of thoughts per day in that some are negative and some positive but this both thoughts impact differently in our life. Positive thinking means much more being happy or displaying happy things and a better attitude. Positive thoughts can actually create real value in your life and help you build skills that make you smile. The impact of positive thinking on your work, your health, and daily lifestyle will change your life and your thoughts. But on the other side, negative thoughts narrow your mind and focus your thoughts.

For example, we all are fighting with the current situation of quarantine because of Corona virus, in this our emotion might consume you to the point where you can't think about anything else. Or, when you are stressed out about everything you have to get done today, you may find it hard to actually start anything because your thoughts are being negative towards the situation. So, if we are positive, good energy will be consumed in ourselves.

All you think about is how little willpower you have, how you’re lazy, and how you don’t have any motivation. In other words, when you are experiencing positive emotions or thoughts like joy, happiness and love, you will see more possibilities in your life. These proved that positive emotions broaden your sense of possibility and open your mind up to more options. The positive thoughts of emotions with play and joy prompt the child to build skills that are useful and valuable in everyday life also in current situations to fight with corona. We can increase positive thinking by meditation, playing, writing and the things which make our mind peaceful and far from negative thought.

Concentration
Concentration is the ability to focus the mind on one subject, object or thought without being distracted. Most people lack the ability to concentrate. Concentration plays an important role in students' lives. It means control of the attention. When you read a book that is very interesting, you do not hear people shouting or calling your name. The whole energy of your mind becomes concentrated on that one Book. Concentration and consistency improve quality work and help in gaining success.

But nowadays there are a lot of distractions for students such as cinemas, tv shows and online social networking platforms. Many students are addicted to computer games and social networking sites. These distracting things that will definitely hinder our performance.

Concentration and Meditation should start from childhood and it will be highly helpful to them in later stages. Daily yoga exercise should be performed to increase this ability in children. Students in early age can be mould in any shape. It does not help in controlling their mind and also helps to avoid negative thoughts and enable them to gain inner peace. Performing sharpens their memory and improves their ability to study and do creative work.

Hard work always beats Talents
Talent is the natural ability or capacity to perform a function, it is a hidden gift. All of us have
talent in a particular field. God has not given everyone everything, but he has given everyone of us a special thing that is our talent. To become a successor first we need to find out our talent and when we get to know our talent we should start working hard on it. We should do hard work in that particular field and the moment we reach our success is not far away. Talent needs energy/ fuel to shine brightly and that is hard work. Talent gives us a spark but hard work allows us to create a flame that will burn for a long time. At last but not least hard work always beats talent so, believe in hard work not in talent and just do hard work to reach your goal.

Awareness about Social Issues
Social issues includes issues like poverty, violence, crime, religion, illiteracy and racism that affect society. A social issue is a problem that influences a considerable number of individuals. Social issues are the main factors that are an obstacle in the way of growth of our nation. Causes are inequalities in society, different perceptions of different people of different societies. This problem can only be solved by making more and more people aware of it. Unfortunately, many people are unaware of these problems. So it is our duty, each and every citizen's duty to make more and more people aware of this situation.

One of the best ways to accomplish this is by using the internet to reach millions of people, all of us these days using this facility, so we should take advantage of that. All of us are using many social websites. It can rally thousands of voices behind a common cause. Another way to accomplish it is by organising specific health programs, like run for a specific cause through this we can reach many people. There are many other ways by which we can do this, but it's all about to start and the starting is always from home. We all do mob mentality in doing rubbish works, let's get together and do this mob mentality for our nation and to pay our tribute to the country. Together we are for our nation.

How to overcome the problems in life?
Every single person on this planet has to face many problems throughout the life. Not a single human being present on the earth is problem free. Ups and downs keep coming in our way, life is all about to face and overcome them.
All problems in life can be solved if we know what and how competent we are and what we want out of our life on a long term basis as well as in our day to day livings.
For your own success and happiness you have to find own answers to your life questions. Nobody else can do it for you. You have to focus on what you want. Most of the time we live by our habits on which we depend very heavily our habits dictate a pattern of our living. The awareness of when to do what will enable us to make a better or a different choice. Always ask yourself who you are and what you want.
The size of problem may vary as small as a neglecting problem or as big as a pandemic problem. Never ever step back from problem; they are just a part of our life which teaches us what actually life is all about.

Unity
The meaning of unity is that if we stay together, then nobody can defeat us.Unity is about
sticking together even when things get tough and we want to give up. We can do it if we help each other. We gather  every day in our assemblies for a common goal. We cooperate with each other to be united. We show respect and friendship to each other.
Unity is seen through team work in our sport teams, music groups, dance groups, etc. No team sport is quite right without cooperation. We can understand it very well with an example. We all know the story of the old man and his three sons. When the old man was dying, his sons began to quarrel. He asked them one by one to break a bundle of sticks tied together.
They were unable to do it. He ordered the bundle to be united and then asked his sons to break each stick separately. They did it easily. This was a lesson to their sons that strength lies in unity and they never quarreled afterwards and stand united.
In every walk of life, we find that it is our unity that gives us strength. In schools also, teachers and other staff members need to work in teams to achieve the best outcome of the schools. Showing unity is a great way of making friends. Unity helps us to make a better listener and leader.
Unity mixes with cooperation. It is also cooperation that keeps a team together, the closer the team the harder they are to beat. The important aspect of our life is unity. So, we should always stay united.

Significance of Buddh Purnima
Vaisakh Buddha Purnima, Buddha Jayanti) is a Buddhist festival that marks Gautama Buddha's birth, enlightenment and death. The birth anniversary of Gautam Buddha, the founder of Buddhism, is celebrated as Buddha Purnima or Buddha Jayanti with much fervour across the world. It falls on a full moon day in the month of Vaisakh (April/May) according to the Hindu calendar. This year Buddha Purnima will be celebrated on May 7. In Theravada Buddhism, it is also observed as the day when Buddha, born as Prince Siddhartha Gautama (c. 563-483 BCE) attained Nirvana (salvation) under the Mahabodhi tree at Bodh Gaya, Bihar, as well as his death anniversary. The Vaisakh  full moon day is the most important day in the Buddhist calendar. Several Buddhists go to the pagodas to pour water at the foot of the sacred tree in remembrance of the Buddha’s Enlightenment.
Buddha Purnima is a major festival celebrated with great pomp and fervour in countries like Sri Lanka (where it is called Vesak), India, Nepal, Bhutan, Burma, Thailand, Tibet, China, Korea, Laos, Vietnam, Mongolia, Cambodia, Singapore and Indonesia, though celebrations vary from country to country. Devotees of Buddha visit temples, light candles and incense sticks, pray and offer sweets and fruits before the statue of Lord Buddha. Sermons on the life and teachings of Buddha are held and attended by followers all over. People usually dress in white, do not consume non-vegetarian food and distribute kheer, as according to Buddhist lore, on this day a woman named Sujata had offered Buddha a bowl of milk porridge.
Many followers also free caged birds on this day as a symbol of empathy and compassion for all living beings, one of the most important teachings of Lord Buddha.
In India, a large fair takes place in Sarnath, Uttar Pradesh, a major Buddhist pilgrimage site where Buddha is said to have delivered his first sermon after attaining enlightenment. The relics of Buddha are taken out for public display in a procession. Many Hindus also believe Buddha to be the ninth incarnation of Lord Vishnu. This year, with coronavirus pandemic and nationwide lockdown, now in phase 3, the celebrations are likely to look different.

Role of an Educator in Student's Life
An educator is not only the person who teaches in the class, he is the one who gives shape
to the future of the student and shows him the right path. He does more than just being an employee. He becomes a teacher while he teaches in the class, he becomes a parent outside the classroom as he always takes care of the children whenever they are with him and he also becomes a friend when something needs to be taught apart from the studies or curriculum. He indirectly helps  the parents to make their  foundation stronger for life.  He prepares his lesson to teach in the class everyday. He has to think about the performance of every child.
The educator has to build trust in children for himself because without trust he can't  deliver the knowledge how much he wanted. He is always ready to help and guide the children whether it's about academic or non academic. He always wants to enter the class with a small to make children happy.
Sometimes, he has to be strict  with them or scold them but as an educator I know he would choose this only if it is the last option. He too feels bad if he does that but sometimes, he has to correct them at the right time, if he doesn't, the child may have to face more than just being scolded by the educator. He is  the person who will be more than happy on their success and progress and will be proud of them. His every action in the school is always in the betterment of his students. He never expects anything in return from them.
I would like to add a quote, " Teaching is the profession that teaches other professions". Every student has one teacher in life who taught or guided him to be what he is today. He always wants his students to achieve their goals and make everyone proud of him. The school years get over one day but the bond and trust the educator and student builds remains forever.

A Peaceful Home
When children are small, parent show concern, care and love for them. When parents are
old, children show love, care and concern for them. As a result, everybody feels, "Someone else is concerned about me, someone is reaching out to me, someone is caring for me and someone loves me." It is a love relationship. Where a love relationship exists, peace also exists.
Of all, our parents are most dear to us. They give us our very life and we owe our life to them.  We are on this earth because of their love. We now realise how helpless were we during our childhood and all we are today is much because of our parents sacrifice. We can't even count how many sacrifices they must have made for us! Sacrifice is love!! Many of us have achieved success in our lives because of our parent’s untiring work and sacrifice. They mould our character. Whatever we have and possess, it is because of them.
When they have done so much for us, love, respect and obedience are our duties towards our parents. We should try and repay whatever they do / have done for us with dedication and love. Our love must be shown in action and not words. Parents should be proud of our actions and behaviour. Like every human is too respected because of his or her human dignity and every elder is to be respected because of his or her age wisdom and experience similarly we ought to to respect our dear parents in all places and at all times.
Parents wish nothing but our good. To honour our father and mother also means fulfilling their wishes. Thus, it is always a two way street. Show care, concern and love to everyone at home. Let everyone feel that peace is a feeling one gets within oneself, when one cares for someone.

Could a Black Hole Destroy Earth
A black hole is a place in space where gravity pulls so much that even light can not get out.
The gravity is so strong because matter has been squeezed into a tiny space. This can happen when a star is dying.
Because no light can get out, people can't see black holes. They are invisible. Space telescopes with special tools can help find black holes. The special tools can see how stars that are very close to black holes act differently than other stars.
Could a Black Hole Destroy Earth?
Black holes do not go around in space eating stars, moons and planets. Earth will not fall into a black hole because no black hole is close enough to the solar system for Earth to do that.Even if a black hole the same mass as the sun were to take the place of the sun, Earth still would not fall in. The black hole would have the same gravity as the sun. Earth and the other planets would orbit the black hole as they orbit the sun now. The sun will never turn into a black hole. The sun is not a big enough star to make a black hole.

The Corona Era and The Healing World
As we know the world is going through a very dangerous pandemic THE COVID -19 which has caused the deaths of many people across the world. All the cities are closed which we never thought of. People who didn't manage to have time to them are now free from work.
This pandemic is increasing day by day but rather than that it has a very beautiful advantage and that is the nature is healing itself.
Due to the lockdown all over the world the rate of pollution is decreasing, there is uneven
rain the months of April and May. The terrestrial and aquatic have been seen which were hidden from years. Rather than people animals are now coming out of their cages and enjoying the beauty of seas and oceans. It is very beautiful change due to covid-19. But the consequences are not less so we need to be careful of this dangerous virus and contribute what we can. At last I would like to say that we should be strong enough to handle this situation and should never stop learning new things.

How Students can spend time during Quarantine
With the country under a lockdown due to coronavirus [COVID-19], schools and colleges
are now closed. So, from a power-packed schedule, students now spend most of their times in front of the television. Students are at a stage when they constantly should be learning something new and keeping themselves engaged in productive activities. So, here is a list of some things students can do without stepping out of their homes.
1. Yoga and Exercise
Yoga and Exercising improves strength and agility and help build our immunity in times like this.
2. Grow Plants
Gardening helps relieve stress and keeps you busy.
3. Spend Time With Your Family
This is the best time to spend time with your family. Help your parents in the household chores or spend some extra time with your grandparents.
4. Take Up Painting
Painting is a natural form of expression and can be calming and meditative.
5. Watch Good Movies And TV Shows
During this quarantine, do not re watch the same movies or TV shows. Instead, look for something new on topics that interest you. This way, you will get a chance to educate yourself about interesting topics.
6. Read a Few Good Books
It is always good to get lost in a good book. They are the perfect way to spend long lock down days.

Importance of Games and Sports
Games and sports are an important and essential part of our life. Along with studies, sports are also important. It is the life of children, they love sports more than anything else. It brings brightness in the lives of kids. I feel more energetic being a player. Sports give us good exercise which makes us physically strong and increases our stamina and strength. Regular sports activities make us active and lead to good health. When we play sports, the sweat comes out in the form of waste which keeps us away from diseases.
When we play sports, we feel happier and relaxed and it reduces our stress and it also increases our confidence and concentration power. It takes a lot of efforts to make a team and work together. It needs collaboration and cooperation of each and every member of the team. At the last I would say that without sports our life will be like sweets without sugar.
