 Discovering Your Authentic Self
Authenticity is the journey of peeling away layers to reveal your true self. It's about understanding what truly matters to you, embracing vulnerability, and living in alignment with your values. This journey requires introspection, self-awareness, and the courage to break free from societal expectations. By embracing authenticity, you pave the way for a more fulfilling and meaningful life, where you can truly thrive as your genuine self. Furthermore, practicing self-compassion is essential on this journey. Acknowledge that it's okay to make mistakes, to falter, and to change. Be kind to yourself as you navigate the complexities of self-discovery. In essence, the journey of discovering authenticity is not just about finding ourselves ; it's about creating ourselves. It's about embracing the uniqueness that recipes within us, honoring are truths, and daring to live authentically. As we traverse this path, let us remember that authenticity is not a destination to reach but a way of being to cultivate each day. So, let us embrace the challenge, for within the deaths of authenticity lies the key to unlocking the boundless potential of our being.

 NO PAIN NO GAIN
"No pain, no gain" is a saying that means you have to work hard and face challenges to achieve success. It's about pushing yourself beyond your limits and stepping out of your comfort zone. Whether it's in sports, academics, or personal growth, putting in effort and persevering through difficulties is essential for growth and improvement. Let us take an example of GYM like when you're going there and working hard until and unless your muscles ache, but that pain is a sign that you're pushing yourself and getting stronger. So, embrace the challenges and remember that the harder you work, the sweeter the rewards will be. Keep pushing yourself forward!

 Determination Moves Mountains
River water can cut the rocks not only because of its force but because of its perseverance. Extra-ordinary intelligence or charismatic behaviour is not at all mandatory for becoming successful in life. The only thing which matters here is your determination to overcome difficulties. Once the target is set, continuity of efforts is needed to get the results. Problems would arise, but problems look tiny in front of a person who is standing like a rock for his/ her mission. Frankly speaking, determined people would always find innovative ways to overcome any difficulty.
Let's take the example of fields such as sports, politics, films, industries or agriculture, success has been achieved by each and every person who was determined for his/ her cause. The most gifted tennis player does not become a champion, but the most determined and dedicated one does. The most intelligent person does not become the most successful entrepreneur, the most determined and dedicated does. Take any field; if you have determination and dedication, it can overcome any weakness.

 HGMUN Experience
I had a great experience at the Model United Nations. I learned new things, including what I need to improve to become a better speaker. I discovered that to grow, you need to be confident and not be afraid to take risks. I also learned how to collaborate with others. It's not always about winning; sometimes it's about learning and gaining new skills.
We made new friends and created memories. We had a lot of fun and learned a lot in the process.
Yograj Singh Sonigra / XII

The experience at HGS MUN was unforgettable. I had a great time and even placed third on my committee. But what matters most to me are the memories and friends I made there. The people were amazing, especially the members of the organizing committee, who helped us in every way possible. This was my first MUN, but I intend to make sure it's not my last. Like every beginner, I faced challenges, but by the second day, I got the hang of it. I was the only student able to form a unilateral alliance, and I even helped other countries with their speeches, as many delegates hadn't prepared anything for the second day. My message to anyone reading this is to take the chance and seize the day.
Anshuman Singh / XII
I, Soumyajeet Solanki, a 10th-grade student, recently attended a Model United Nations (MUN) conference in Udaipur. It was my first time participating in an out-of-school debate, and I was thrilled to be there. When I arrived, I was fascinated by the venue.
During the conference, I was in the G20 committee representing Brazil. I learned about how the G20 works and the importance of collaboration. Making friends and building alliances is crucial because allies can support you to achieve success. I made two friends, Mridul and Madhav, who were both from Himachal Pradesh.
I did my best to win the conference, but I didn't. Initially, I was disappointed, but I soon realized that you don't always succeed, even when you give it your all. The knowledge and experience I gained were far more valuable than winning. As a first-time participant, I now understand that growth and learning are just as important as victory.
 Debate: My First Experience
Taking part in my first debate was both scary and exciting. When I got on the podium, I told myself I could do it, which made me feel more confident. Despite my nerves, I kept a positive attitude and delivered my speech without any trouble. Seeing Tejpal Sir looking nervous made me even more determined to make Gandhi House proud. Nikita Ma'am's tips on debating, building confidence, and maintaining eye contact were extremely helpful. They allowed me to speak confidently against many opponents and improve my public speaking skills. I learned that to be a good public speaker, it's crucial to speak with confidence and maintain eye contact with the audience. This experience taught me the importance of confidence and speaking skills.

Importance of Positive Thinking in Our Life
Positive thinking plays a crucial role in our lives. We know that a person with a positive outlook tends to find the best in every situation and doesn't give up easily. A positive mindset often leads to favorable outcomes. To have a positive attitude means to see the brighter side of life—it’s about viewing the glass as half full rather than half empty. Negative thinking can lead to anxiety, stress, and frustration, whereas positive thinking helps you avoid these issues and focus on staying healthy while achieving your goals. The power of positivity can help you transform energy into action and achieve success. Many successful people consider positivity as a key factor in their achievements. It's often said that just as a healthy or unhealthy diet affects your body, positive or negative thoughts similarly impact your mind. By filling your mind with positive thoughts, you can experience amazing changes in your life.

A bridge course is a short-term program designed to help students transition from one level of education to another. NCERT organized a bridge course for Grade 3, and we planned various activities for different subjects. For example, in English, we taught nouns through games so that students could easily identify names, places, things, and animals. In Hindi, we used a poster activity to teach nouns.
In EVS, students learned about different sounds. Teachers took them outside and asked them to listen to the various sounds in their surroundings. This activity was not only fun but also educational, helping students appreciate the rich variety of sounds in their environment and enhancing their listening skills. In Maths, students learn descending order through a number game.
