Teamwork
Teamwork is two or a lot of individuals move to realize a selected goal. It’s one among the foremost vital things that you simply have to be compelled to learn from childhood. When individuals add a bunch, the work gets divided. Hence, one person doesn’t have to be compelled to do all the work. This is often one among the options of operating in groups.
One of the teachings that they teach in school is cooperation. It’s a lesson that you simply ought to always remember in your life. you may have to be compelled to add teams in your life. If you ignore the expertise of cooperation, you may face millions of difficulties. In a company, while not cooperating, no work is accomplished. everybody works in teams; the quantity of labour that's accomplished is over what a private alone is able to do.
When everybody works in groups, they deliver the goods with all the goals that the organization functions on. It makes things easier for each person in a company. Therefore, operating in groups helps everybody within the company. Each person within the team relies on the opposite members of the cluster. you'll learn a lot of things from the opposite individuals on the aspect once you work along.

Frustration Barrier & ways to overcome it
The Frustration Barrier; it is a barrier which does not allow you to get immediately to the point of your goal. When we try new things out of our comfort zone, it becomes a barrier for a specific time. The frustration barrier is usually for a short span of time. Once you overcome this barrier, you can actually start enjoying the learning process and have some fun. It is the only thing which is stuck in our mind. Until we do not stick to anything, obviously the things will not stick to us. Most likely things to get to know through this barrier is that it helps in our personal growth that occurs whenever we do things that are out of our standard set of mind.
From my point of view, it is not difficult to overcome this barrier, we just want to change our state of mind. A successful person always has an ability to face this barrier because we can't ignore it always, the one thing is to get to know clearly how we can face and fight with this barrier. If a person can handle this barrier, he/ she can enjoy the process of learning new things and gaining the benefits that come with being skilled in that area. Just keep some patience, not to burst out immediately or anger, just think out of things very peacefully. Obviously, who handles this situation is known as a successful person. Also, these people are generally much more developed as human beings as they have had more experiences from which they can use in their life.
Unsuccessful people give up soon. They just don't think of themselves because of their low ability. I want to say that if there is any kind of barrier we must have that power of the ability to face it out and it is possible only when we divert our mind from the things that don't matter. Sometimes a person literally thinks about things very deeply that they are stuck on or stick on one thing. Like this, we can't get out of these types of barriers.
I have just learned or read from somewhere to deal with frustration and what works well for me and for you all also,  here are a few things you can do:
Take some deep breath - Deep breathing can help slow heartbeat and lower blood pressure, diminishing the negative thoughts of the stressful emotion.
Work on something else - like your frustrating day, do something enjoyable. Listen to music, play games and read books.
Watch a comedy, talk with friends. Hobbies are also useful. Do what you like. My best way to divert my mind is to paint or to draw because when we do some work that we like, our concentration is full-on that thing only and we just forget to deal with our destructive emotions that we are facing.

Happiness
The key to happiness will always stay in doing what one wants . A great deal of individuals find themselves having a rueful life, stuffed with regrets; this happens as a result of them accepting one thing that they do not genuinely like. No matter what society imposes on us, we have a tendency to relish solely that makes us feel happy and joyous.
One cannot come through complete and untarnished happiness. Somebody can’t dwell during a state of utmost seventh heaven and happiness. All folks have our fair proportion of miseries and regrets in life. However there conjointly happens moments of indefinite and immeasurable joys. We must always take hold of those moments of joy and hold them wholeheartedly to own a cheerful life within the grand theme of things

Learn to Appreciate
Appreciation means praise and admiration. It is human nature to seek appreciation because it makes us feel good, loved and wanted. It helps us have positive self-esteem and makes us and our work worthwhile. Appreciation from others boosts our confidence and motivates to do better and to be better. It gives us happiness. We like the people who appreciate us and we appreciate and like them too. This makes our relationship cordial and fulfilling.
How do you feel when your teachers, friends and parents appreciate you and your work? When you do your homework well, answer questions in the class your teacher shows her appreciation for you with a smile or by saying “Good or by awarding a star in your notebook. When you show courtesy to others, they appreciate your good nature and conduct. Your parents appreciate you for being a good, well-mannered and obedient child. What makes people win appreciation? More than beautiful looks, riches and material possessions, it is good thoughts, good deeds and actions that win people appreciation. Although it is instinctive for human beings to seek appreciation. Most people find it difficult to appreciate others. This is indeed very unfortunate.
Art Work by Riva Soni/ I
We must make it a habit to appreciate others for their love, care, help, service and personal charm. Such a gesture will show how grateful we are to them and how much we value them. We can show our appreciation for others by our smiles, words of kindness and thanks to beautiful flowers cards and gifts. Appreciating others is very good but we must not appreciate others falsely for they will surely see through it and view it as our selfishness and hypocrisy. Appreciate others need appreciation too As much as I do I must acknowledge and appreciate others for the love and care For the joys and sorrows they share with me For understanding and accepting me as I am. One word of appreciation can make their hearts glow with happiness and mine too. Appreciation makes what is excellent in others belong to us as well.

Overcome from Dissatisfaction Barrier
The Depression Barrier - This is a barrier which is not allowed to get out immediately to the point of your goal. And when you are trying new things from out of your comfort zone, it's become a barrier in some condition. The problem with the depression barrier is that it is usually for a short period. Once you overcome this barrier, you can actually start enjoying the learning process and have some fun. It is the only thing which is stuck in our mind. Most , likely thing to get out through this barrier is that it gives you  a huge amount of personal growth that occurs whenever we do things that are out of our normal set of mind.
If a person has the ability to handle this barrier as a result can enjoy the process of learning new things and gaining the benefits that come with being skilled in that area and obviously this is known as a successful person. Hope
Hope in the heart has kept us alive. Hope not only gives you the strength to deal with problems, but it also makes the journey for the future easier. Every day we sleep with the hope that the next day will be better.
Hope gives strengths to ignore the sufferings of the present. When we stay positive about our future and feel that we have to fight to win the problems, our probability to succeed increases.
It is a belief that a positive thing will happen out of the harsh circumstances and situation in someone’s life. Hope will give you the courage and inspiration to stick to your dream as long as you breathe.

Art Work by Gorvi/ UKG

HONESTY
Honesty implies being truthful. Honesty means to develop a practice of speaking truth throughout life. A person who practices Honesty in his/her life, possess strong moral character. An Honest person shows good behavior, always follows rules and regulations, maintains discipline, speaks the truth, and is punctual. An honest person is trustworthy as he always tends to speak the truth.
Every one of us must have heard the phrase “Honesty is the Best Policy”. It is indeed a wise phrase. Probably, every child learns this teaching from their parents. This beautiful teaching has been taught since time immemorial. However, its practice has certainly fallen short. People resort to lies very easily nowadays. Furthermore, there is rampant corruption these days. People deceive others by being dishonest. Hence, there is an urgent need for this teaching’s revival.

World Teacher’s Day
If school is a temple, then teachers are definitely the God.
World Teacher's Day is celebrated on 5th October every year for celebrating the anniversary of the 1966 International Labour Organization (ILO) and UNESCO Recommendation concerning the Status of Teachers. This sets the rights and responsibilities of teachers. This day is celebrated to give tribute to the teachers all over the world and to show appreciation and honour. They all find ways to improve the condition of teachers and enhance the teaching techniques for the future generation.
The theme of this day for 2020 is “Teachers: Leading in crisis, reimagining the future”.  This year due to the Covid-19 the education system has to face a lot of problems and so the teachers are under stress and pressure. But as teachers are great fighters they are learning new techniques and going through hardships, just to keep the light of knowledge alive. They are teaching online and taking regular classes. So this year theme is very appropriate.
Thus, 5th October is a day to celebrate the teaching profession all over the world. Being a teacher is one of the toughest professions as the future of the country is in their hands. It is a profession that will never lose its importance. As we know that there is no age limit for learning and so teachers will always be there to guide the students.

Failures are the stepping stones to success
Always remember the obstacles which you face or the failures are the stepping stones to success. It is from those mistakes which makes us a better person and strive hard to our dream destination. Our mistakes teach us what went wrong and how to correct it. Each and every human has come across a phase in their life which they thought was their hardest part of their life. However, this particular phase taught them to become bigger and better. Time and experience have proved to be the best teachers they can be. Every wrong or bad decision we take has a life lesson that we learn. Time is a way of telling how far you have come. Experience is a way of telling how strong you have become. We need to learn from the mistakes that we make. In this wake, we make a stronger version of ourselves that later becomes indestructible. Only from a proper experience phase of your life, you learn how to judge anything and everything in an unbiased manner. A fraction of us has to fall a couple of times on the same stone before they learn that particular lesson. Knowledge is wisdom. Knowledge is everything. The knowledge you have helps you to make a good or bad judgment of the current situations.
Einstein once mentioned, “Anyone who has never made a mistake has never tried anything new.” We can completely agree with this great mathematician’s statement. It is the new experience and new exposures that teach you new things. With every new fall, you learn something new. If you are not ready to let yourself fall, then you cannot teach yourself anything new. If you do not do that, you will continue to have bad experiences and it becomes a loop from which you can never get out. This leads to denial, losing self-confidence and blaming others for your experiences. You enter into that stage of your life where you focus only on the negative impacts happening to you. Learning from your mistakes is not easy. Nobody said it was simple. But once you do, you can trust yourself. You believe that you have the power to do anything.
You grow internally and externally when you realize your mistakes. You learn how to prevent the same mistakes from happening again. Some of our mistakes can bring us down and prove to be very dangerous. It may run us into a trap that seems to eat you up. Regardless of the mistake you made, you have to carefully observe and analyze the situation and take the necessary steps. We all are humans. We make mistakes. But it is these mistakes that teach us. So keep learning from your mistakes.

How to invest your energy into Positivity
As we move through our day, we send energy into the world and we receive energy back. Our minds, bodies and spirits are composed of energy, which vibrates out and is felt by others. Those vibrations resonate within us and impact our own energy stores.
This is why we may feel warm, calm and cheerful in the presence of some people, but cold, anxious and blue around others. We carry that energy with us, and it impacts not only us but all the other people we come in contact with. Good energy can boost our feelings of well-being, dissolve feelings of anxiety and improve communication. Bad energy results in feelings of discord, conflict and resentment. Your goal should be to attract good energy and reject the bad.
Negative thinking can be hard to stop. It’s easy to allow yourself to slip into pessimism or take on an air of indifference. But if you want to attract good things, you must let the positive guide you, not the negative. As the Dalai Lama says, “See the positive side, the potential, and make an effort.” Actively work to change the tone of your thoughts from negative to positive. Just as you try to limit your negative influences, make sure you start spending time with positive ones. Surround yourself with positive, successful go-getters who are supportive and caring. Keep company with those who bring positive energy with them, and make sure you nurture and protect those relationships.
Find time each day to think about the things you’re grateful for. By finding small ways to practice gratitude, you’ll allow yourself to let go of toxic emotions and replace those with positive thoughts. You can practice gratitude each morning by thinking of 5 things you're grateful for. Then think of at least one person you’re grateful to have in your life.
You can also try keeping a gratitude journal, where you can quickly jot down a list of little joys and things that give you a sense of happiness and contentment. Remind yourself of all the bad you have been through. When you see how far you’ve come and all of the difficult storms you have weathered, it will make you more appreciative of what you have in your life now.

How to Manage Anger
Anger is an emotion which you have towards something or someone. It helps you to express your negativity to some level until it is in controllable situations.  But, sometimes we see people lose their control in anger and do what they never suppose to do. It hurts others as well as to ourselves. Though it doesn't remain for a  long time but if we are unable to manage it, it will bring more disturbance, spoil relationships and also take away our peace of mind. Sometimes speaking without thinking can make others also angry.
It is rightly said that in anger, our mouth works faster than our mind. So, the first thing which we have to keep in our mind is think before you speak.  Second thing, whenever we are angry we must think about its result before we act. If we will think about the impacts of doing things in anger, it will help us to have patience. Third, we must have a habit of listening to others and self analyzation.
Fourth, we must develop patience to handle any situation in life.  Fifth, if you feel extremely angry, leave the place, make yourself busy in something that helps you to get relaxed like singing, painting, drawing, listening to songs, etc. and talk about that thing later in a respectful way. Sixth, we should not talk to  whom we are angry with, keep silence for sometime or leave the place and when you feel relaxed then only talk to the person and sort out the things. Last and the most important thing is forgiveness. We must learn to forgive people, it will automatically make us calm.

SPRING IS BLOOMING AND I AM TAKING OFF WITH THE TUNES

Who among us doesn't have a similar story about a song that touched us?
Whether attending a concert, listening to the radio or singing in the shower about the music that can fill us with emotion.
Someone told me
The moment I create a melody.
The old vibe blow away.
Everything I saw and heard.
Everything I felt.
The world around me took on colours, in a way, I never knew it could.
The whole world began to sparkle.
Music is the series of moments and I love them all. Is that way I sparkle the way I do.
For those moments why I am alive. I was put on this earth to create music and so you were.
Every moment I spend with the music.
It's like a rollercoaster.
Music is the journey with no clear destination inside.
It's like music is the freedom itself.
We're all connected.
Just like the notes are intermittently connected.
It's shared by us all.
Through music, with the people you know, with all the people you don't know, with all the people in this world.
Maybe there's only a dark road up ahead.
But you still have to believe and keep going.
Believe that the music will light your path,
Even a little bit, come on..........
Lets go on a JOURNEY!!

Environment
The development in the field of technology has lead to destruction of environment.
There are three main reasons for the destruction of environment.
1. Pollution: Pollutants are harmful materials released into the environment which causes many of the diseases for e.g. chlorine illness, air borne diseases, skin diseases, etc. Each year 8.4 million people die from this pollution. There are different types of pollution like air pollution, water pollution and noise pollution.
2. Resources depletion: Resources depletion means the consumption of a resource faster than replenished. There are some minerals which are near to end for and future generation may not get to see or use them. For e.g. natural gas, phosphorus and coal.
3. Soil degradation: Soil degradation means there is depletion in soil condition caused by its improper use or poor management. It is caused by the agricultural, industrial or urban purposes.
.
Environment is our world and we must take proper care of it. We need to save environment for our own self and future generation. We can conserve the environment by the following steps:
1. Reduce, reuse and recycle.
2. Save electricity
3. Save water
4. Avoid taking cars when possible.

Sports
Sports are very important in our life. During sport, the body is continuously engaged. Games may require the individual to carry physical activities. Sports and games have a lot of health benefits. The physical training classes that are enjoyed in the schools and colleges are to imbibe on the students a love for sports. Nowadays sports have become a part of our life. There are two types of sports activities- indoor and outdoor. Outdoor sports activities include sports that exercise the body - these sports activities are basketball, cricket, football, tennis, etc. Indoor sports activities include chess, ludo or board games. We have to play at least for half an hour to maintain & keep our body fit.

World Heart Day
It is celebrated on 29th September every year so as to develop an awareness in masses about healthy heart and reduce the risk of heart diseases. It was launched in 2000 by the World Heart Federation to reduce the loss of 17 million lives every year which is more than lives lost by Cancer, Malaria and HIV.
To create the awareness important buildings are illuminated with red lights to generate awareness about heart diseases on this day along with organizing activities like marathons, fitness sessions, exhibitions and seminars to discuss new threats and remedies to heart diseases.
If we need to keep a healthy heart we need to follow a healthy lifestyle which should include regular exercises, balance diets, reduce and stop smoking and say no to alcohol.
Besides these factors junk foods, hectic lifestyles, hypertension, obesity etc also leads to the unhealthy heart thereby causing death tolls by heart attacks and heart failures.
These celebrations should not be a one-day event but we all need to be serious about cardiovascular irregularities and if we suffer and are under medical supervision due to heart diseases,  medical advice and precautions should be taken seriously and healthy lifestyle with dietary regulations will be a great help in lowering the risks.

National Bullying Prevention Month 2020
As a parent, as I’m sure many of you are, one of my worst fears is to find that my children are either being bullied or being a bully themselves.  I often wonder how we would deal with discovering either of these scenarios. In a world where bullying can take on many new and different forms, it concerns me that not enough parents, guardians, families and friends would know what to do for the best.
Although sad that such an awareness campaign has to exist in the first place, it’s also reassuring and useful to know that the National Bullying Prevention Center runs the National Bullying Prevention Month throughout the month of October with lots of information and support readily available to help anyone who may need it.
Established by PACER, a centre for parent training and information for families and youth with disabilities, the initial campaign was designed to raise awareness of the long-lasting effects that bullying has on many children and young people and to change the perception that bullying is a part of growing up that cannot be challenged.  Collaborating with education-based organizations such as the National PTA, the American Federation of Teachers and the National Education Association they provide schools, parents and students with the educational resources and support to better respond to bullying behaviour.
Throughout the month the campaign aims to work at a grassroots level with local schools, community groups, young people and families to address any issues faced by them, signpost to organizations who may be able to offer support, educate youngsters about the effects of bullying and promote kindness, acceptance and inclusion.
On a higher level, they also work with news and media outlets encouraging them to promote their message and cause as well as communicating with education and public policy leaders about the role they play in bullying prevention.

Time is Money
It is rightly said time is more precious than money . Money once lost can be regained sooner or later, but time once lost is lost for ever .There is a famous saying that 'Time and Tide waits for none'.
A lost opportunity may spoil one's life. Those who do not listen to the alarm of time, repent afterwards. A wise person waits for the proper and opportune time. If he/she  makes full use of it he/she leads a successful and happy life. It is no doubt advisable to change the plans according to the time. Whatever the job be, it is of paramount importance for everyone to make use of time to be successful. Hence learn not to waste time.

Learnings for Students
Remembering Gandhiji and Shastriji
Dear Students,
I hope everyone is quite healthy and happy while my article is touching you.
2nd October is celebrated as Gandhi Jayanti and Lal Bahadur Shastri Jayanti across the country. Both the leaders are known for their great ideals and patriotic feeling towards the country. Therefore, We all bow towards their devotion and spirit which made us breathe in the air of independence.
As a student, you can learn a lot of inspiration from their ideals. If we observe minutely we will find their ideals to be very relevant in the current scenario of student motivation. I am describing briefly some of their ideas and how they are beneficial for the students if they adopt them in their life.
 Ideals of Gandhiji and Shastriji
1. Truth & Honesty - A students should be true towards his words and deeds because it leads to success always.
2. Self-respect- Feeling of self-respect always generates belief in ones own capability and drive towards self-dependency.
3.Non violence- Non-violence principle wins everyone's heart and the student always should always follow it.
4. Determination- Will power is the most important tool of a student. Will power is driven by the desire to succeed.
5. Work hard- It is a common saying that "hard work always pays". And also "there is no shortcut to success".
6.Peace- Peace of body, mind and soul always helps us to think critically and to take best decisions all the times.
7. Love towards country, society & family-
It always drives us on the right path and prevents us from falling into wrong activities.
8.Equality- Feeling of equality generates harmony and a sense of cooperation among the colleagues in a batch. So this teamwork will boost us towards success.
9. Leadership-This quality always guides us to excel in whatever field we are struggling with.
10. Patience- Patience is the jewel in the character of a student because a good listener and reader always become a good leader and speaker.
Once again I bow down to both these leaders and request all my students to follow there ideals in your own life. This will definitely and lighten your path of success.
Thank you, everyone.

How to Stay Positive, Productive and Engaged during lockdown
Create a Designated Workspace
If it’s your first time working from home it can be tempting to just work from your bed or the sofa or anywhere else you feel comfortable. However, staying productive during Corona virus will involve setting up an area of your house to be specifically designated as a workspace. By creating an individual workspace where you live, it will send a clear signal to your brain that when you sit down at it, it’s time to focus and work.
Keep It Clean
Once you have created a workspace for yourself, keeping it clean is incredibly important. Doing so helps you stay focused, remain organized, and can help with promoting positivity and mental health. Even if mess doesn’t bother you, keeping order of your immediate surroundings is intrinsically tied to working more effectively. If your workspace, or just living space in general, is filled with dirty cups, plates and anything else on your desk, it makes it much easier to procrastinate and form a mindset that is detrimental to working efficiently. It’s a seemingly little thing, but when you’re in lockdown for an extended period of time, it can make all the difference.
Remember To Be Active
While lockdown means staying inside, being active is crucial to encouraging great physical and mental health. This is more important than ever when you are likely to be predominantly indoors. Even if you spend a lot of time at home normally, incorporate more exercise into your daily routine, make a point to get outside, even if it’s just for a short time, but being active and exercising is linked to remaining productive. If you can, go for a run, follow along with a workout plan app or yoga video, essentially whatever you like to do in order to stay fit and healthy, find your own ways to do this. This will also help you plan your day and build a routine that means you are more engaged with your daily activities.
Take Breaks
Working from home or in lockdown can potentially feel like a double-edged sword. Some people may feel that they have to work harder and at an increased pace compared to normal just to prove they are in fact being productive. This is a dangerous mentality and approach to have as it can quickly lead to burning out, increased levels of stress and have negative effects on your mental health. The brain is a muscle and it needs periods of rest. If you feel like the muscles in your legs are hurting, it’s wise to take a break from exercising, the same thing goes for your brain when working. Schedule regular breaks into your day that give you the chance to slow down, relax, get some exercise or fresh air to get the energy to keep working efficiently. Not taking these breaks will in fact damage your productivity in the long run and put a definite strain on your overall mental health.

Importance of Yoga
Yoga essentially originated in the subcontinent of India. It has been around since ancient times and was performed by yogis. The term yoga has been derived from a Sanskrit word which translates to basically union and discipline. Furthermore, after this popularity of yoga, India became known for yoga worldwide. People all over the world have started to realize the benefits of yoga. It  has numerous benefits if we look at it closely. You will get relief when you practice it regularly. As it keeps away the ailments from our mind and body.
When we practice several asanas and postures, it strengthens our body and gives us a feeling of well-being and healthiness. Yoga helps in sharpening our mind and improving our intelligence. We can achieve a higher level of concentration through yoga and also learn how to steady our emotions. It connects us to nature like never before and enhances our social well-being. You can develop self-discipline and self-awareness from yoga if practiced regularly. World Animal Day
World Animal Day is celebrated every year on October 4 to raise the status of animals in our society. It is done by encouraging individuals, animals welfare and children's clubs and businesses to organize events in celebration of World Animal Day .
To make people realize the importance of animals in our ecosystem and our life the ecologists launched world animal day in 1931.Animal poaching, hunting, deforestation , pollution have caused the extinction of hundreds of species. Each ,two dozen animal species are getting extinct, and several others pushed to the verge of extinction because of carelessness and cruelty

Indian Art and Culture
Culture is the total way of life that people in the society are blessed with. Culture is the characteristics of a particular group of people, defined by everything from language, religion, cuisine, social habits, music and arts. Through culture we are governed by norms and customs, which are the pillars of any society. If these pillars are not properly followed in our society, our culture will resemble a perfume with no smell. It’s a gradual existence of presenting those norms and customs to people who surround us through music, dances, arts, crafts, food, dressing style, languages just to mention a few.
A country as diverse as India is symbolized by the plurality of its culture.
India has one of the world’s largest collections of songs, music, dance, theatre, folk traditions, performing arts, rites and rituals, paintings and writings that are known, as the ‘Intangible Cultural Heritage’ (ICH) of humanity. In order to preserve these elements, the Ministry of Culture implements a number of schemes and programmes aimed at providing financial support to individuals, groups and cultural organizations engaged in performing, visual and literary arts etc. India was home for invasions, be it Greeks, Arabs, Mughals all of them have only added to its already rich culture. People though turning modem today, hold on to the moral values, celebrate festivals consistent with customs and wear traditional clothes. We still learn lessons from the good Indian epics- Ramayana and Mahabharata. People still assemble in temples, gurudwaras, mosques, and churches.

"Creativity is never enough "
Creativity basically means that the tendency to generate ideas, alternatives or the use of imagination or original ideas to create something. Creativity never ends because one could never stop imagination and ideas to put on. Being creative is limitless you can think as much as you can, you can imagine various things and utilize that in a positive manner so it is called as "creativity is never enough " it is good to have a creative mind that you can innovate something. Creativity helps you see things differently and better deal with uncertainty. Studies show that creative people are better able to live with uncertainty because they can adapt their thinking to allow for the flow of the unknown.
Being creative helps you become a better problem solver in all areas of work and life. It keeps your mind always interactive and alert. So, let your mind be busy in good for everything and in positive way because thinking and imagination is never enough it cannot be less or more whereas it shows capability of your mind and capacity that how positive thoughts it can attain. A creative person is called an innovative person because they are the only who can make innovation around themselves.
Therefore creativity never ends, it remains in your mind and new ideas will definitely come to your mind without knocking the door of your mind. Thinking is like your breath you can't stop it ,you need it, if you try to stop it, it will harm you only. So, keep your mind busy with all the positive energy.

Social media a Boon or Bane
Social media is one of the most general ways of communication and it is growing very quickly. It changes and affects each person in a different way or ways. Some people argue that social media has a bad influence on children and young adults, and that it depressingly affects their brains, character, or personalities. Most people see that the social media has a more positive effect on them than a negative one. Social media has helped many people around the world to connect, or re-connect, with each other, easily. Social media is essentially the new way of keeping in touch with everything and everyone, and of even strengthening bonds between each other. First of all, social media has made it possible for people, or even families, who live far away from each other to communicate easily. Before, people used to communicate through writing letters and having them sent through the mail, which would take a lot of time and communication, could not be done fast enough and constantly. Another way that communication was done before was by talking through the old-fashioned telephone. Now communication is easily done through social communication network on a daily basis using the Internet.

"Time Management Is Life Management."

Much has been said and written about time management! And yet, we all somehow just cannot find enough time to accomplish the things that we each want to! Why? The fact is that we each have exactly the same number of hours per day that are given to all successful people from different walks of life. But what makes the difference is that the way they manage their lives, not time.
Time per sec is elusive and never retractable, and therefore you cannot manage it as such. You can only manage the events in your life in relation to time. Essentially, time is life. It follows then that life management is time management. Mastering your life is mastering your time.
Life is not about what happens to you; it is rather, about how you choose to respond to what happens to you. This is the difference between managing your time and managing your life! You alone can manage the use of your time only by choosing to take charge of the things you do. Don't ever make the mistake of allowing situations, things and people to determine how you use your time!
Life Management begins with the willingness and the ability to discipline yourself. The first step towards this is to know yourself. As you age, it is natural to lose track of the things that really matter to you in life. Therefore you need to get in touch with what you really want from life. This will help you make a distinction between what is important and what is urgent. Once decided, draw up a personal plan and stick to it keeping excuses and compromises at bay. Once your commitment level rises, your productivity is bound to improve, in turn greatly enhancing the quality of your life.

National Integration
National integration is of great importance in India to enhance the individual level development in this country and make it a strong country. In order to make people aware of it completely, it is celebrated as an event every year on 19th of November (birthday anniversary of first woman Indian prime minister, Indira Gandhi) as National Integration Day (means Rastriya Ekta Diwas) and National Integration Week ((means Quami Ekta Week) from 19th of November to 25th of November. The real meaning of the integration is combination of various parts to make it one.
India is a country where people from various regions, religions, culture, tradition, race, cast, colour, and creed are living together. So, people integration is must in India to make a national integration. If people from different religions and culture live together by uniting, there will be no any social or developmental problems. It is known as unity in diversity in India however it is not true but we (youth of the country) have to make it possible.
