Weekly Report – Middle and Senior Section
The past week has been an eventful and highly productive one for our school's Middle and Senior Sections. A major highlight was the successful completion of the Unit Tests (UTs). The results were declared this Saturday, and we are delighted to report that the academic performance graph has risen significantly compared to the previous month. This steady growth is a clear reflection of the combined efforts of our dedicated teachers and hardworking students. One of the key reasons behind this academic progress is the introduction of new teaching strategies. Teachers have adopted more interactive and student-friendly approaches in their classrooms. These innovative methods are not only helping students grasp concepts better but also making learning an enjoyable experience.
Particular emphasis has been laid on Classes X and XII, as they prepare for their board examinations. Teachers are going the extra mile by preparing precise and effective short notes, simplifying difficult topics, and solving numerous sample questions in class. These additional resources are helping students revise thoroughly and build confidence in their subjects. Special doubt-clearing sessions and group discussions are also being organized to ensure no student is left behind. In addition to academic achievements, the week brought a wave of joy and relaxation with the much-awaited Fun Fair organized by the school. It was a day filled with energy, laughter, and excitement. The fair offered a wide range of activities catering to every student's interest—be it dance, sports, music, movies, or simply spending time walking and socializing with friends. The atmosphere was vibrant, and students had the freedom to choose from various fun zones, stalls, and entertainment corners.
What made this event even more special was the introduction of educational and career-based exhibits that gave students a glimpse into different fields and future opportunities. Informative games, quizzes, and mini-project displays added value to the experience, making it not only enjoyable but also enlightening. After weeks of rigorous academic schedules, this fun-filled day brought a refreshing change. It served as a perfect balance between learning and leisure, reminding us that education is not just about books and exams, but also about experiences, exploration, and enjoyment.
In conclusion, this week has truly been a blend of academic progress, innovative teaching, focused preparation, and joyful celebration. The Middle and Senior Sections have shown great enthusiasm, and we look forward to continuing this momentum in the coming weeks.
Education
Education has a very important role in our lives. It is the word that teaches a person to live life with respect. It is the basis of human life; without education, it's hard to defeat someone more intelligent as well as cruel. It should be equal for all genders. We all know that it is the only key to success. It is the platform where each gender can make a healthy and educated society. More importantly, it should be treated equally, and everyone should have equal access to it. It is the only weapon to defeat a lower literacy rate and a higher poverty index. Only through this weapon can we make our country, India, more developed.
"To develop our country, we have to develop ourselves, and we can develop ourselves only through education!"

The Importance of Moral Values in Our Lives
Moral values such as respect, honesty, trust, courage, discipline, and caring are essential aspects of our personality. When combined with education, they shape a strong and well-rounded character.
"Our education is meaningless without moral values." This statement highlights the importance of moral values in ensuring that we use our education for the greater good, contributing to social welfare, national development, and overall societal progress. Moral values create a significant difference between individuals by influencing their actions and guiding them toward ethical behavior.
To achieve success and sustain it, "we must maintain a balance between our ego and moral values." As humans grow and develop, it is natural for the ego to increase. However, if ego becomes dominant, moral values gradually diminish. Ego compels us to think only about ourselves, whereas moral values teach us to consider the well-being of others.
When ego takes precedence over moral values, a point may come where we completely disregard the needs and feelings of others. This can lead to our downfall, as selfishness and arrogance often result in negative consequences. On the other hand, good deeds always elevate us, and these good deeds are rooted in strong moral values.
Ultimately, "Moral Values make us human; without them, we are no different from animals." They define our humanity and guide us toward a life of integrity, compassion, and responsibility. Therefore, integrating moral values into our education and daily lives is crucial for personal growth and the betterment of society.

 Healthy Food
Healthy Food is always good for the body. It gives us energy to work with great interest and enthusiasm. And if I talk about healthy Food, then fruits and vegetables are very healthy. Milk also makes our bones very strong; it is one of the healthy Foods. We should drink milk daily. To be healthy, we should avoid  'Junk food', as it is very bad for health. We should eat fresh, homemade food. Good food always keeps us Healthy as well as Happy. We should drink water up to 17 to 18 glasses per day, which keeps our body hydrated. We should eat food containing vitamins, which protect us from diseases.
' To stay happy, we should be healthy
To stay healthy, we should eat healthy.

Pahalgam  Attack in Jammu & Kashmir
April 22, 2025: A tragic and heartbreaking incident occurred in Pahalgam, a region in Jammu & Kashmir. A group of tourists, who had arrived with their families to enjoy the natural beauty of the area, were brutally attacked by Pakistani militants. In this violent attack, 27 innocent lives were lost — 26 of them were Indian citizens and one was a tourist from Nepal. Among those who lost their lives were some members of the Indian Army, who had recently gotten married and were visiting J&K for a short vacation. The victims were peacefully enjoying their time when the attackers approached them. Shockingly, the militants first asked about their religion, and upon identifying them as Hindus, they mercilessly killed them. This horrifying act has left the entire nation in mourning. As a mark of respect and solidarity, the Fabindia School organized a special assembly. During the assembly, a five-minute silence was observed, where students and staff prayed for the souls of the departed, their grieving families, and for peace to prevail. The atmosphere was filled with sorrow, and students were made aware of the brutality of the incident, reflecting deeply on the value of human life and peace. The school community, along with many others, demands justice for the victims and their families. Such acts of hatred have no place in humanity, and everyone stands united in the hope that justice will be served and peace will be restored.
Pre-Primary Section Report
This week was joyfully observed as a Mother’s Day Special Week, a time dedicated to honoring mothers' unconditional love, care, and strength. In Nursery, the tiniest members of our school family displayed immense dedication as they created beautiful handmade necklaces for their mothers. Students of Lower Kindergarten (LKG) made vibrant and personalized Mother’s Day Cards. Each card became a canvas for the children to express their emotions through drawings, colorful decorations, and heartfelt messages. The Upper Kindergarten (UKG) children took their creativity a step further by crafting elegant crowns for their mothers, symbolizing that the true queen of their home and hearts is indeed their mother. The activity was a beautiful metaphor for the honor and admiration they feel for their mothers every day. Meanwhile, the students of Class 1 participated in an educational and enjoyable "Adding Tense" grammar activity. This special exercise was designed to enhance their understanding of verb tenses in English. While this activity wasn't directly connected to Mother’s Day, it added an academic layer to the week’s celebrations, showing that growth and learning can be part of every special occasion.
Primary Section Report
Saturday, 3rd May: The week was an atmosphere of excitement and vibrant energy spread across the Primary Section, as the students engaged in a variety of activities that combined fun, creativity, and values-based learning. The week began on an energetic note during the sports lesson, where students were given the freedom to choose and play games they love most. This not only brought immense joy to the children but also served as an opportunity for the sports teachers to observe and understand each child’s unique interest and potential in different types of sports. Adding to the week’s excitement was the anticipation of Mother’s Day, a celebration very close to every child’s heart. To honor this special occasion, the students took part in a Mother’s Day card-making competition. Every card was a reflection of their feelings—full of affection, gratitude, and admiration. In addition to physical and creative activities, students also participated in their regular Value Education sessions. These classes focused on essential life lessons that help in the development of strong moral character and personal integrity.

A Call to Action
Gender equality in India is crucial to the establishment of a progressive and inclusive society. India has come a long way in the field of education, employment, and women's legal rights, but issues such as gender-based violence, pay gaps, and unequal opportunities still remain.
Educating girls and women, equipping them with skills, and giving them leadership roles is central to national development. Men and boys need to join the movement—overturning stereotypes, advocating for women's rights, and fostering respect at home, in schools, and in the workplace.
Government initiatives and societal consciousness are important, but actual change begins with all of us. Together, we can tear down obstacles and make sure that every Indian, be it a man or a woman, has the opportunity to succeed.
Together, let's stand for equality. Let's build a stronger India.
