Students are converting their exam answer sheet into PDFs and sharing with their respective Subject Educators for Evaluation.

Students who have opted for IP in Class XI have registered for learning Python Module. 

Registration link for IOF (International Olympiad Foundation) is shared with students & students have registered for it.

Professional Development

Middle and Senior Section Math Educators will be trained with “Robocompass”. Online tool to learn mathematical construction. I Session was scheduled on Saturday, 19th at 12.00 AM.

Primary Section Educators were trained for Google Classroom and other G Suite tools on Saturday, 19th at 12.00 AM.

Best Goal Setting

Talking about an honest assessment of the situation & taking action even when it's way out of your comfort zone. Thus we grow & don't suck & we have success if we are efficient in our original look inside at the "real" situation we "suck" at. Where can you find the motivation?

There isn't going to be an easy answer. My suggestion is to avoid looking at the entire meaning of life and focus on the meaning of tomorrow. It might take your whole life to be fully satisfied with an answer to the meaning of life, but finding a meaning in tomorrow is closer to reaching. Then - How do you find a meaning in tomorrow? There are many routes .

1) Setting goals.

2) Finding something I'm passionate about.

Setting goals you really care about is a good way to give your motivation a head start. If you're cynical and set goals you don't think you'll achieve, they won't motivate you. But whenever you spend a lot of time contemplating what you truly desire, motivation usually follows.

Usually it is not that we don't have dreams, but that our dreams have been smothered by what we view as "reasonable". If you can let yourself set goals and think about what you want, you can recapture some of that motivation. Setting goals isn't an instant cure. There will still be times you lose motivation and slip into apathy. But they are helpful. The second path I've used to recapture motivation is to find something I'm passionate about. This is a harder path because you can't force it. Stumbling on your passions isn't as direct a route as goal-setting.

मदद करने के फायदे

दूसरों की मदद करने से जीवन सफल और बेहतर बनता है। जब हम लोग छोटे होते हैं तो सिखाया जाता है कि हमें दूसरों की मदद करनी चाहिए लेकिन जैसे-जैसे बड़े होते हैं इस सीख को भूल जाते हैं। इस सीख को कभी अपने जीवन से दूर नहीं होने देना चाहिए। जब हम किसी की मदद करते हैं तो इससे सकारात्मकता महसूस करते हैं और एक अच्छा इंसान बनते हैं। किसी की मदद करने के लिए केवल धन की जरूरत नहीं होती उसके लिए एक अच्छे मन की जरूरत  होती है।

जब हम दूसरों की मदद करते हैं तो यह सिर्फ उस इंसान की मदद नहीं होती है बल्कि एक सीखने की प्रक्रिया होती हैं। हर दिन कुछ नया सीख सकते हैं। मदद करने से हमको आंतरिक खुशी मिलती हैं। मदद करने से दूसरों के लिए अच्छा उदाहरण बनते हैं जब हम दूसरों की मदद करना शुरू करते हैं तो इससे बाकी लोग प्रेरित होते हैं। दूसरों की मदद करने के साथ हम लोगों के लिए प्रेरणा बनते हैं।

Waits for None : Time 

Time one of the most precious thing on the earth. Once it goes, never returns. Success and failure of a person depends on how they utilize their time. To achieve successful lifetime management is necessary.

What is time management ?  We all have got 24 hours in a day. We cannot do each and everything that we desire to.  This creates hurdles in our everyday work.  Human beings have unlimited dream to fulfill each, time management is required. In order to work upon each and every corner of your interest division of time is necessary, so that you can complete all your task on time.

You can be at any stage of your time management strategy leads your future. If you are students studies should be given first priority then come your personal development and then social life that consist of family and friends. It is important for students to take out time from daily routine of schools and colleges for personal growth. If you are a working person then running after money should not be your first priority your quality of work should be. Then comes our family. It's equally important to spend time with them.  One must always remember that lost money can be regained if you use your time wisely but lost time can never be repurchased.

उद्देश्य का महत्त्व

एक सामान्य शब्द में उद्देश्य या लक्ष्य एक उद्देश्य है। एक प्रचलित कहावत है कि बिना उद्देश्य वाला मनुष्य बिना पतवार के जहाज के समान होता है। इसका मतलब है कि बिना पतवार का जहाज खतरे का सामना करता है। इसी प्रकार बिना लक्ष्य आधारित किए कोई व्यक्ति अपने लक्ष्य तक नहीं पहुँच पाता है।  वह  जीवन के रास्ते में ठोकरें खाता है। अतः प्रत्येक व्यक्ति का जीवन में कुछ न कुछ उद्देश्य अवश्य होना चाहिए, जिससे जीवन में कुछ करने का सही लक्ष्य प्राप्त किया जा सके। 

बचपन में एक व्यक्ति एक प्रसिद्ध अंतरिक्ष यात्री या फिल्म स्टार या फिर पुलिस अधिकारी बनना चाहता है। उद्देश्य का अर्थ है प्रयास करना ,या आकांक्षा करना। प्रत्येक उद्देश्य आमतौर पर एक लक्ष्य की स्थापना की घोषणा के साथ शुरू होता है , फिर इसे एक निर्धारित समय रेखा पर छोटे - छोटे टुकड़ों में तोड़ना होता है। इस प्रकार इसे प्राप्त करने के लिए  समय - समय पर कई बाधाओं एवं असफलताओं का सामना करना पड़ता है। उद्देश्य जीवन में कुछ हासिल करने के मज़बूत इरादे को दर्शाता है।हर किसी के जीवन में एक उद्देश्य अवश्य होना चाहिए। 

बिना उद्देश्य के मनुष्य एक खिलौने के समान होता है। वह लक्ष्यहीन रूप से बहता रहता है और अपने जीवन में कभी भी सफलता प्राप्त नहीं कर पाता है। तो , एक आदमी को अपने जीवन का लक्ष्य निर्धारित करना चाहिए। अपने लक्ष्य को पाने के लिए उसे कई कठिनाइयों का सामना करना पड़ सकता है। लेकिन अगर दृढ़ निश्चय हो तो सफलता अवश्य मिलती है। 

इस प्रकार यह तथ्य है कि एक लक्ष्य निर्धारित करना और उसे प्राप्त करने के लिए अभिनय करना एक सफल जीवन के लिए बहुत महत्त्वपूर्ण है। सभी को इसके लिए काम शुरू करना चाहिए । सक्रिय दृष्टिकोण के साथ कार्य योजना का समय पर क्रियान्वयन सफलता की कुंजी है।

World Ozone Day

On 16th of September, every year is celebrated as International Day for the Preservation of the Ozone Layer. This event commemorates the date of the signing of the Montreal Protocol on Substances that Deplete the Ozone Layer in 1987.

World Ozone Day is important because it is a day that is used for spreading awareness regarding the Ozone Layer’s depletion, as well as the search for solutions in order to preserve it.  

Ozone is a gas in the atmosphere that protects everything living on the Earth from harmful ultraviolet (UV) rays from the Sun. Without the layer of ozone in the atmosphere, it would be very difficult for anything to survive on the surface. Plants cannot live and grow in heavy ultraviolet radiation. The ozone layer acts as a shield to absorb the UV rays, and keep them from doing damage at the Earth's surface.

The ozone layer is very important for life on earth. It protects us from harmful UV rays that can have serious effects on biodiversity, animals and people’s health, including skin cancer and eye cataract.

The Montreal Protocol on Substances that Deplete the Ozone Layer, also known simply as the Montreal Protocol, is an international treaty designed to protect the ozone layer by phasing out the production of numerous substances that are responsible for ozone depletion.

Aside from learning more about the ozone layer on this date, another way that you can honour and observe World Ozone Day is by spreading awareness on the subject. A lot of people are not aware of the damaging impact that they are having on the ozone layer. This is why it is important to spread awareness about this, and World Ozone Day provides you with the perfect opportunity to do this.  The ozone layer protects the Earth from the sun’s harmful rays. It is essentially a fragile shield of gas. Because of this, it plays a massive role in helping to preserve life on our planet.

Value of Silence 

It is said that silence is golden. This statement highlights the importance of silence in our lives. There is a deafening noise all around us. Vehicle horns and engines whizzing Jet aircraft screeching machines and blaring loudspeakers create so much of noise that we have forgotten how silence feels like, so much so that whenever there is silence we feel uncomfortable. Modern life affords little time for enjoying the bliss of silence that prevails in nature. People have no time to stand and stare. Have you gazed at stars on a calm and placid night or viewed the calm blue waters of a lake on a beautiful day? Have you enjoyed yourself of the music of nature just as the famous poets Wordsworth and Keats used to? There is so much noise around us especially in the cities that we have created special silence zones at places where silence is indispensable example hospitals, schools and colleges, libraries and prayer halls.

No prayer or meditation is possible where there is deafening noise that is why the sages in the ancient times preferred caves, forests and mountain tops for the meditation. But little children love to make noise. They are too young to know the importance and value of silence in life. Their noise at play may be an expression of their excitement and joy but it may disturb others. Therefore let us realize the importance of silence in our life. Let us learn to observe it, for it is an integral part of the discipline in life when we observe silence peace prevails all around us 

Everything goes on smoothly just like the planets move silently in their orbits. When silence is not observed there is chaos, for everyone wants to be heard but nobody is ready to listen. The atmosphere becomes unhealthy and unpleasant. A very small incident may turn into an ugly brawl  We must learn when and how much we ought to speak and when we must keep quiet. We must always observe the etiquette of silence wherever we are at home, in our classroom, in the library or when visiting an ailing relative or friend at the hospital. 

The conversation is a two-way process. We must learn to listen if you want to be heard.No one likes a talkative person. Therefore we should not waste time in idle talk. Time thus saved can be better utilized and productive work. If the silence can say it, why waste a word? Communication is not all the noise that's heard. Silence too speaks. A language of its own. Discover its power, respect every silent zone.

“Attack is the secret of defense; defense is the planning of an attack”

As I, today's opposition strongly believes that De-Nuclearisation can't Instill World Peace. But before coming to my actual arguments let me first explain what denuclearization is. It is the act of reducing or eliminating nuclear weapons. It can also be the state of a nuclear-weapons-free world, in which nuclear weapons are completely eliminated.

Coming to my first argument 

Nuclear weapons are helping in maintaining world's peace. We have seen two world wars, and the second one came to an end with a nuclear bomb being dropped by the USA in Japan. Since then, we haven’t seen any open, full-fledged war, not because there have been no tensions among the countries and we all are living happily, but because of the reason that most of the developed and developing countries have nuclear arms.

We as a country can decide whether we need to prepare the nuclear weapons or not ,but what about other countries ,we cannot do anything about that, India is always been a strong supporter of Non violence and has never joined any of the power blocs and led the Non aligned Movement,but due to the growing threats of nuclear weapons by neighbouring countries we are forced to go for nuclear weapons and maintain the balance and safe guard our sovereignty and national interests and borders.

Secondly, If denuclearization takes place then also it will not lead to peace. Fighting and violence is a part of the genetic character of all animals including man. This chatacteristic is more pronounced in the male of the species. Even cavemen fought with each other with sticks and stones. So whether denuclearization takes place or not, men will find other weapons to fight with. It is part of the nature of Man.

Can denuclearization bring an end to rapes, violence against women, robbery, murders, terrorism, discriminations and so on?

To bring peace in the world once need to be taught to respect others interest not denuclearization.

By all these points the motion must fall.

Last but not least I would like to say that

We have entered an era of globalization where we have to deal with global problems, no single country can completely solve them. We need to understand this fact and cooperate with each other with justice, negotiations and maturity, to save our beautiful planet Earth.

Self Discipline

The quality of self-discipline is very rare. Being self-disciplined means knowing optimal time-management, being focused, zero procrastination, always making more attempts in the field you want to advance, upright moral character, and observing morals and ethics. A self-disciplined person does not have to be told to do the good things; he himself does them. There are only two options: be self-disciplined, or perish. The choice is to be made by you.

                                            जंक फूड 

स्वस्थ जीवन के लिए हर व्यक्ति को संतुलित आहार की जरूरत होती है। जिसमें उचित मात्रा में प्रोटीन ,विटामीन खनिज हो। आज के समय में बच्चों से लेकर बड़ों तक हर कोई व्यक्ति जंक फूड खाने की आदत बना चुके हैं। विशेष रूप से विद्यालय जाने वाले बच्चों द्वारा यह बहुत ज्यादा पसंद किया जाता है। जिसका कारण जंक फूड स्वादिष्ट होता है , यह आसानी से उपलब्ध होता है और कम दाम में मिलता है। 

यह मनुष्य के शरीर के लिए लाभदायक कम और हानिकारक ज्यादा होता है। जंक फूड दिखने में जितना आकर्षक होता है उतना ही ज्यादा यह हमारे स्वास्थ्य के लिए नुकसानदायक होता है। जंक फूड शरीर को पर्याप्त ऊर्जा नहीं देते हैं। जंक फूड बहुत तैलीय होते हैं और उनमें पोषक तत्वों की कमी होती है। इस कारण उन्हें पचाने में कठिनाई होती है और मोटापे में वृद्धि होती है। मोटापे के कारण शरीर को कई प्रकार के रोग होने का खतरा बन जाता है। जंक फूड का सबसे ज्यादा सेवन बच्चों और युवाओं के द्वारा किया जाता है। 

वे जब भी भूख महसूस करते है , तब चिप्स , चाउमीन ,बर्गर ,पिज्जा , पास्ता और अन्य जंक फूड का सेवन करते है। माता - पिता को बचपन से ही बच्चों में घर का बना पौष्टिक खाना खाने की आदत सिखानी चाहिए। साथ ही स्वास्थ्यवर्धक भोजन एवं जंक फूड में अंतर को बताना चाहिए। जंक फूड से जितना हो सके दूर ही रहना चाहिए और घर का स्वच्छ और ताज़ा बना हुआ खाना ही खाना चाहिए।

Besides, everyone has his own prospect of discipline. Some people consider it a part of their life and some don’t. It is the guide that availability directs a person on the right path.
