Stay Healthy
Health is the condition of the human body that is free from injury or illness. Staying healthy means being mentally, physically, and socially fit, leading to a happy mind, which is more valuable than any precious gift in life today. Having a healthy life should be a part of everyone’s lifestyle. If one has a healthy and happy mind, they will stay motivated and productive. It is essential for every individual to feel good about themselves, promoting happiness. Maintaining a healthy life helps to avoid chronic diseases. To achieve this, a person can go running or take a morning walk, exercise daily, and adopt healthy eating habits. Therefore, it is essential to prioritize your health and maintain it from a very young age.

Solitude
Being surrounded by hundreds yet still feel absent is truly something else. Every human must go through this impending emotion. I felt like a dead tree in an evergreen forest, yearning to be listened to. Constantly falling into this endless pit and becoming comfortable enough not to get out of it even when given the chance. The scariest thing about loneliness is when it engulfs you, and you become a victim of Stockholm syndrome, thinking of it as something satisfactory. I used to be an extrovert, but social media pushed this loneliness down my throat. I yelp and charge at this malevolent beast, but one day I will let out my final cry, and this war will go on, and someone else will fight. We all fight this endless war; the only solution is acceptance and moving on. I derive schadenfreude from those who fight this barbaric war for too long without realizing that there is no beast, just a mere weakling hiding behind our insecurities, using them as shields. To triumph, we must not submit to it and come out of this endless pit. See the world outside, breathe the precious air given to us, and reach out to our fellow beings. Never give up and seize the eternal glory that awaits you; solitude will be your abode.

NATURE
What is nature? If you want the answer to this question and want to feel it, just close your eyes for 2 minutes in a peaceful place, feel the deep greenery, and the calmness of it. Yes, this is called nature. When we talk about nature, we usually think about plants, animals, the sky, mountains, etc. But do you really observe these things in your daily life? The answer is no. The reason behind it is the modernization we are facing nowadays, as we shift completely into city sides as well as towns. Now, only a few of us get to enjoy nature if we are from villages or valleys.
If someone is frustrated with someone or something, what will he or she do? Most of us will try to ignore that thing and change our way. But ignoring a situation is not the answer to any problem. Nature teaches us how to handle any situation, whether it is big or small. The positivity of nature will encourage you to solve that problem. At last, I would like to end my words with a quote by Sir Albert Einstein, "Look deep into Nature, and then you will understand everything better.
