The event was marked by two significant ceremonies—the opening ceremony on 4th September and the closing ceremony on 7th September. Here’s a detailed report on the tournament.
Opening Ceremony (4th September)
The opening ceremony of the 69th District Football Tournament took place on September 4, setting the tone for an exciting and competitive three days of football. The Chief Guest for the event was Mr. Shailendra Singh Ji, Additional District Magistrate of Bali, who officially inaugurated the tournament by hoisting the district flag. His presence added grandeur to the event, and he also shared heartfelt memories from his school days, motivating the participants.
In addition to Mr. Singh, the event was graced by the following special guests:

The ceremony began with a spectacular March Past, where all the participating teams proudly showcased their school banners and football spirit. Following the march, Ms. Bharti Rao, Principal of The Fabindia School, extended a warm welcome to all guests and participants, setting the stage for the tournament. Her words of encouragement and leadership paved the way for a successful event.
The opening ceremony set a celebratory atmosphere, and the teams were ready to compete for the coveted title.
Tournament Highlights
Over the course of the next three days, from 4th to 7th September, intense football matches were played. Schools from across the district displayed remarkable skills, sportsmanship, and teamwork. The tournament featured a total of 19 teams from various schools.
Each match brought out the best in the players, and the competition was fierce. Players not only showcased their physical endurance but also demonstrated their strategic thinking and passion for the sport. The referees, officials, and volunteers worked tirelessly to ensure the smooth conduct of all matches.
Closing Ceremony (7th September)
The tournament concluded on 7th September with a grand Closing Ceremony, which was attended by all the participating teams, guests, and dignitaries. After three days of intense competition, the results were announced.

The trophy presentation ceremony was graced by the presence of:

Following the trophy distribution, Mr. Hiralal Parmar announced the official closure of the event. The district flag was ceremoniously taken down and handed over to the managing team, marking the end of the tournament.

Teacher’s Day Celebration


The first week of September was dedicated to celebrating Teacher’s Day. As educators, we emphasized the importance of 5th September to our students. To mark the occasion, children created handmade cards for their teachers under the guidance of their respective class teachers.
During the collective assembly, every teacher was introduced along with their class. Each teacher shared a few words about their role and responsibilities.


The highlight was a beautiful dance performance titled “Shukriya,” presented by the children with the support of Ms. Rinku, as a special gesture of love and gratitude towards their teachers.
