Pre-Primary Weekly Report: Nature and Culture at Rata Mahavir Ji
Our youngest Fabindia students had a refreshing outing to the serene Rata Mahavir Ji. The journey was lively and filled with friendship and laughter.
Children admired the temple’s architecture and the beautiful natural surroundings. They listened attentively to their teachers and connected with nature and culture, enriching their learning beyond the classroom.
Exciting Picnic Day for Classes II & III at Rata Mahaveer Ji Temple, Bijapur
On 22nd November, Classes II and III enjoyed a joyful picnic to the beautiful Jain temple of Rata Mahaveer Ji in Bijapur. Teachers introduced students to Jain Dharma and temple etiquette.
The visit included darshan at Chetan Balaji Ji Temple (Bhatund), where students glimpsed the holy form of Lord Hanuman Ji. Post lunch, fun activities like Garba, swings, and games spiced up their day. This day of learning and friendship ended with big smiles and happy memories.
Enriching Picnic for Classes IV & V
Castle Ghanerao, Museum & Godwar Foundation
Classes IV and V had an experiential learning day on 22nd November with a visit to the majestic Castle Ghanerao.
Hosted by Mr. and Mrs. Ghanerao and our Principal ma’am, students explored the historic castle and a serene Krishna temple. 
The museum tour gave them hands-on history lessons, while the Godwar Foundation inspired social responsibility. Fun games and group snacks made the day lively and unforgettable.
Thrilling Annual Trip for Classes VI, VII & VIII to Jodhpur
A two-day trip transformed Jodhpur into a vibrant classroom for Classes VI to VIII. The adventure camp jump-started the excitement with team challenges like the Burma bridge and zip line.
Students explored Machiya Biological Zoo’s desert wildlife and visited the grand Mehrangarh Fort and Umaid Bhavan Palace.
A peaceful prayer at Akshar Dham and a boat ride at Kaylana Lake rounded off the day. The trip ended with a star-lit movie night and dance party, creating lasting memories.
Memorable Jaisalmer Trip for Classes IX & X: Adventure and Heritage Combined

The Classes IX and X students embarked on an exciting five-day journey to Jaisalmer, packed with adventure, culture, and unforgettable experiences.
The trip began with an overnight coach journey, building anticipation as students traveled comfortably through the night. Upon arrival, they checked into the camps and enjoyed a restful morning before visiting the Longowala Border Replica—a historic site that reflects valor and resilience.
The thrill escalated with dune bashing and a sunset jeep safari across golden sand dunes, followed by traditional Kalbeliya dance and lively DJ nights, creating joyous evenings under the stars.
Heritage came alive on the fourth day with visits to Kuldhara, the mystical abandoned village, boating at Gadisar Lake, and tours of Sonar Fort, War Museum, and Patwa Haveli. The day concluded with shopping and a delicious local meal before the overnight journey back.
Returning home, students carried with them cherished memories of friendship, adventure, and rich heritage—a truly enriching experience that brought history and thrill together in one remarkable trip.
Exciting Outdoor Experience: Annual Trip for Classes XI & XII to Rajgarh
Classes XI and XII also enjoyed the Rajgarh adventure trip, packed with thrilling activities and teamwork. Their schedule mirrored that of Classes IX and X, with challenging outdoor tasks and bonding moments around the campfire. The experience boosted confidence, leadership, and appreciation for nature while creating lifelong friendships.
National Gratitude Month – Cultivating Thankfulness
November is National Gratitude Month, encouraging us to appreciate the little and big blessings in our lives. Gratitude is more than a feeling; it’s a habit that fosters happiness, patience, and confidence. Saying “thank you” strengthens bonds with teachers, parents, and classmates. Stories of gratitude inspire us to spread kindness, showing that genuine appreciation brings hope and joy every day.

Jolly Phonics Workshop: Building Early Literacy Foundations
Our Pre-Primary teachers upgraded their skills at the Jolly Phonics workshop in Jodhpur on 15th November. Led by experts, the session focused on interactive teaching methods, letter sounds, storytelling, and grammar basics. These new techniques will help children build strong reading and writing skills from the start. We thank The Fabindia School Management for supporting such growth opportunities.

Digvijay shows fierce defending inspired by Sergio Ramos, while Bhupendra dreams big, training like Messi. We wish them success and shine on!
Interview with Ms. Rinku Kumari: Passion for Teaching and Classroom Joy
RP: Why did you choose to become a teacher?
RKI: I chose to become a teacher because I truly enjoy teaching, especially beginners. I love spending time with children, and their respect, innocence, and way of speaking inspire me. Teaching gives me happiness and a chance to guide young minds meaningfully.
RP: How do you handle students who don't pay attention in class?
RKI: I handle them by first helping them sit properly and focus. Then, I give tasks and activities to keep them engaged. This helps them concentrate better and encourages active participation.
RP: Can you share a memorable moment from your teaching career?
RKI: One of my most memorable moments was our picnic to the Jain temple in Ranakpur. It was my first trip with The Fabindia School. Spending time with colleagues and students, sharing fun activities, and experiencing the beautiful place made it unforgettable.
RP: What classroom rules and rewards have you found effective?
RKI: Small rewards work best. When I give students a "Good girl" or "Good boy" badge, they feel proud and motivated. Writing "Superstars" in their notebook makes them happy, too. I don’t believe in strict rules; instead, I guide them to respect themselves, friends, and everyone around, creating a positive learning environment.
