Pre-Primary Joyfully Welcomes Winter
In the first week of December, the children joyfully welcomed the winter season by practising Taali Yog every morning. The cool breeze and pleasant weather added freshness to their routine, and the little ones truly enjoyed spending more time outdoors. Most of their play-based learning sessions were beautifully conducted outside the Pre-Primary campus, allowing them to explore, move freely, and learn naturally.
Grade 1’s Saturday Special and Creative Learning in UKG and LKG
Grade 1 students enjoyed their “Saturday Special” by visiting the computer lab, gaining hands-on experience with the systems. Meanwhile, Grade UKG stepped into the world of creative writing and practiced the pronunciation of blends, using colourful beads to make the activity engaging and lively.
Grade LKG participated in a ball-balancing activity designed to build team spirit. This exercise also helped strengthen their hand–eye coordination while keeping the session fun-filled. At the same time, Grade Nursery proudly took another step forward by recognising and learning letters, marking steady progress in their early literacy journey.
Educational Visit to Amity University Campus
Our school recently organised an educational trip to Amity University, giving us a glimpse of real university life. The day began with a short trek on a natural trail behind the university. The fresh air and peaceful surroundings made the experience refreshing and energising.
After a brief rest, university staff explained the importance of workshops, highlighting how they help students gain practical knowledge, build confidence, boost creativity, and develop teamwork and problem-solving skills. They emphasised how hands-on learning prepares students for real-world careers.
The tour included visits to various workshops:
Psychology Workshop: We learned how human behaviour is studied and explored different psychological tools.
Chemistry Workshop: We saw models, chemicals, lab setups, and safety equipment.
Communication Workshop: Focused on journalism, media, and influencer training with lessons on public speaking, content creation, camera handling, and studio presentation.
Cooking Workshop: Culinary students are trained with professional kitchen tools, learning baking, food presentation, and kitchen safety.
Art Workshop: We admired paintings, sculptures, sketches, and design work.
Robotics and AI Workshop: Students were building robots and working on automation projects.
Physics Workshop: Included experiments on optics, electricity, mechanics, and waves.
Physiology Workshop: Showcased models of organs, skeletons, and equipment to study body functions.
Biotechnology Lab: Equipped with instruments for genetics and microbiology experiments.
Fashion Design Workshop: Students practised sketching, pattern making, and garment construction.
Media and Journalism Studio: Featured professional cameras, lighting setups, editing rooms, and green screens.
Radio Studio: Students learned voice modulation, audio mixing, script reading, and live broadcasting techniques.
Digital Design and Animation Lab: Focused on creating 3D models, animations, and visual effects.
Each workshop offered unique insights, inspiring us to work harder and aim higher. The beautiful, green campus made this an unforgettable experience.

Primary English Role Play: Lights, Camera, Action!
This week, Class V took centre stage for an exciting role-play activity that turned their English lesson into a theatrical adventure. Students stepped into the roles of storybook characters, historical figures, and everyday heroes, bringing stories to life with dramatic flair.
With creative scripts and lively imaginations, groups rehearsed dialogues and expressions to perform confidently. The classroom buzzed with laughter and enthusiasm as students practised animated conversations and playful gestures. This hands-on activity boosted their speaking skills and deepened their understanding of character emotions and storytelling.
The highlight was seeing shy students blossom into confident performers, and the teamwork that encouraged everyone. The Role Play activity showed that learning English is about experiencing stories, sharing ideas, and having fun together.
